The pizza and wings were really good! Loved the pizza crust! The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The kids did not love the arcade as it's small and some ate their quarters, but that can happen anywhere. We will return for sure.

I been a loyal customer for Pizza Factory since the early 90's when I had my first slice after a little league game in Firebaugh Ca, and got hired there during my senior year in high school. Last night I ordered my favorite turkey sandwich which was great!!! The pizza i ordered unfortunately was really bad, the bottom crust was so thin and wet that when you picked up the slice to eat, it all fell out. The cheese was thick for some odd reason and felt like I was chewing on rubber:( This Fowler location has been on point with there service and pizza but these past two times I ordered during the last 2 weeks the pizza has been awful. It's been the night crew that's been f****** up so PLEASE STEP IT UP AND MAKE YOUR PIZZA GREAT AGAIN;)

Soggy pizza, order was wrong even tho we confirmed the order multiple times, customer service was HORRIBLE! Even my 7 year old said it was nasty pizza and that's saying something lol.

Oh the nostalgia! Have been eating Pizza Factory since the high school days when everyone would walk there on lunch and get single slices. Actually, even before then the pizza parties at the end of the soccer season were always here too! It's great to know that when you're in the mood for a good pizza with fresh ingredients you can always get one locally. Monday's and Tuesday have great specials so we tend to go at least a couple times per month. I also recommend their wings and cheesy bread when you're extra hungry!

Price online vs. 11.75 for small cheese paid in store

Was overcharged maybe because I used a coupon they sent to me? Or their prices are not the same online as they are in store? Really in the long run not a big deal instead of 8.32 I paid 11.75 for a small cheese. I was getting breadsticks so that works. The breadsticks however were overcooked and my 5 year old pizza critic is not a fan of either. Thankfully she will eat anything covered in parmesan!! The salad bar had ice in half the dressings, and had I looked first I would have not ordered one. The marinara is oily which I've never seen before. Maybe we are spoiled with all the fresh fast pizza we get in the bay area but I think for the price I could have gotten better pizza from little Caesars

Stopped by Pizza Factory and couldn't resist stopping in for some local Fowler pizza. I have since learned this is indeed a chain, but it still kept some local color. They have several options for pizza from Mini and up. The mini looked like the skZe of my hand so I went for the small. It was a costly Mistake. The small cost me $12.75. Wow that's way to expensive for about 10 inches of pie. They do use a deck oven but it's a "air" deck oven and it doesn't seem to get too hot which produced a similar product as a conveyor oven. The cheese was definitely preshredded and not very good. The sauce, what little there was , had very little taste. Almost like they pre cook it because it didn't taste good. The crust had hardly any air bubbles, a sign the dough was made recently and not long fermented. Not many positives to report sadly. The decor is mainly to appeal to kids. Lots of games and letters from school kids. Good for them. The service was the bright spot. The two girls making pizza were super nice and made me feel welcome.

The pizza was really good. There were ample toppings and the crust was delicious! Like some of the best crust I've had. I ordered a basket or large fry on the side. The large fry is big, can be shared amongst a few people. They weren't my fave fries. They were hard, I like my fries a bit softer. Inside could use some love. They could give this place a bit of a remodel. I don't know if their tap is available because they had large menus blocking the tap at the bar. So they may not have the bar taps working. Service was timely, pizzas didn't take too long to bake. Good for groups. But again the inside could use a bit of a remodel.

When I walked in there were a couple people eating in and a couple people doing take out. The girl helping me was pleasant, I was not sure what I wanted, so she gave me a few minutes. Ended up going with the lunch special (personal pizza and a soda) I added a small half green salad, wanted blue cheese, my favorite, but she said they were out, so I went with the Chinese dressing they had. I probably would skip the salad next time unless they had blue cheese. The salad was very basic, I did ask for no cheese on it, but even with that being left off, there was not much too it and the dressing was not what I expected. But I do love salad, with blue cheese it would have been decent. The Pepsi from the machine seemed to have very little carbonation, not the best. Enough with the so, so, what saved it for me was the pizza. The pizza has a thicker crust, a bit chewy, crispy outer crust and a sweet taste to the dough. The personal lunch special comes with five toppings. I got chicken, chopped garlic, tomatoes, spinach and mushroom. She put a nice amount of topping on the pizza and they all tasted very good, fresh and complimented each other nicely. The pizza alone is probably enough for lunch and I did not need the salad, but they just go together. Inside has many booths to sit at, look like there was a bar at one point, but maybe not used any longer, 4 big TV's on the walls playing music and various shows. Go to Rosa's for the pizza, skip the garden salad or opt for one of their other salads, may have more to them and hopefully they get blue cheese back. Enjoy!

When it came time to eat my chicken piccata.... Things went from ok to awful. I tried a bite of chicken and near gagged. It was cooked in a white wine sauce. This sauce was not cooked well. It tasted and smelled fermented. I could taste the wine intensely and even got a super mild buzz from the one bite I had (low tolerance). I moved onto the pasta and I got the olive oil sauce and what I thought initially was Italian seasonings turned out to be various pepper flakes. I don't do heat well and my mouth was on fire for at least five minutes and my nose even started running. I literally ate two bites off my plate and had to move it to the side. The smell of the wine sauce was so strong even my husband could smell it and it made me feel ill. When the waitress asked what was wrong I explained the pasta was extremely spicy and sauce on the chicken just not good. She asked if I would take it home and I specifically told her no. She asked if I wanted something else and I said no thank you. She proceeded to bring me a box for the food I was never going to touch to take home and a menu. I asked at least 3 times for her to remove the plate and she didn't and had to decline ordering something else 2-3 times. I wouldn't have minded paying for the soup I ate that came with it, but I'm pretty unhappy we paid $25 for an inedible entree because they still charged us for it. Everyone else seemed to think their food was ok or good. But mine was plain awful.

For starters, Daniel by far made the experience absolutely worth every minute and dollar. He was very knowledgeable about the drinks and food and had great recommendations for the customer favorites. His service was fantastic, he was on top of making sure everyone at the Bar had their needs met and was quick to assist everyone when needed. As someone who very much enjoys a quality drink, I would stick my own neck out to recommend what this place has to offer. Their drink menu contains a variety of flavors that satisfies different palates. Daniel let me sample the different flavors and I'm not exaggerating when I say that I was genuinely taken aback how different these drinks were compared to what's on the market. The place overall is pretty spacious, not too bright, really clean, has merchandise, a little arcade area, table seating, and bar seating. The most important thing for me was that it was really clean to include the restrooms. If you enjoy Hard Sodas, Seltzers, and or IPAs, I strongly recommend giving this place a try. The food they serve pairs well with the drinks.

It was ok, I had the beef, but I failed to cut it up till half way through and it was hard to eat. Half way through I started cutting up the meat and it tasted so much better and easy to eat. Not so tough and awkward. Today March 28, 2026 is our 2nd visit. We arrived first in the party of 6. They led us to the first table. Two booth seats and a table with 4 chairs. Perfect. Next they have us menus and took our drink orders. As it turns out it was waters for 5 of us and 1 lemonade. As people arrived they individually took out drink orders. Once we got settled they took out orders. I ordered the shawarma, a wrap with tri tip, lettuce, tomato, parsley, tahini sauce. Wrapped in a pocket bread. It comes with: salad, rice, or fries. I got the salad. was delicious. I loved their dressing. The shawarma was delicious. I love how small they cut up the meat and the flavoring. The wait staff was very attentive and checked back with us a few times. Refilling waters, asking us if we wanted boxes. She even came with the boxes as she asked us so all she had to do was pass them out. The restaurant is bright and clean, thought a little cool. They turned off the fans for us and it was perfect. She said it gets warm during the rush. We were first in the restaurant for lunch. 11:30am in a Saturday is early. I look forward to coming back next year when we're back in town.
