Before then I had a large bowl of Tortellini En Brodo Soup with perfectly made tortellini and delicious broth. Two others at our table ordered cups of Stracciatella and Pasta E Fagioli. I also had a Small Caesar Salad with Romaine leaves, a couple of anchovies, small croutons, and the perfect amount of Caesar Dressing. For mains I had a creamy and delectable Linguine Alfredo with Prosciutto and Peas. Diane enjoyed Shrimp Scampi with four large shrimp, penne, and very tasty Scampi Sauce. And our guests had Chicken Parmigiana ala Vodka and Veal Marsala. One piece of chicken looked to be somewhat burnt. That was the only flaw I noticed in cooking the whole night. And service by Hope Me and other attendants was exemplary. Food quantities were large. I took a bowl of broth and over half of my Linguine Alfredo home for another dinner the next day, and somewhat surprisingly, while being reheated at half power in a microwave the Alfredo Sauce did not break.
