Ordered pick up last night: Classic with pepperoni and a steak and Gorgonzola. When I arrived for pick up, was greeted with a friendly smile. Nice little sit down while waiting for the pies to complete. Overall, I like layout of the place and we will be eating our next pie at the location. The pies tasted delicious. Nice balance of ingredients with sauce, cheese and topping. The crust of the pie was perfect on the outside and slightly undercooked in the middle. Not sure if it need a little more time or if this is because we are in Florida and that it is difficult to baked the perfect crust. Only a minor and overall, we look forward to trying the rest of the pies and/or stop in for the lunch special. Since living in Florida, I have heard many of the North Easterners that Florida will never be able to make pizza the right way. Located on SW 18th st the atmosphere is inviting . Tables are high top and low. Pizzas are two sizes, 12" & 18". The 18" is way big but two of those worked for the five of us, all adults. We ordered the Mizner and Cheese Pizza. Both very tasty with fresh ingredients. The menu has other offerings other than pizza such as sandwiches, wings, beer and wine. Tried this Brand New pizza place for lunch today. IMO they're a little pricey. They have a few tables inside and out for dine in and a couple TVs. I'm not sure if they have WiFi. Today I found myself needing a quick bite prior to an appointment I know I would be at for a while. That is when we decided pizza would be an ideal choice. A quick search on Yelp helped me find Pizza District which I confess I picked because in addition to good ratings, from the pictures on Yelp it looked like they would also be serving slices which is all we wanted. In fact the slices are so large here we shared one slice between the 2 of us. Happily they did have slices and they were just the way we love our pizza, thin crust without too much cheese or sauce. So yeah, kinda perfect from our perspective and a very nice surprise. I say that because I am a spoiled New Yorker who truly knows great pizza having grown up around it my entire life. Had lunch here the other day when I saw that they were open. It's a new place and you can tell because everything is brand new and really modern looking. I got a slice of the owl pizza with jalapeños and bacon and a half of a chicken parm sandwich for the lunch special. I was pretty surprised at how much I liked the pizza and the sandwich didn't disappoint either. Service was friendly they checked on me even though I ordered at the counter. Visiting from Boston, we arrived late and we all wanted pizza for dinner. Boston has some of the best Pizza restaurants, and this place was right up there with best of Boston. The pizza was fantastic. Thin crust, fresh ingredients, delicious tomato sauce. The Pizza came out piping hot, crispy, and delicious. Our server Justina was fantastic, and the owner Nico introduced himself to make sure everything was perfect. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable, with good spacing between tables. I was in the area I was looking for a place to eat I saw this place as I drove by. I walked in and one of the employees yelled at me from the back asking me if I was a customer. I was going to wash my hands and go to the bathroom before I ordered my food since I do home health therapy. I told him I was going to use the bathroom and wash my hands and he told me it was for customers only and I had to leave.
