Feeling embarrassed, I apologized and was about to leave. However, the manager asked if I still wanted my sandwich. Had a meeting in 20 min and shared that I couldn't wait. He immediately turned to his staff and asked to make my sandwich in 15 minutes, all the while assuring me that mistakes happen all the time. When I ate the sandwich, of course it was delicious as expected. I didn't catch the manager's name, but whoever was working today at 1:30pm today, you've successfully won over a long-time customer. Their food is always fresh, meticulously prepared, and healthy - and the team is the warmest and friendliest staff that you actually look forward to seeing. After working all morning, my brain somehow can't handle the simple decision of where to eat for lunch - but the anticipation of interacting with Andre, his team (L'ree ), and nourishing my body with a fresh meal makes it simple. It's always clean, and the staff is so helpful and attentive! My favorite items: I'll really eat anything from here! But Chen's Crispy Rice Salad and the seasonal items take the cake.
