Based on delivery. Called to order two plain pies and was given an estimated 45 min delivery time. Keep in mind we're only 4 minutes away from the restaurant. We were in the middle of moving hence the need for a delivery order. After waiting an hour, I call the restaurant to be told "sorry, they're leaving now." As I waited an additional 30 min, I went to call again and that's when the driver arrived. The pizza was only lukewarm and luckily for us still intact. Won't be ordering from here again. read more

I stopped here today for a quick bite, the staff was very friendly and told us all about what slices were available. The place was a little small but they had a little bar/table you could eat at, so we did just that. I got a regular slice and a grandma slice. This will be a far cry from my review 6 years ago. Sad to say our favorite go to pizza joint has disappointed us to the point of no return. The food is always good, but after the service we received tonight by the staff, we will never order from here again. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes minutes for our order, I called to inquire about it. The girl on the phone told me it was on its way. I explained that the slice app said it was estimated to be delivered between 7:23 and 7:43 (it was 8:06) she said that was because she hit the button already but it was on the way now. So we waited and our food was delivered 20 minutes later (we are 7 minutes away). We then realized we were missing a slice. When I called, the gentleman told me the driver didn't have it and it was definitely in the box we received. It wasn't. He made it sound like I was lying. About a single slice of pizza. He then told me he would send one out but it would be a while. It was now 8:20 so my boyfriend just went and drove there to get it. No apology, nothing. Customer service goes a long way. The place doesn't look like much but they make a real tasty pizza. I love their sesame seed crust. You can pick up or they deliver and their prices are good values. I don't recommend eating there because there is not a lot of room, but if you're one or two people just stopping by for a quick bite there are some stools and a counter to eat at. I've had better garlic knots. read more

I have been going here since HS over ten years ago and it is still some of the best pizza and food Long Island has to offer! I love their wings and I can just about request my pizza anyway I like and they make it up for me! The pizza is always hot because they pop it in the oven for you and the staff is like family, they're so courteous and respectful! For pickup people are you usual in and out super quick! I've since moved from Copiague out of state, but every time I go back home to visit, I go visit Keith and Anthony! I always try to get something different but I still haven't had every thing on the menu!! Hopefully, one day I will be able to say I have though. I have ordered a few times from here and recommended to friends up until recently no problems the last couple times my order was messed tonight I decided to call just to let them know. The customer service was horrible the women literally wanted to argue. I feel like that's unfortunate cause I'm not comfortable ordering from there anymore, very poor service. I really like the food here, especially the pizza. I've only had sesame seeds on the pizza crust at one other place and I think it makes the whole pie. Hero's are excellent and big. It's unfortunate I'm writing this review. I will start by saying the food is great. Of the three times I've ordered from here the food has been consistent quality. I will also follow up by saying all three orders I've placed through grub hub. I work locally and ordered the food out of convenience for myself and coworkers. My first order went great. The food arrived super fast, hot, and delicious. The second order I placed, I had to call because it was 30 minutes past the delivery window grub hub gave. I was told it was on its way. Again, food was great. My third order, again placed through grub hub, it was another 30 minutes past the given delivery window. When I called, the young lady on the phone said it was on its way. She then called me back to say a man called and cancelled my order. I hate to assume this was a lie, but I placed the order through my personal phone and no one in my shop called to cancel it. Doesn't make sense. So she asked if I wanted to still fill the order which I said yes. After another 40 minutes, I contacted grub hub because I assumed at this point nothing was coming. They contacted the store and told me it would arrive shortly. The delivery driver couldn't find our location, which is off a main road and it's a business, so he arrived later than expected. To top it all off, our order was mixed up and not what we asked for. At this point we just accepted our losses and ate it anyway. Very disappointed by this experience and sad to say we won't be ordering for our business in the future. Maybe cut ties with grub hub if it's messing things up. read more

Worst customer service ever. They can't even send a pizza out to my place of residence and when they did it was 2hours late. When I complained they gave a credit towards a pie. When I finally gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them today, they told me that the pizza would be covered. Five minutes later, they called told me that because of the Easter holiday I would have to pick up my free pie. Ive ordered from, or stopped in here many times. Prices are very good, pizza and knots are good, but if you are stopping in, make sure you have a lot of time. Everytime ive stopped in for lunch, it takes them forever. Not ordering anything special, today was a slice and knots, took more then 15 minutes which is rediculous. The girl behind the counter means well, but is very spacey and forgets a lot of things and you have to tell your order multiple times. The other thing that rubbed me wrong, side of sauce from the knots comes out cold...i dont want to eat hot knots with cold sauce. read more

I've been a loyal customer. Gave a stellar review. Not anymore... Not only was my order +1/2 an hour late the order was incomplete. I was told the missing item would be credited, I use Stub Hub. I asked for a courtesy discount for the inconvenience but the counter person was too busy as was the manager & hung up. I called back, the manager Anthony answered. He was as disrespectful and uncaring. He was too busy.. too busy to authorize an adjustment for their error and not honoring their time commitment. Guess what Anthony hung up on me as well. The discount & missing item credit total all of $5. So much for my $30 orders every week Anthony. Next time take a minute to satisfy a customer, who is right. Here's a tip, I'm busy too. read more

Incredible pizza!! We got a delivery of 1 large cheese pie,, 2 heros ( meatball and chicken parm) ziti,, garlic knots and 2 liter of soda 25$+tax deliverd came to 29$! First I want to say how amazingly delicious the heros where,, full,, flavorful meatballs,, real hommade sauce,, the cheese was so good too,, the chicken cutlets where nice big pieces ,,real home made chicken cutlets like mom would make! The garlic knots where awesome,, soft!! The ziti,, nailed it! The pizza with the seseme crust was amazing!!! Sauce on point,, cheese ,, so good! Totally impressed especially for a place called exspress pizza,, we didnt know what we where going to get, dont let the name fool you!!
