Mendocino Farms across from Bristol farm is very busy for a Thursday lunch crowd. Once you enter to the door it becomes a line. There's a screen projector that shows the menu or several menu available if you want to look at it as you walk through the line. The line often looks long when you walk in, but don't let that discourage you. It layout that makes it seem like it's a long line but moves surprisingly fast. There are about six people working in the kitchen and several assembling orders, so the operation is very efficient. The staff here are nice. This place has great sandwiches, but I'm always a little surprised when the final bill comes up--it's pretty pricey for a sandwich (average $15).
