The service is great. The line was long on Pi day but not long time wise. They explained the deal well and I was able to get my pizzas and extras quickly. The ability to really customize the pizzas is great. If you have the app, there are also different specials. In terms of to go pizzas, I like the fire thin crust. I do recommend adding the arugula on top if that is your thing as it is great! Drizzle wise the balsamic is yummy! The vibe is definitely family friendly. You know like Burger King did back in the day and Quiznos would do for a hot sandwich? I asked, why that oven and. It the fired oven? Answer: "Faster, more consistent cook. Less humidity than the pizza oven. Super thin crust. Good flavors. Ham is smokey, pineapple is...okay. I'm not super picky. A small complaint, the pizza wasn't cut all the way through. Had a free 11"- 1 toppings from the Aces game last night. Ordered a sausage one. Thin crust was not my favorite, but the grandkids loved it. Also ordered the large Make Your Own Pizza with 7 toppings. It was fabulous! All the toppings were fresh n tasty and we added extra cheese on the top. Came out of the over piping hot and gooey melted cheese to die for! Service was great. Helpful server added toppings of our choice. Gave me a free bottle of water because the lemonade machine was being serviced. Inside is spacious, comfortable, with plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your dinner. We will return. read more

I'm pretty disappointed in my Hawaiian pizza burnt to crisp. I can't believe they even gave this to me. And now they aren't using the oven and instead a conveyor belt thing to save on employee overhead. But I can ask for them to cook it with the oven. I'm literally in there with no other customers and they didn't take the time to put it in the real oven. I don't get it. I'd prefer even dominos to this. Super bummed. Came here for the first time ever and I know blaze has been around for sometime . I was given a free pizza courtesy of the Aces. Definitely a cool experience. I like the ambiance and the customer service was there. One of the guys recommended to me to get the pepperoni pizza and add the spicy honey. Now I usually don't mix the two cause it sounds gross but boyyyyy was I wrong. It gave it a nice little kick to it. Definitely something I'll do to add a little change to. Shame on you Corporate!!! Went and got Pizza there today. Discovered from one of the employee's that corporate installed an electric conveyor type Pizza cookers, so they don't even use the wood-fired Pizza oven anymore, and one of the employee said that they put up signs and that you have to request it. Now the Pizza was absolute garbage! Very rubbery with no crunch at all, and very floppy disgusting texture and taste. I would not recommend eating at this establishment anymore, and I'm pretty sure I will not be returning myself because a corporate greed taking away from authentic flavor they once had so they can make pizzas faster or easier? Not sure the genius logic behind this brilliant idea! Good luck going out of business! read more

Tried Blaze Pizza recently and it was honestly one of the better fast-casual pizza spots I've been to. The build-your-own option is awesome because you can add as many toppings as you want and still get it cooked super fast in the open flame oven. My pizza came out crispy on the bottom, the crust had great flavor, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, which made the experience even better. If you like being able to customize your pizza exactly how you want it, this spot is definitely worth checking out. I'll definitely be coming back again soon. read more

Bought a large 2 top cheese pizza on a delivery app on a weekday and got $6.00 off. Warm, fresh, less expensive, and a nice way to get through a snowy weekend here in Northern Nevada. The crust was vegan, and though I'm not sure what vegan flour is (probably no dairy or eggs added), it tasted pretty good to me. Love the fresh tomato sauce. In March of this year, I wrote a mixed review of this restaurant; I recognized the good quality ingredients, but was disappointed with their decision to use a conveyer belt style flame oven, instead of their actual, real, pizza oven. I said I would not go back, due the lack of cooking consistency of the pizza, and losing the texture and taste that only a real pizza oven can provide. A few months passed, and I decided to give them a second chance. I was happy to find that, while the conveyor belt oven was still in their kitchen, all their pies were going to the actual pizza oven. And each of my visits were as good as the last. Consistency. They won me back. I continued to go there 3 to 4 times a month over the next several months. But, that conveyer belt oven is back . My pizzas were soggy, and both under cooked and over cooked. I asked the lead employee why they have made this change. She said "corporate wants to do away with the pizza ovens." Well, they have officially just done away with me. My apologies to the franchisee, a small business owner. Just know it wasn't you or your staff, it was the "corporation" that failed you. read more

The pizzas are good, but the service and ambiance leaves something to be desired. The person taking our order has never heard of this concept called "smiling." The one last night couldn't speak English. She asked us a question, and neither of us could make out what she was saying. The most annoying thing was when they opened the door in the back and propped it open with a rock. IN THE MIDDLE OF JANUARY. You could hear the rap blaring from cars outside for a while there, and no one thought that maybe this might be making for a subpar dining experience. I drove an extra 20 minutes outta my way for an oven fired pizza. It was cooked on a conveyor belt oven just like the ones they use at Costco, and in the food court in circus circus--while the fired oven was running just behind it. :( I feel like that's the point of a "fast fired" pizza... They still have never found a place for storage for their extra pizza boxes so they sit out on the counter in the lobby...
