Instead of asking if we had already been helped, she proceeded to take the order of the customer who had just walked up behind us. It was very frustrating and discourteous. We were actually about to walk out because of how we were treated, but fortunately the other employee finished his phone order and was able to help us. If you want customers to continue coming back, this employee could benefit from additional training in customer service and basic courtesy. A simple acknowledgment and asking whether we had already been helped would have made all the difference.
