Pizzas here are on a slightly chewy gluten crust, yet bottom is crispy enough to give a slight crunch when cut, and about 1/2 inch thick. Standard red tomato sauce, covered with plenty of mozz. From the moment you call it's about 10-12 minutes to pick up fresh out of the oven - Fairly certain they use a proper stone oven due to the conformity of dark spots on the dough, which I love. Like naan bread, mm :) THE MEH - The way they determine prices is pretty crappy. I hate when businesses do this too. A cheese pizza is so affordable but yet a veggie pizza is almost $20 bucks. You're only adding $2 maybe $3 dollars worth of veggies. - The competition, such as Blaze Pizza allows you to get a cheese or literally every add-on possible for the same price. I truly believe this is what keeps me coming back to places like blaze, and makes me think of this place as a second choice that's typically only chosen due to availability and distance from me. - All large pizzas should be within a certain % range of each other. It's silly that by adding a few veggies you nearly double the price of the pizza. For that, I minimally support this business again only when distance and availability are an issue. read more

Friendly and cheap! The pizza here isn't phenomenal, but it's definitely a step up from the chains and not as expensive as Top Class and other pizza places in that category. I really liked the friendly service and the fact that they have the coupon sheet right on the counter - so everyone gets the discounts. We got a large 15" 3-topping for $11.99, Caesar salad for $3.99, potato wedges for $2.99. Everything was fresh and good, free refills on the drinks. The atmosphere was no-frills tables and chairs, with sports channels on the TVs. They were nice enough to change one of the TVs to golf for us. I think if we go again, we'll just take it To-Go! read more

I really like their pizza. Thickness, consistency and taste really perfect. I've never eaten here but picked up over a dozen times. They have a sheet of coupons they typically stick on your pizza box when you pick up. Pizza is consistently good which I like. I've also had the buffalo wings a handful of times and like those as well. I love to toast leftover slices. Yum yum good. Only minus is that the parking lot is tiny and shared with a couple businesses so sometimes its a hassle to park. Or you could be lucky and hit a time where the lot is empty. read more

I've been coming here for 15 years. Prices have never been unreasonable and there is usually some special going on if you are in a pinch. During football season they have a Monday night special for a large pizza. Ingredients are always fresh and it's a great shift from domino's if you tend to eat there occasionally too. My daughter just had a recital and it was her choice for dinner. She decided she wanted pizza so I got on Yelp to see what was close by and good. Pizza boy came up with good reviews so why not. It's a small place with seating inside and feels a bit cramped but we ordered to go. They have a small arcade area with about 6 games and Tvs up on the walls playing sports. Parking is a bit hard since it's a small lot. There menu has salads, subs, apps, beer and of course pizza but we stuck to pizza and mozzarella sticks. They have two size orders, 5 or 10, for the mozzarella sticks. We got the larger order and some were more melted than others. They had good flavor but the cheese was not melted consistently. They are served with a side of marinara sauce. The highlight of the night was the House Special pizza. Man was it delicious! The pizza has Canadian bacon, crumbled Italian sausage, red onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, and lots of cheese. They loaded the pizza with toppings and did not hold back. The pizza was not greasy which is a plus. The cook on the crust was amazing! It has a nice crunch and the end. The price was great too, for the large special it was $21.95. Next time in the area if wanting pizza we will definitely be back by to try some new specials. The girl taking the orders wasn't very friendly. She didn't really smile and just seemed upset to be there. Good thing we ordered to go but they also deliver so that may be the choice next time we try Pizzaboy. read more

Man Oh Man where do I start, my wife and I moved to Anaheim and didn't want just regular Little Ceasers/Dominoes. Lets start with the atmosphere, great place for smaller family. Not to many games for kids but they have a few. They have 2 TV's that usually sports on. On Wed. they have Lunch Pizza Specials, I would call in your slices in advance. There pizza is really good, nice & cheesy not to greasy. The crust has a nice thinness with a good taste. Ive also tried their Garlic Cheesy Bread, thats all right not the best. I have been searching high and low around SW Anaheim for "that" pizza place--the place that has good prices, good deals, and of course kick-arse pizza! Enter Pizza Boy, located at the intersection of State College Blvd and Ball Rd-- an area that is more industrial, not an area one would look for food. After seeing several OG Yelpers that I follow bless this place, I went over after a long day of xmas shopping- my first observation was how clean yet empty this place was; I think this is due to the location. They also have a small gaming area to keep kids busy as well. After speaking with the friendly staff, I found out they make their dough onsite; you could taste how fresh the pizza was. Price wise, I don't think you can find a better deal, I got a large 1 topping pizza (12 slices) for $10! A pizza like this usually runs for $20 for sure at other places :) TIP: check their website for coupons and daily specials, I left the spot with a mountain of coupons for the future. This place is pretty cool, relaxing environment, TVs and plenty of places to sit. We ordered a Giant pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños, buffalo wings (spicy), garlic cheese bread, and potato wedges with cheese. The pizza is pretty good, thin crust, think New York style in terms of bendy dough. The buffalo wings were good, good flavor to them, tasted like franks red hot. Not sure if they make their own sauce or not. Garlic bread was really good, was the first thing to arrive and we demolished it. Potato wedges were good, they had cheddar cheese, onion, and bacon. Overall, the place was pretty good. Food was slow coming out, we actually received the pizza before the wings. Garlic bread, potato wedges, pizza, then wings with about 5 minutes in between each and about 10-12 after receiving the pizza did we get our wings. read more
