Been here about 5 times and never have had a problem. I like the crust on the pizza and the sauce is pretty good. Their slices are worth the money. Also I suggest trying the wings. I tried the spicy honey garlic and it was everything I wanted in flavor and in feel. All the staff are really helpful and polite. I will start off by saying that the pizza was pretty great, no complaints there. When I walked in to get my pick-up order, a manager was complaining out loud about mask wearing and how businesses shouldn't be fined for not complying to mask regulations, then he went on to say that people who wear masks are "puppets" - mind you I am a paying customer at the register wearing my mask and he's standing less than 6 feet away from me. I would have said something in person but he and his friend weren't wearing their mask properly so I got out of there as fast as I could. I will say that everyone behind the register was properly wearing their mask. But it made me wonder if they are 100% compliant, given their poor leadership. His comments were not only insulting, they were concerning. I don't think we'll be getting take-out from here again. read more

Amazing experience- my mother, Daugter, and I visited pizza district on a busy Friday night and the owner was externally kind and offered my daughter pizza dough to play with and a complementary glass of wine. The staff quickly surprised us with cutting down our 20min quoted wait time down to 10mins because of there efficiency in turning over tables. It's such a refreshment to have a well run and kind staff for a "mom and pop restaurant" I'm excited to see the expansion and growth of pizza district around Boca Raton. Delicious crispy pizza served in a timely manner and extremely clean and inviting, spacious and modern atmosphere. The pizza tastes just like pizza I ate while I was vacationing in Italy. The lunch special is an incredible deal as well with pick two options. I also highly recommend the meatball sandwich. Always in search for the perfect pizza, we were eager to try this new pizza restaurant in Boca last night. Yelp actually notified me of it's existence as stating it was "hot and new ", so off we went to get our pizza fix on a rainy Friday night. Located in an upscale plaza on the corner of Powerline and 18th street, it's near other popular restaurants and businesses so I had a good feeling about it. It's small, casual with a contemporary feel. Clean, with lots of metal. Many staff greeted us when we arrived. They told us we could sit anywhere. There actually is not a ton of seating, as I think they are mainly a take out/delivery place. We sat down and our young server greeted us very eagerly and took our drink orders. We told her we were in no rush and she did not rush us. FYI they have beer and wine only, which is fine. They have many,many pizza toppings and two sizes of pizza:small and large. FYI the large,which we ordered, is huge. We had plenty to take home with us. We chose the steak and Gorgonzola pizza with carmelized onions and it was pretty darn delicious. They weren't stingy with the steak,which we appreciated. It came out piping hot with very thin crust. Just what we wanted. They also have other Italian favorites on the menu,sandwiches etc, which all looked really yummy, so we'll have to try those next time. Definitely a hot and new place to check out! read more

Be careful before visiting Pizza District. The employee making the food does not cover is nose when making food items. He leaves is big nose hanging out his mask, as the owner does. I politely asked the owner if the man making my son's food can please cover his nose and mouth with his mask. The owner ignorantly replied that restaurant employees are not required to cover their nose. Maybe that is the case but CDC recommends that restaurant employees wear masks properly. Hurray!!! Finally really really good pizza in South Florida. Wonderful new spot in the Boardwalk shopping center in Boca Raton. The decor is really inviting, very fresh. First trip there we had the lunch special, two very large slices and a fountain drink for 9.99 . The pizza was awesome, the crust, cheese, toppings all blended together to make the perfect, thin New York style pizza we have been missing in FL. Been getting pizza here for a few months now have ordered about 30 pizzas over time usually on delivery dudes and sometimes pickup. All the pizzas are very good and cauliflower crust is good also. My last visit on 5/14 the 2 young lady's were rude and didn't have any customer service skills. Even after insisting I was here for my DoorDash pickup order it was hard for them to understand I was not a driver. After about four times one of them was finally able to understand I am a customer getting my Togo order. She then asked me for my $2 in cash for the prosciutto didn't care so I just payed it. Then a different lady comes out again and asks how I will be paying for the prosciutto for $2 before the pizza is even brought out... Eventually the pizza was just put it on the table outside. The pizza ended up being a little burnt after waiting outside for 15 minutes that seems absurd. So I would say my last experience was probably enough to not order again. read more

I have eaten here a few times. All if the food is great and beats a lot of other pizza places. I would try the misner park or the fighting owl. All of the food is good but they use platic straw which hurt the environment including all types of plastic. How did 29 people give this place 5 stars?, how did they get paid off. The pizza is as advertised thin crust, but that's the only good thing I have to say. The sauce is thin, even watery. The thin crust is not crispy, probably due to the sauce. The slice is huge, but a whole lot of not so good pizza is a whole lot of nothing. The salad is served in a small bowl, not that filling. Do not order their nutella pizza! I only decided to try this place because I was craving a nutella dessert. The guy on the phone said it was just nutella and white chocolate. Simple but again I was really craving a nutella dessert. For $17 yes $17 I was expecting something on soft warm bread with of course nutella and white chocolate... instead I promise you the crust was so stale! Not crunchy not soft but STALE. It also had large chunks of nuts and coconut which I hate. I threw the whole thing out because the bread was INEDIBLE and in the trash went $17! $17 folks! They do not offer smaller sizes for individual purchase. All they need to do is make a regular soft crust in different sizes to LOWER THE PRICE and ask people if they want any of the chunky bits of nuts, coconut and God knows what else. read more

OK, I'm from New Haven area so I'm a pizza snob, but for the price there's far better options even in the local area. We hadn't been there before but decided on pie, and ordered with delivery (we're about a mile away). The pie came quickly, and the delivery guy was quite pleasant. The pie was pepperoni and onion ($3 more for Onion!!), and was meh. The crust had the taste of cardboard with no compelling reason to eat it. The pizza had a LOT of big chunks of tomato which I am NOT a fan of - heartburn city for me. If I wanted a meghera I would have ordered it. In short, Nick's is WAY better, and Mod is too, at about half the price, speaking of which this pie with delivery and tip was $27. Like really? It should be DAMN good at $27, but it wasn't. By a lot. Pizza is thin crust with a ton of flavor. Cheesy bread was thicker with just the right amount of cheese. Service was on point and friendly.
