Overall 3.5 stars. Got the beef chimichuri and bacon sandwich, light onion jam. The sandwich is like 20-30% smaller than before. It was still tasty, just REALLY small. They no longer have the beets and goat cheese salad (my fave). Boo hoo boo hoo. They talked me into the peach salad. - Peaches were delish - Hot honey on the side went well with my beef sandwich - Good large pcs of sliced chicken (could use a knife or it be cut smaller) - It had nice pops of mint that was fresh and bright - The herbs in the goat cheese were a touch strong (too much rosemary or something) - The mixed greens were wilted, not heartily crunchy or crisp, kind of a soft salad (maybe sitting out too long)? Mendocino Farms across from Bristol farm is very busy for a Thursday lunch crowd. Once you enter to the door it becomes a line. There's a screen projector that shows the menu or several menu available if you want to look at it as you walk through the line. The line often looks long when you walk in, but don't let that discourage you. It layout that makes it seem like it's a long line but moves surprisingly fast. There are about six people working in the kitchen and several assembling orders, so the operation is very efficient. The staff here are nice. This place has great sandwiches, but I'm always a little surprised when the final bill comes up--it's pretty pricey for a sandwich (average $15). That said, I came back several times because my favorite is the Chicken Pesto Caprese panini, which is consistently delicious. :)) read more

My daughter loves this place! It is clean and spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of parking but can be tricky with so many eateries and shops (Whole Foods next door). Servers are friendly but food can sometimes take a while to come out. Our favorites here are: "Not So Fried" Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Pesto Caprese, and Chimichurri Steak & Bacon. Really love the food here as well as the decor of this restaurant. It really feels like you are eating healthy food and everything tasted great. I came alone on Sunday just as they opened. Came in for lunch and ordered the Cobb salad and the chicken pesto sandwich. The salad was a 10/10 - packed with flavor and perfectly balanced with great textures throughout. Every bite felt fresh and thoughtfully put together. The chicken pesto sandwich was also a 10/10. Mendocino Farms is a great spot if you're into delicious sandwiches. One of my personal favorites is their Pork Belly Bahn Mi. It's super flavorful and always hits the spot. Although, I didn't see this on the menu during my last visit - is it no longer available? My backup is the Not So Fried Chicken. It's a healthier option (I think) so no complaints there. I also like that they carry Mama Zuma's Revenge habanero chips! I used to buy them online and have never seen a store that sells them until now. After working all morning, my brain somehow can't handle the simple decision of where to eat for lunch - but the anticipation of interacting with Andre, his team (L'ree ), and nourishing my body with a fresh meal makes it simple.
