Ordered door dash in the past it's always been over priced and underwhelming but I chalked that up to the delivery service. I'd like to start by saying YES the pizza is okay. Quick story... stopped to get a Gelato a few doors down. County Line Pizza was closed until 4:00 PM, but people kept pulling on the door. I asked what was so special about this place, they all said it was the best pizza .... They were 100% right. Thin crust Chicago/Philly style. Not sure what is going on here. Used to love it. Went around 7:30 on a Friday night. Wasn't terribly busy which was surprising. Years ago this place was jammed all the time. Ordered the usuals, a salad and a pizza and Wings. Not sure if they have a different chef the pizza tasted different. The dough didn't taste the same. Wasn't great. The wings, which normally my son would devour he didn't finish them and said they tasted different. The soda tasted terrible. The Caesar salad had no Parmesan like it used to. It used to come with shaved Parmesan and now they leave it off completely. The anchovies or whatever they put on it is so strong it makes your eyes water. The waitress is a long time employee and was a little distracted running around the whole place seemed to be the only waitress Table near us waited over an hour never got their pizza and left. I think they miss having Massimo there on a daily basis. The bartenders are good but they are out of things too often. Prices just went up again - hand-written changes on the menus so they now are as high or higher than some high-end places. Just had the worst pizza I have had in a long time....ordered a simple cheese, double sausage, onion, and green pepper pizza. It arrived with about 6 pieces of sausage...we returned it for the double sausage. It came back out with sausage crumbles on it that were apparently pre-cooked. UPDATE: See how horrible the management of County Line is by their response - No apology for their mistake. Never made an attempt to give the money back the right way by getting his card processor involved. Owner's 'wife' has to help him answer a message because he's not man enough to own up to the fact that they were wrong. These people do not deserve any business. Am planning on going to the police because now his 'wife' is threatening me. I had to file a claim with my bank to get the money back because he sat on his fanny and did NOTHING. This place charged three different amounts on our card. Called owner day after it happened was told he'd take care of it immediately (per text messages) never heard from him again. Cheap bastard. I got tired of trying to chase him down to do the right thing and filed a complaint with my bank - they are going after him. Completely unprepared to handle a large party who had a reservation almost a week in advance. food portions were inconsistent and prices did not make much sense. food was average at best. also waited 2+ hours for food that was often wrong. poor experience Update: automatically put a gratuity in the order(understandable for a large party) but for the service should be determined more by the discretion of the guest. also while paying refused to split the check up so that each person would pay for just their meal. instead everyone paid a flat rate. did not want to allow some guests to pay in cash and others with card. even though some people did not have a card to pay with. overall i understand large parties are difficult to accommodate especially for a small business, however there was next to no effort or care put into any part of the dinner whatsoever. I was really disappointed in the pasta here. I ordered the house special smoked mozzarella ravioli with vodka sauce. I got what I can only assume was frozen ravioli in marina sauce. It was exactly the same sauce that was on my kids' meatballs. And it was a mediocre dish at best. I was also not a fan of the not poorly disclosed 3.95% "customer service" fee for paying by credit card. I would have preferred to know about the fee before paying by credit card - not after. We had cash with us. I guess we weren't supposed to notice. With so many Italian restaurants in the north county area, I wouldn't recommend this above any other I've visited. You can do better. Forget that they were out of most of their beer and wine keeping in mind they only have one brand of wine to begin with their food is also patently mediocre. Service is spotty as they don't have enough help but to add insult to injury they also charge to use your credit card. This is not quite a four star for me, but also not a three star, so we're going with four. Went here for dinner after seeing that it was close to our hotel and had good reviews. We sat at the bar and right away the bartender came over and brought us menus and asked for our drink order. We looked through the menu and ended up deciding to split the chicken and broccoli penne with a garlic wine sauce. We also asked the bartender what he would recommend for an appetizer and he said the garlic knots, so we took his advice. The pasta came with a salad, which I'm pretty sure our bartender went to the back and dished up himself. He was also super accommodating with us splitting the dish and brought out a plate so that we could split the salad. We got it with the honey mustard dressing which was actually quite good when paired with the garlic knots as well. Unfortunately, our appetizer of garlic knots came out the same time as our entree. It wasn't a big problem for us as pasta and bread is always a good meal, but you could tell our bartender wasn't happy that they came out at the same time. We much appreciated his concern. As for the food itself, the pasta was quite good and we appreciated the garlic wine sauce that didn't completely overtake the components on their own. The chicken was also well seasoned. Our issue was with the garlic knots that I dont think we would ever order again. They were kind of swimming in a garlic butter. Actually the extra plate that was brought out to share the salad we used to take the bread knots out of their basket and keep them from absorbing anymore butter. When we removed them there was about a quarter cup of butter sitting at the bottom, and a lot had already been absorbed by the bread. I ate some of the ends that were on top and not soaked and they were quite tasty. Especially when we dipped them in the marinara and honey mustard, but I couldn't eat the rest of them. With the use of a little less butter on this, I think it would be a great appetizer. Needless to say, with a few changes this place would definitely be a four or a five star as the wait staff is definitely a five already. To my preference, some recipes just might need some tweaking. I had to walk out about month ago because i found no one will wait on you if you're sitting at the bar. The manager/owner (?) doesn't like to help and they are very understaffed. I've been coming here for years. Tonight, I almost walked out again, but a local couple who are regulars (I no longer live in Jupiter, I'm only here once a month for work and my condo) made the owner take my order before they would give their own. So we were overcharged on the receipt and went to resolve it with the manager (who got aggressive with me and told me to leave). Regardless, why list a price for a dollar less than you actually charge and add an extra house salad that I didn't order. Ordered online and had it delivered. Food arrived within stated time however it was all cold even though the driver did have the pizzas in pizza bags. One of the pizzas was wrong and covered with sausage. The other pizza was overcooked. We had also ordered steak tips and the steak had a lot of fat and was inedible. We ordered 3 different desserts. They really like Hershey's chocolate syrup. The chocolate cake was dry and tasteless and someone had drizzle it with Hershey's sauce which was gross. The cannoli was probably the best dessert but sadly doesn't have real cannoli filling instead was whipped cream (covered in Hershey's sauce). Lastly the Nutella pizza had no Nutella at all but was simply and overcooked thin crust covered with Hershey's syrup and some confectioners sugar. Super disappointed in our dinner. read more
