Pepperoni pizza once covered in delicious slices of crispy, spicy meat are barren. And the garlic veggie pizza, I actually guffaw when I opened up the pizza box. Really Keith Lee, the best pizza is Las Vegas? I mean it's decent, don't get me wrong but the best in all of Las Vegas? There's so many other good pies out there that are on par if not significantly better. 'll beg to differ. The wife and I had been meaning to try Pizza Anonymous for a while and finally, this last Tuesday night the opportunity presented itself. We placed our order via the app which quoted a 15 minute wait time at about 1830. I arrived for the pickup a few minutes later and was told there was about another 3-5 minutes to go. While waiting I checked out the menu, looked at a few doughnuts, and even asked about the beignets which are made to order right on the spot (next time). We ordered the Garlic Veggie Pizza and the Signature Cheese Bread, and neither of them were very garlicky, and the pizza didn't even have red sauce (that I could tell). Maybe that was by design, but it left something to be desired for me. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, or was expecting something different. Wow!!! This is one of the best pizza places in Las Vegas! I've wanted to try Pizza Anonymous out for awhile. Finally, on a Wednesday evening, we decided to make the trek from Northwest Vegas to Pizza Anonymous, about 30 minutes away. We had placed the order about 25 minutes before arrival. Pizza Anonymous is inside Saint Honore. Order: 18' Cheese Pizza/Pepperoni Pizza Nutella Milkshake When we had arrived, the pizza had just left the oven and they were slicing it. I didn't realize that they also had delicious donuts! We ended up picking out [2] donuts as well, original glaze, and hazelnut. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful! There was several table seating. The ambiance and decor was fairly modern. The staff was super friendly! We just did a pick-up order, but next time, I'll have to try eating at their restaurant. It was a little bit pricey, almost $45.00 for the entire order, but the quality of the food was awesome! We ended up having a few bits of the pizza before driving back to our residence. The dough was super fluffy, flavorful, and not burnt. The toppings, cheese was gooey and a lot! The pepperoni was perfectly cooked and really blended well with the cheese/dough. The basil topped was fresh and not too much added to overpower the pizza. I ended up eating the remaining 2 slices for breakfast the next day! The Nutella Milkshake was flavorful. What was nice about the milkshake was there wasn't too much Nutella in it that it overpowered the ice cream used. There was just enough to bring out the Nutella flavor, but not overpowering. We are regulars to Saint Honore Doughnuts & Beignets and it was on the authority of the "dough of the beignet" we were thinking the "dough of the pizza" would be what makes this pizza delish....and we were right! We do not eat a ton of pizza, so when we do, we hope it is an elevated, unique and a tasty experience beyond what you will get with any chain establishment or on your standard pie. Pizza Anonymous was this for us and more! Located inside the Saint Honore space during the evening hours, this limited menu pizza spot that appears to be plugged as "an underground/secret squirrel/hidden gem" pizza joint, is just that. It is the dough! Is the beignet dough and pizza dough the same? I don't know, but the dough of both are solid. Cheese bread and pizza alike...delicious dough, quality cheese, thin in middle/thicker at crust, a little greasy, but greasy like it adds the perfect taste of savory to your chewing sensation and tastebuds, versus just a greasy pizza. Does that make sense? We also enjoyed the rocket salad, which is literally just arugula, parmessan and lemon vinaigrette. Nothing earth shattering, but good, fresh, quality ingredients. The pizza had six "regular size" slices and will set you back around $20. The salad and cheese bread each set us back $8. So if you are feeding a family of 6 on a budget, this might not be your spot. For although my husband and I will return soon, I can't say that this is a great value for those that are value conscious. Delivered or take out is the best way to go, for there was limited seating before COVID and now there is basically less. This establishment is small and really designed for take away. The staff was so kind and we liked that we felt appreciated for our business. I ordered the pizza on their website and was kept abreast of its completion and our pick up time via text thereafter. Tried PA via delivery for the first time; and the experience was decent. We ordered the pepperoni pizza & the margarita pizza. The pizza tasted good & fresh, with gooey cheese & "perfect" crust (chewy, but crispy on the edges). We also ordered the Beignets for dessert, which was OK. I had fresh beignets from the famous Cafe Dumont in New Orleans. Hence, it is unfair to compare the world-famous beignets to pizza-joint beignets. The constructive criticism I have is that the kitchen should put the fresh basil on the pizza, after removal from the oven. Otherwise, you'll yield burned basil pieces (see photo). read more

Hidden inside Saint Honore donut shop is Pizza Anonymous- an evenings-only pizza shop similar to a ghost kitchen concept. They have a variety of square pizzas to pick from including a vegan option and a monthly special. They recently started offering slices as well, which is what finally brought me in so I could try multiple toppings. The standard pepperoni was actually a surprise hit, with ample flavorful cup-and-char style pepperoni. BF's favorite was the Salumi, a cured meat similar to salami or prosciutto. The Garden Veggie was solid for a vegetarian option, but the Buffalo Chicken slice is the one I was most excited about and lived up to the hype for me. The crust for all was excellent - good chew with crispy edges. I do think I would prefer the slices slightly less done for meltier cheese (mine were very browned), or perhaps they just need a bit more cheese for my liking - but it was still quite good. This is mostly a takeout spot, they do offer delivery. Pizzas are on display on the counter alongside their donut offerings (what is left for the day) - slices are tossed into the oven for a quick warming before placed in the box for you. I loved that I was able to preorder my pizza and walk in and grab it. I also love that they offer slices. It was freshly baked and packed when I arrived just after 5. I got a slice of the margarita and Buffalo chicken. The Buffalo chicken was well balanced between the spicy flavor and the blue cheese. The margarita had good sauce and both were super cheesy and Sicilian style with a bit doughy texture. I wouldn't hesitate to try their specialty pizzas again. read more

They still sell donuts alongside the display of pizzas but whatever they have on display is what they have left. There are only two tables inside and one table outside for dining. Just be mindful if you want to order that pizza ahead of time and take it home to eat. I also want to point out that the bathroom is not for public use, but one of the employees let a customer use it even though they told my friend otherwise. So I'm not sure. Probably still not for the public I suppose. Pepperoni pizza ($3.25 per slice)- Greasy. It's delicious but my friend had to pat hers down before taking a bite. The employees also reheat them since the slices come out of the display case and hers ended up kinda burnt. Salumi ($3.35 per slice)- Our favorite between the two slices I got. That crust was chewy, fluffy and this slice was not greasy. I would go for a whole box next time. Horchata milkshake- Because it's still Saint Honoré, I needed something sweet alongside the pizza. It's your typical vanilla milkshake with cinnamon generously mixed into the drink and dashed on top of the whipped cream. Yeah.. that's it. Vegan Oreo donut- Since this was one of the few donuts left on display, I decided to take one. For a vegan donut, it was more on the cakey side but the chocolate flavor was quite nice. If you're looking for a quick slice of pizza that's above the 7-Eleven slice or buying a whole pizza, tastes better than Digiorno, and satisfies a craving then it's worth venturing to grab a slice. They warmed it up for me. The flavor is great good cheese. But it was a little too soggy and chewy for me. I like more of a crunch on my slice. Decided to give this place a try tonight after seeing it all over instagram. The Nutella Milkshake was worth absolutely every penny. The Pizza was delicious, next time I will definitely get it extra crispy as the dough was a little chewy, I'm assuming from sitting in the box for the ride home. But the flavor and fresh basil on top were delicious. The pepperoni, even though it was cup and char was sliced thin which was nice to not have an overwhelming meaty flavor. It is located inside St. Honore where I've previously spent $300 on custom donuts for my bf. I like and try to support small businesses. That being said I don't wanna be taken advantage of in the process. Firstly its annoying that they don't serve the pizza of the month by the slice, their whole pizza is 6 slices so it wouldn't be hard to make some and sell by the slice. I purchased $3.75 slice of vegetarian pizza. I've included pics, it was small but good. What bothered me was I asked for extra marinara and they tried to charge me $.50 a container. The containers are a little larger than a quarter. It seems that they don't care about repeat customers or making them happy. I didn't expect free but some sides and one slice of pizza would of cost me over $6. Lastly I didn't even end up using the sauce because it tasted sour. Disappointing!! read more

I really hate giving 1 star but I have to be honest. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. I will say it looked Amazing. After the looks, I'm sorry to say it went downhill. The crust-lacks flavor, it was burnt so I guess it had some flavor, (and yes I know the difference between burnt and char, I love char). The crust also had zero structure but we will come back to that. The sauce- completely tasteless and a bit watery. The cheese- eh it was fine. The pepperoni was pepperoni. Back to the crust, they are trying to do a Sicilian or a Detroit style pizza. You can not put a watery sauce directly on the crust because it will fall apart. The first corner slice I had held up ok, but the 2nd slice became a bit soggy and the 3rd slice I couldn't even pickup as it completely fell apart, the bottom crust disintegrated into a soggy mush. When you make a Sicilian or Detroit style pizza you must make a dough that is light and airy and when it cooks it needs to crisp up. This is why Detroit style puts the cheese I'm down first and then the toppings with the sauce on top. Again, I was very excited about this pizza, especially trying to support a small bakery that I know had struggled due to Covid. It just was very poorly executed. I sent them this almost identical review directly from the square app and opened it up to let them contact me, however they haven't. I've traveled around the USA and the world eating pizza from all over. I hope they fixed their issues because it was just awful. read more

I arrive...and they say to go back to my car and they will bring it out. 10 minutes later.....I call them and I'm told they are boxing it up (Lie). I am absolutely floored! Pizza anonymous is a new concept done by the owners of both saint honore and cafe Lola. Essentially, after a certain time they convert the beloved doughnut shop into a pizza restaurant. I originally came over here for the ramen next door but after realizing where we were, I decided to try the pizza instead. Just opening the box I was greeted by an amazing aroma. After further inspection I realized that not only was this pizza super fresh, but also THICC with 2 c's. This was hands down, one of he best pizzas I have had here in Vegas. In fact it reminds me of prince at pizza from New York, which is saying a lot because that was my favorite pizza when I visited two years ago. If you're still on the fence about this place, GO. Stop waiting stop thinking and go. You will be greeted with an amazing pizza fresh out of the oven. My only nit pick is that if you're looking for something for a lot of people maybe not come here. It is a bit more expensive so it isn't cost effective it the quality more then makes up for it. read more

Ordered a pizza and beignets to pick up. The pizza was okay. Mediocre at best. It might have been better if it wasn't lukewarm. When I got there, my pizza was ready, but the kids working there told me the beignets had to be made fresh. They didn't get it when I said that then my pizza wouldn't be fresh. They argued with me for a few minutes until I had to tell them to just make the beignets so my pizza wouldn't keep getting colder. They said it would only take a few minutes, but I waited for about 15 minutes. Haven't tried the beignets yet, because I was full from the pizza. So much for them having to be fresh.
