Its 2026, its time for an updated review. I have to say customer service I recieve from them, time after time is always top level. Tonight I had no electricity, no way to cook so I ordered 3 gluten free pizzas for delivery. A pepperoni, cheese and a tidal wave. My pizzas were here in like 20/25 min if that. There was a slight mix up I recieved 2 cheese and 1 pep, I called explained what happened and they fixed it immediately. I had the correct pizza in no time. Everyone was so kind and polite, just really good customer service. The pizza as always on point. Its our go to pizza, I order a few pizzas at a time and freeze slices so my daughter can have pizza for a quick dinner on nights when I dont have time or want to cook and on those classroom party days when her class wins a pizza party(she doesnt attend a school near either location to order delivery) and she cannot partake in it. Well this was disappointing!!!! I called to order dinner before the concert tonight. First off phone rang over 20 times before someone answered and put me on hold. Then finally someone answered to ask my order which I started giving only to be ignored. Not sure what was happening but having a cheerful person answering the phone could've gone a long way. We were told 50 minutes for the delivery. They called a hour later to confirm the order that should've already been delivered. The driver arrived who was really nice and apologized for the wait. We opened the box and the pizza was cold!!!! Too bad as I am sure they knew the pizza had been sitting for a long time before leaving. read more

You can't ever go wrong with Santa Barbara Pizza. Their toppings are always fresh and plentiful. The pizza crust? Like little breadsticks baked to perfection. Our go-to is always the Tidal Wave (combination) pizza. Craving a salad? Then the Antipasto is the way to go. An absolute fan favorite in my household. Their service has always been quick when ordering for takeout. If you order online, just make sure to answer your phone as soon as you place the order. They typically call new customers to confirm you are indeed placing the order, especially since you can't pay until you pick up your order. (The online ordering system doesn't have that capability to accept online payment just yet). Even though this restaurant is in the heart of Oildale, it's worth the drive. When i went to pick up the customers service was great! They all said hello, very welcoming! The pizza had a good sauce but the pizza got cold fast and then kind of hard. My sister ordered the breadsticks and she wasn't a big fan of them, she said too much garlic. But we will come back to try other items on the menu just because they were so nice! read more

Greek pizza. First time I've tried this pizza place. I enjoyed it. Very pleasant people working inside.

They somehow don't have the concept down yet of what a double pepperoni, well-done means. We like the pepperoni where it's at its curling point, almost burnt. Each time we order it, we laugh because we're anticipating whether they got it right "this time" or not. My last order was for the same thing. Did I get it? Nope. Receipt showed I ordered a cheese pizza with extra pepperoni, well-done. Was there extra pepperoni? Nope. Was it well-done? Nope. Oh well. We keep ordering from Santa Barbara because their pizzas are actually decent. I really like their garlic cheese bread too. As simple as it may be, it just tastes really good. Hot wings aren't bad either. Always cooked just right and saturated with sauce. I'll give the salads a 3 out of 5. Sometimes the mix is a little dried out or the lettuce is old, and the tomatoes on the side are old also, but for the most part, when it's fresh it's fresh. Our delivery drivers are always prompt, friendly, and courteous. We seem to get the same two drivers for most of our orders, and they're both great. I gave them 4 stars because they do have good pizza and other stuff, but more so for the delivery drivers. If they'd work on getting those double pepperoni pizzas cooked "well-done" I'd likely give them 5 stars. read more

Were we ever craving Pizza but GOOD PIZZA. Something better than what we were getting here in the neighborhood. WE FOUND IT! YOU COULD SEE THE TOPPINGS { wasn't the kind most have}. Other places looked like all they'd do is Wave one slice of Pepperoni over theirs. But not this place. When we got it home and opened the box our mouths came to Attention. I always order half and half pizza- santa barbara special and hawaiian heat. Ingredients were balanced and not overwhelming. Tastes good too! Their hot wings are good too but not one of my favorite. Service is pretty quick 20 min wait time for pick up order which is great. Prices are reasonable as well. read more

Update: 4-17-2020. This place is still amazing. Consistent excellent deliveries and delicious food. Have you guys seen their antipasto salad?? My family not only loves their home- made tasting quality pizza, but my kids are addicted to their cheesy bread. And when they say cheesy bread, they mean cheesy bread. They have never messed up on our order and deliver in a normal delivery time. The online ordering is really easy and once your order is placed, you can track your food. Prices are defiantly reasonable for the quality of food you receive. I also think Santa Barbara pizza somehow scouts the nicest delivery drivers in town. I'm proud to support local and am always rewarded with a dinner that makes our whole family happy. Quick delivery and really good food! My family got a pepperoni pizza and I got the antipasto salad. Service was nice and quick. Plus all our food was right. (I hate it when you pay for extra ranch and never get it, but it's never worth calling and complaining.) I haven't bought pizza from them in many years since I moved to the SW. I've always hoped they would open a location in the Southwest, it's too far to deliver, and picking up the food results in the food being cold before I get home. They were the go-to place for me when I lived on the Eastside, the cheese mix is special (or at least it used to be), they're reasonably priced, and the loaves of garlic bread are really good! My husband said it was thirty five dollars for a medium pizza. Big mistake. It was a medium pizza, just not worth $35.00.

I came here with my wife a couple of months back, and while the pizza was good and fairly priced, our experience with the service was less than ideal. The location is good and fairly close to our house. While the staff was friendly, they messed up our order and it took about 45 minutes to redo our order and fix it. I don't know what has happened too this place but the last 3 orders have gotten worse and worse. I just got the 3rd pizza since it started to decline. I don't think I'll ever get another one. I ordered a thin crust. It was not like they used to be. It was a poorly made thin crust it was too thick and it was not cooked enough. It was bad, and I don't think I'll order from them again. I am so disappointed at the decline in quality. they have pizza makers that don't care, which tells me that the management doesn't care either. Mediocre food is not a place that I will spend my money. I work hard for my money, I only do business with restaurants that do the same thing. I don't need to buy from them and I will not. GARLIC CHICKEN CLASSIC. We all know that pizza is never really "bad". Pizza is well, pizza. But not the Garlic Chicken Classic. This is an epic pie. I ordered it for pickup, which was probably a mistake, because if it's delivered, at least an intact pie has a fighting chance of reaching its destination. It should come with a series of warning labels such as: "May cause distraction while driving because it smells way too good to not have a slice on the way home" "Be prepared to explain missing slices" "Leftovers unlikely" I could go on and on. I wasn't familiar with this place and it was a part of the searches that popped up when I put delivery in the search box. Other Yelpers made the choice easy because hey it's a 4 star overall. That's a good sign. I had my order delivered to my home. Took about 45 minutes for delivery which is a great time time from order to door. My disappointment was that the two of the three pieces of chicken tasted old. It was an incredibly odd taste. I fed them to my dog. The third piece was great! The wedges were undercooked. But were saved by the homemade ranch dressing which was amazing. The Calzone was awesome and very huge. I recommend passing on the chicken and wedges and going straight for what seems to be their specialty. The dough was homemade, delicious, as well as the sauce. The sauce was thick unlike many places where you get pizza type foods. The calzone saved the experience altogether, along with the speed of delivery and the really nice professional service of the order taker and delivery guy. Here's what was underwhelming in all, the price for quality overall. At $27.50 for the food this should have been a 5 star experience for two dinner items (plus 2 liter of soda). Especially when I am a good tipper. At $6 tip it brought my total just shy of $34. I think it is especially important to serve fresh chicken. It's actually a part of the company name hence, endorses the branding of the company so when that isn't right it is disappointing band leaves some confusion if things aren't right in the chicken department. Would. Order again? Absolutely! Maybe it was just aver sight. And with great service as we'll as fresh ingredients on the other end, this I know will be a positive experience upon reorder.
