We got delivery that was not edible. Vegetables in the salad were rotten and translucent. The meat in the salad smelled bad. That was not the worst part... We called to let them know and were greeted by a woman who argued with us and basically said we make it you pay for it and that's that. Then after arguing offered a $14.00 refund and accused us of lying. The refund never showed up. Shocker. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Ohhh man. So, I had no idea what a calzone really was til I ordered from here. It's like a pizza folded in half with air hold slices going down it. Sooooo delicious. Since I didn't understand how big this actually was I also ordered the appetizer combo plate. It was late at night when I ordered and it did take me about an hour to receive this through a third party company. Perhaps the appetizer platter wasn't meant to travel, so if I tried that again it would have to be in person. The calzone however, I was more than impressed. The website, though not the restaurants, but rather "the slice", very easy to use and even had an order tracker, which I appreciate. Food was great . I went in to order sandwiches for lunch, the girl at the counter said "what do you want " not hello, welcome but ATTITUDE the second I walked in the door. I told her, I'm checking out the menu, as I went to take one I said to her she seems like she's having a bad day, she told me to leave the menu and get out. I explained with that type of customer service, perhaps she should move back to NY city, where people tolerate that rudeness better. Pizza looked very dry and barely any toppings. read more

Horrible place. Terrible customer service. I ordered a steak sandwich with no cheese. It was delivered with cheese. When i called them, they called me a liar and said they needed to inspect the sandwich. After a second phone call I was insulted again and they still did not correct the problem. Besides this issue, the food was terrible. Very little meat in the sandwiches and the mozzarella sticks were not cooked. Please avoid this place at all costs unless you like abuse. read more

Omg we went there on October 26 for the first time. Saw that there were lunch specials on the board so we decided to order from that. Well the male waitress said that those specials don't apply. So we had to order something from the menu. The waitress said if we spend $30 we would get a 15% discount on our bill. So we decided to put our orders on one check to get the discount. The food was ok. The Wedding soup was terrible. We got our check and the waitress proceeded to tell us that the prices went up a dollar for each item. What? You tell us that after we get the check and not when we ordered. I told the waitress it was wrong and he said it was written on the menu. In small print that prices are subject to change. Well, he just lost our business and he didn't seem to care as he was the manager too. You see we did finally make out better. The 15% discount we saved made up for the price increases and also saved us tip money as we didn't leave one. Word of mouth is a powerful tool. read more
