Please be cautious. This business is rude, unprofessional and possibly racist. They'll never see me or my money ever again. I walked in there 2 days ago and an older man who was at the register (who had what sounds like an Italian accent, and had black and grayish hair) paused once he saw me, looked me up and down and glared at me without saying anything for a few seconds then said "WHAT DO YOU WANT???" in the most annoyed and irritated tone of voice. I've never had a business give me such a horrible first impression unprovoked like that. You don't greet your customers that way. It felt intentional, like that guy didn't want me in his restaurant. I didn't even want to buy anything anymore at that point. I just walked out. I'd rather not eat at a place that doesn't want me there. I can't speak on the entire staff there but that one man was incredibly rude and I hope he works on himself and his customer service skills and does better going forward. You can't treat people like that. As someone who use to work in food service it's not that hard to be kind or at least show basic respect to the people coming in your store. Regardless of what they look like. If you're reading this and are ever in the Reisterstown area I'd recommend you to avoid Pizza Boli's. Especially if you're a person of color. There's plenty of better local restaurants you can support with kinder, more professional staff that won't glare at you and be rude to you for no reason as soon as you walk in. Placed an order for delivery, when it arrived instead of using the call box at the entrance the driver tried calling me directly when my cell has horrible service inside my apartment complex. When I finally did receive the message, it was 20 minutes later. Called the store and the employee started yelling at me that his driver waited 20 minutes and why did I have my cell phone off. Yes, I cursed at him for talking to me that way, and he I guess I gave him permission to throw the cuss word book at me, then hung up. The woman who answered the phone said that they don't deliver to our address which is fine we could have picked up but, went on to argue with us that she has told a woman several times that they won't deliver to to our address. The cost of doing business I guess. Went into this location this evening, like many times in the past. Placed my order (half cheesesteak with shrimp) gentleman goes to retrieve my order immediately. Which is impossible in 1.1 mins. Leave out to allow them time to prepare my order. Maybe 8mins go bye. Come back in an my orders ready or so i thought. Get home only to find an obviously old sub with the addition of fresh shrimp. Lettuce extremely brown an wilted tomato pasty an mushy. Without any of the additional condiments I ordered. In the trash it went, to make matters worse I now have to cancel my credit card. I gave them my security code etc over the phone , as the manager apologized an agreed to refund my card. Which he then refused to do after I provided the information. It's unfortunate because I often patronized this location, an found everyone there pleasant. I understand the mgr didn't want to waste that previously ordered sub, so they added shrimp an sold it. A better decision would have been to allow an employee to eat it or throw it away. So for $11.65 they have lost my usual $40.00 to $50.00 a months worth of business. In addition to that of my family an friends. I know that won't be missed , but it all adds up in the end. There's just to many places offering the same items that appreciate there patrons. Be sure to check your order for freshness an correctness if you choose this location. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! i wish i could give them negative stars honestly! i order from here on a consistent basis & my family has been ordering from this same location for years, i literally know these servers by face & the oldest lingers in my complex talking to other neighbors, all this to say i am well aware of how the establishment works. i ordered literally an hour before online closes, 3 hours before the store closes, the delivery time was a hour so i was generous & waited an extra 30-40 mins cause it's new year's eve yknow? even left a nice tip. not only did these twats not deliver my food, once i called they attempted to blame ME for not calling them earlier saying they were now closed (still open for another hour). i get it's a lit night so i just asked for a refund & after being fussed at & hung up on i had to physically go to the establishment & demand a refund after repeatedly being told different stories. 1 worker says i ordered too late, 1 says he delivered it but it's my fault i put no contact??? i guess no contact meant don't bring my food at all. 1 says i gotta wait 5-7 days for it back, then to top it off they threatened to call the cops on me for asking for my money back like huh cause i'm a black girl demanding my shit? i got my funds back tho after they claimed they didn't know how to refund online tf read more

I called on Black friday to order a Pizza. Im an employee from a local business that places orders from these guys weekly. Guy answers the phone in a very ignorant tone. I asked "Do you guys have any black friday specials?" I asked this because many food establishments do. Guy gets ignorant and says "Do you?" I replied "Yes." He then replied" well no we don't we serve food we don't have any black friday specials." Then he goes on to say "Hey bud its almost 3pm and I'm just eating my lunch." But I work in retail so there is a certain level of professionalism that I have to give even though I don't get to eat lunch on time or when I work days and hours I really don't want to. They always claim they never got the online order when we call back, but they have managed to take the money off of our card. We have had the driver stand at our door and nastily demand tips.
