5-27-24 4pm Memorial Day Hubby and I came here specifically for pizza. We are on a quest for the best pizza in the area. Note we attempted to come here on Sunday night but unfortunately arrived 15 minutes before closing as they close at 8pm on a Sunday night. So we came back the next day which was a holiday and thankfully they were open. They offered that we could go next door to Burnt Church Distillery so we could get full service including bar. But we truly only wanted pizza so we ordered boneless chicken wings at the counter with a side of blue cheese to dip them in. The pizza we got supreme without pepperoni. It was nice and thin. Hubby would have liked it a touch more crispy I was fine the way it was. The 16 inch was plenty and we ended up bringing three slices home in a small box. We got two fountain sodas Coke for me and Sprite for hubby. They brought the food to the table when ready. As well as dishes for the wings. Definitely worth another visit to try other menu items. As they have Mexican food as well. read more

Have tried just about all of the pizza places in Bluffton, and this is the one we constantly go back to. It is also where we take friends from out of town. Never had anyone say it wasn't one of the best pizzas they have ever had. Very thing crust, not crunchy unless you want it that way. The list of toppings is very extensive and you can add EVERYTHING you want for $2 over the base for a 10" pizza which is currently $9! Service is always excellent and the Whoppie Pies are a great way to finish. I rarely write reviews but they deserve this. read more

OK pizza. Nothing to rave about. Bland and blah. I've had much better elsewhere. I came here with all my co-workers, we walked because our office is so close by. This was about 2 months ago. Pizza Co used to be one of our favorite places to grab a quick pizza, not anymore. They have taken away the wait staff and now you have to order everything through a bar code on your phone, food quality has gone down and at that price point not worth it. People were nice but that doesn't make up for the changes. read more

I've been in here several times for lunch and this is the 2nd time my food has been burnt. Usually I don't complain but the employees working today were just rude along with my food being burnt. I gave my order to the guy then the other girl said she could take orders down at the register (there were 2 other people with me), so I said I ordered already then she asked the guy if he took my order to which he replied no. I'm tired of businesses being rude, especially to locals who support them in the off season! Restaurants are a dime a dozen here, so I won't be coming back here again. read more

Nice looking restaurant. No vibe. No music. A good pizza could have made up for that. Sadly it was terrible. We eat pizza all over the world. They may have an Italian pizza oven but that pizza wasn't fit for a prisoner. Flat, no rise, gummy crust, toppings are fresh. They use a dough rounder to form their pie. That destroys any leveling or yeast. Teach your staff how to throw dough and make a real pizza and then we will try you again. There are better choices in Bluffton read more

This is easily the best pizza in Bluffton! They have so many great options for everyone! I have celiac and the owner was BEYOND accommodating and recommended since they only have one oven, to order a take and bake - how cool is that?! I ordered the casa Blanca on a cauliflower crust : basil pesto base, vegan cheese, spinach, mushrooms, tomato, red peppers. Just brought the pizza home and baked it at 450 for 10 minutes and it was incredible. Will make this a weekly stop for sure! read more

Called in our first order yesterday. Pleasant helpful employee took the order quickly and answered my questions. Walked in door to find a very clean atmosphere, attendants were busy with tables. I had great hopes for a good pizza. Not happening here. We ordered a lg. with several toppings. We live close, so it took no time for it to get home. Didn't even look good when we opened the box. The pizza was almost cold & tasteless. The crust was very hard, could not get a knife through it. The toppings were sparse and could not see any cheese. I may be wrong, but it seemed like the crust was pre-baked and they put a few toppings on it. I had wondered, as I asked how long, they said 10 min, wow! Used to the best pizza in the world, Jersey pizza, tried place last night and was pleasantly surprised. Really thin crispy crust, lots of topping and sauce options. This is a beautiful restaurant with great pizza and service. If you like thin crust pizza, I think you'll love Pizza Co! We created our own pizza that included pepperoni, sausage, black olives, onion, and a pesto drizzle. It was delicious! Tried for the first time today. Service was fine but scant toppings and the pizza dough well if you love to chew bubble gum then go for it.

I took 12 people on my staff here for lunch and was afraid that might be too many people all at once but boy was I wrong. Orders were taken efficiently, the cooking process is jack rabbit fast, and we all were enjoying lunch in a snap. The pizzas and salads were delicious and the service was top notch. This is a perfect and healthier alternative to fast food! I see now they serve beer/wine for those who have more time for a dining experience. Great work! read more

So happy to find this place! Im on a low carb diet so i was thrilled to try their cauliflower crust option. Meet the Meat on a cauliflower crust is amazing. Even my picky eater family couldn't stop eating my pizza! Crust was thin chewy and crispy on the edges. you would never know you're eating a cauliflower pizza crust! We all got a kick out of watching the pizza dough maker and the beautiful pizza oven. I will definitely be a repeat customer!! read more

Terrible pizza and Cesar salad. The pizza assembly line was manned by a crew of inexperienced people. The pie was under cooked and the salad was poorly made. There is no atmosphere at all in the starkly decorated cramped interior. The pizza oven looks like it could turn out a good pizza in the right persons hands! read more

Pretty good pizza. Had the 'cauliflower' crust (we are gluten sensitive) which was basically mostly rice flour, cheese and eggs with a little cauliflower. The owner said he orders the crust in and it's really not bad it's just not really a cauliflower crust in my opinion. I'm comparing this to the one I've had at California pizza kitchen and the one I make though. The staff is friendly here and the pizza toppings are plentiful. He has a pizza oven that cooks the pizza in 90 seconds which is a bonus for not having to wait however because the toppings are cut on the larger side the veggie options really don't get cooked in this short amount of time. If you like your vegetables on the crunchy side this is a bonus but if not..could be an issue. Good sauce and a decent amount of cheese also. The price is right here as you can get as many toppings as you want on the pizza or in a chopped salad for a great price and they are generous! read more
