The owner of this establishment is dishonest so I will no longer be giving them any business. We have been loyal customers placing large orders from here several times a week for quite a while now. Recently (last Thursday) there was an incident where our food arrived about 2 hours 10 minutes after placing the order & was freezing cold, every item. We had called twice to check on the status (as we had a kid to get to bed by 8pm) and kept being told that it would be there any minute and was with the delivery driver. Once the cold food (& soggy salad) finally arrived, we called back to inform them. The owner got on the phone, apologized, and said that a delivery driver had gotten a flat tire and they didn't realize our food was left in that vehicle. For the inconvenience, she offered to give us a credit in the full amount of our order ($37 or so) and would put it on the account "associated with our address". Less than a week later I go to place an order & I am told that the owner never offered this credit and only offered to give a discount on the next order. First I was offered $5 off and then $10 off. Which one is it?? These are two very different conversations that could not be easily mistaken. Both my husband and I were present for this conversation and understood she was offering a credit. They are now lying about this...and the $37 isn't much but at this point, it's just bad business. Don't offer something to a customer if you're not going to follow through. **Since this happened I took a look at their reviews & found multiple other customers stating the same bad practice of offering credits & then lying about it and never honoring them. Came here for dinner Sunday pm. I'm shocked by their 5 star reviews considering the sauce tastes like it came from a can and the meatballs are fake. We did not have the pizza so I can't rate that. The food was hot. Service was great but when u go out for Italian,you expect freshly cooked food. If I wanted processed or canned food, I would have stayed home and microwaved my own meal. read more

My husband and I came in for dinner mid week. The service was great and food wonderful. My husband had spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs. I had the chicken sorrento which is eggplant parmigan on top of chicken. Dinners include a salad which was nicely plated, fresh and flavorful. Next came warm from the oven garlic bread and some of their marinara. The marinara was thick with herbs and garlic and lick the spoon delicios. No was is it from a can Dinner was great, again beautifully plated and luscious. The portions are large, we each took half home. There was no room for dessert but given how good their food was, they probably are good also. This is a local find and we will be back. The price for our dinner was extremely reasonable. read more

Seriously bad pizza. Picked up a fresh pie, crust too thick to be NY style, sauce and cheese bland. Not even close to LIPS, Lunas, Carusos. Even Pats or Dominos is much better. Not sorry, first time will be my last time, go to the supermarket and get a frozen pizza. read more

I come here for lunch at least once a week because my office is right down the street in Middletown. His salads are the BEST I've ever had. Much better than Saladworks and better than Pats ( both of which are very good as well, but not as good). Like his wraps and pizza's every thing is handcrafted with care. This is the best place in MOT for Pizza Delivery. Pizza is good and haven't had anything yet that wasn't a great dish or sandwich. We were always a little nervous regarding some of the characters the other Delivery places send to our homes but not Dinapoli. Their Delivery man is like having family stop by. Neighbors here agree also. That's important these days. It's coincidentally a special treat for the kids in Spring Creek since he is also their Bus Driver. As generic pizzas go, this is a pretty good pizza. I think the crust makes a pizza special, and generally, I have been satisfied with their crust. The pepperoni pizza is a little greasy, and I think it's more bacuase of the cheese than the pepperoni. A better quality cheese might solve this problem. read more

The best delivery/pizza spot in Northern Middletown. Not only are they great for pizza, wings and cheesesteak type foods but for once I found a pizza joint that actually has really good dinner platters! We had the Chicken Sorrento and Chicken Parm, both very delicious and hearty. Servings can feed two PLUS you get a nice salad and garlic bread with them. And let me tell you, if you are a Brushetta lover, theirs is to die for! Customer service is always on point and very clean establishment. After quite a few lousy experiences from pizza delivery spots since our move to Middletown from Newark, we are so happy we found this place and now it is the ONLY place we call for delivery! read more

Stuffed cheesesteak pizza feeds 5+ just $21.99 . Well me since having lived in Philly for over 30 some odd years decided to pull the pin on something I was pretty sure I'd enjoy. Right? Wrong! Yo when I tell you that I've had more chsteak in a egg roll. Dude you cant make this crap up. My daughter thought she was having a slice with cheese when she heard me ask her mom where's the steak? My kid goes what steak? I got a slice of cheese. I told her no you didn't that's supposed to be a slice of stuffed cheesesteak pizza. Cue the loser sound effect WHOMP WHOMP WHOOOOOMP! LOOOOSER! So the 3 stars are for all the other good meals I've had from here and the other two missing stars got lost with the cheesesteak that you were supposed to stuff this pizza with. Just a lil advice if I were charging 22 bucks for a stuffed pie I'd use at the very least the equivalent of whatever you'd put on a cheesesteak sandwich if not more. Just saying. This is my favorite pizza in Middletown; the sauce in particular puts it a notch above the competition. I recommend "the Di Napoli" from their menu, for its delicious mozzarella and abundance of sauce. The staff are friendly and welcoming as well. read more

Ordered delivery on a Friday night. Took a little over an hour. Got the pizza Di Napoli. Is was it ok, sauce was very flavorful but cheese and crust weren't the best I've had. Also got a cheeseburger sub. I was pleased to finally see one on a menu in the tri state area. Again, it was ok. Everything was cooked perfectly and made correctly but not a big fan of the rolls they use. My wife got the clam strips and the chicken quesadillas and she loved them. We were surprised how hot and fresh everything was we ordered. You don't get that from a lot of delivery food. That's why I'm giving 5 stars. read more

I have been going to pizza DiNapoli since they opened and have dealt with the staff on multiple occasions where they forgot sauce that I had asked for or have completely got the order right the first time. It was last night that they completely screwed up the order and gave us the wrong order and as I was driving from Middletown to the other end of Townsend to sit down and enjoy the meal with my family it was all wrong! The girl who took my money has charged me for the wrong meal and as I head back to the establishment I had nothing nice to say about the service I was going to receive. Upon arrival I had entered the building which was not just down the street it was miles and miles away. I sat the wrong meal on the counter and politely told the manager that the order was wrong. I then proceed to work this ordeal out with the staff and the manager asks me what is wrong so I relayed the message to him what had happened, he pressed some buttons on the register and laid a one dollar bill on the counter and said here yah go that's the difference In the bill you were charged! I then said I just drove 10 miles to get the right meal and I wasn't going to leave with just a dollar in my hand. I was very Unsatisfied with the manager and the staff as well as the ordering system they have in that restaurant. read more
