We have been ordering Pizza Di Folco for several years..THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! Quick Delivery, Great Customer Service!

My kid found this gem and took us there for lunch yesterday. This place is in an empty plaza except for this place. Looks run down outside but great food and service inside. Not a big place, only about 8 tables/booths but we only needed one booth. Started with Garlic knots, nice crust and warm sauce to dip them in. Not a strong garlic flavor but a joy to eat. Two of us split a stuffed garlic and spinach pizza with added Italian sausage. You can opt for sauce inside, on top or on the side, we went for it on the side. We also ordered a small pizza with pepperoni and the sun-dried tomato pesto. Both pizzas were cooked correctly, not an easy feat with a stuffed crust to be crisp and not brunt on the outside and get the dough completely cooked all the way through. The taste was great for both pizzas. We saved enough room for the Cannolis for dessert. I love that they have a variety of shells to chose from, the chocolate with walnuts was stuffed just for me. The service was great, the owner waited on us and made our food and took the time to learn exactly what we wanted and then made sure we got it and that everything was ok. He also took time to talk to us and didn't rush us in and out like the chain places do. So nice to have service from somebody that cares about you. The owners are from the Island (Long Island for you GA locals) and it was like being in a pizza joint up there. Wish I lived closer to this place because I'd go all the time. read more

When I called for delivery, they said it will be only an hour, when it arrived 2.5hrs later, the pizza was very cold and completely burnt! Also, it has been sitting out for a long period because bottom of the pizza was wet. Very disappointed! read more

Loved the feel of this place. Outdated but in a very homey, cozy, back-to-my-childhood way. The man, who had the thick accent described, and who I would presume to be the owner, was very nice to us and extremely accommodating to our two small, monster-children. Surprised by other reviews about rudeness! (The waitress with the southern accent, on the other hand, was kind of sour.) Anyhow, the food: Greek salad- Huge. Fresh. Strangely served with Italian dressing, but a very good dish. Garlic knots-decent, but not as great as I e pected based on others' recos. Pizza- pretty delish. Great ratio of crust to sauce to cheese to other toppings. All very delicious. The crust is soft/foldable, which is not at all our preference (we like a crisp crust), but those New Yorkers, ya know...we don't get it at all, but aside from a wimpy crust this was a pretty delicious pizza. I'd definitely go back. Loved the family-owned, feels-like-home atmosphere...oh, but next time, getting the eggplant parm sub!!! read more

I saw some of the recent reviews and personally feel they have some sort of vendetta. I work at a local law enforcement agency and have eaten here a few times a month for going on 10 years without incident. Good owners and awesome food for sure. This is great NY style cooking but as mentioned without GA charm. The Eggplant Parmesan, Calzone's and Stromboli are amazing. read more

This place only gets one star because I ordered my food from here and the guy knocked on the door and I told him to wait while I put my dog away which took not even a minute and as I opened the door he was driving off... Pizza is always excellent. This place has been around a long time and looks like the owners know that surrounding neighborhood do not need their introduction. its a well established restaurant and the family owned business has definitely mastered the art of Italian pizza, stramboli and calzones. Besides the excellent taste in food I would only suggest to revamp the seating area a little more inviting with fresh brighter colors in main hall and restrooms and even in a busy day a welcoming smile helps. read more

From the reviews I expected authentic Italian pizza but received something that reminded me of reheated, day old, small pizzeria pizza. I took the pizza to a lake nearby with friends and we enjoyed feeding the geese pieces of the pizza more than we did eating it. Hey, at least it wasn't wasted! read more

Ordered delivery from here last night, we were moving my folks and didn't want to get out. We got a pizza and the garlic knots. Garlic knots were subpar, almost like a crunchy bread stick. Ordered off Yelp reviews so maybe we got the wrong thing. Pizza was a totally different experience. It was fantastic and had ricotta cheese, who knew that needed to happen! All of the toppings were very fresh, pizza crust was perfectly done and the pesto topping was a great add on. Definitely would recommend this place. read more

I had never heard of this place until the other day and I finally got the chance to go last night. We got the meat lovers pizza and it was fantastic. The place is kind of off to the side of the main road and I nearly missed the turn but the place has got a great atmosphere, the staff was very friendly to us, provided suggestions and so forth. Is a really good place to go eat. Ordering food was on time. Very nice service. Don't know what happened tonight but owner and staff were overworked and asked me to leave. I asked for two deserts. had family from out of town and was coming from LanierWorld, we stopped at this pizza place in the area that online stated they closed at 11:00 but when we arrived around 9:40pm they promptly told us they were closed, closed at 10:30pm (wasn't even 10pm yet), and could not serve us (even though they were clearly still operating). It was embarrassing and sad being discriminated against especially with family from out of town. We were attempting to dine in on a late Friday night (4 adults, 6 kids) after leaving waterpark. the lady who spoke to us was very abrupt and unpleasant and when I pointed out to her that it stated online they didnt close until 11pm she barked back that she knew what it said online but they they closed at 10:30pm and they couldn't serve us (again even though it was not even 10pm). From the encounter I'm sure we were not hte first minorities to be treated that way and writing review so that we will be the last. poor experience but we ended up having a great experience at the Pizza Hut down the street with exceptional service. read more

Great food but I think one of the owners is bipolar?...I ordered some hot wings for pick up and he told me they didn't usually just take orders for hot wings and I had done it on previous occasions with no trouble? He took the order but when I went to pick them up I got the cold shoulder and when I thanked him for the order after I paid, he just turned his back on me and walked away?????????????????Their loss not mine, I would have brought them a lot business this year and not just from me. (I'm currently in Buford) let me first state that the food here is great, but the service (especially the delivery service) is horrendous. I ordered, and a pizza today at 6pm.and was advised that the deliver would take approx 1 1/2 hrs. I accepted this as there was a little rain, and it was Friday. This despite this place being only 6 mins away from my home. Two and a half hrs later I'm still waiting, and when I called to check status, I was told "I don't know when it'll get there, she left". No offer to call/check w/driver, etc. I'm now calling to cancel, and request full refund on my already charged credit card. read more

The pizza is dry and tasteless. They sau free Delivery but then tell you only up to 5 miles and " byt the way to you want to add the tip to your order before the pizze is delivered? Not a good business practice. Also the pizza is nothing like italian pizza, this pizza was dry and the dough was not fresh. I rather have Dominos. thats how bad it was. read more

My roommate and I have been here twice and this is where we will ALWAYS go. The first time we walked in, the owner came out and encouraged us to ask questions about the menu and was extremely friendly. Our order was done in about 10 minutes and we were out the door. Super reasonably priced. We ordered a stuffed pizza today and it was done in about 20 minutes. The food is just so good. It looks a little sketchy at first, being in an old, mostly abandoned strip mall, but PLEASE give this place a chance. 100% worth it. read more

I want to preface this by saying that I go to Long Island on a regular basis, but these folks seem like they're from the city instead based on attitude. I ordered a pizza for delivery, they say give us an hour and we should have it to you. An hour and a half passes so I call to check if it's out yet. Yes it is, it's rainy, it's Friday, excuses. Seems ok. Then I get a call back (we did appreciate the call back) saying the pizza actually hasn't been made yet, but I could pick it up in 20 minutes (I can't pick it up) wait another hour for delivery, or cancel. I hand the phone to my boyfriend (who's from Long Island) for him to deal with it. He ends up getting more excuses and cancels the order. read more

I have lived in this area for 12 years. I have always wanted to like this place since it is a mile away. It is the most convenient place for me and my husband to eat. But for 12 years the pizza was practically inedible, there just was no taste to their pizza. We would try every year or so and decide, yes this is why we do not go back. We tried it again today and we were pleasantly pleased this time. Their sauce is much better with good flavor. You can see the seasoning throughout the pizza. The crust is still a bit bland but the rest of the pizza was really good so you do not notice that until you get to the end. I hope it stays this tasty so we can have a close place to grab food for the weekend. read more
