Yum, Combo Calzones are my favorite. We ordered ahead and stopped to pick up a Calzone while traveling between NorCal and SoCal on Hwy 99. I've never had a calzone I like better at any pizza restaurant. Pizza Factory has great freshly-prepared pizza. You can't go wrong. Ordered a pizza and sticks with cheese. Employee that was on the phone had to get assistance. Took a while to get the order correct. Must not be trained yet. Was told it would be an hour for delivery. Called after 1 hour and 15 minutes. Pizza was just now getting in the oven. They said another 10 to 15 minutes before it will arrive. Called after 1 hour and 30 min. Was told it left with the other deliveries. Wasnt sure if I was getting my order 1st or not. It came at 1 hour and 41 minutes. They gave me a greasy cheese pizza. Called them back. I went down their to give them their pizza back. No remake. Got money back and a waste of time. Very unsatisfied. Piss poor customer service. The employee didnt set proper expectations in the beginning. Blame Management for that. Management should of got involved to keep a customer happy. read more

Pizza and calzones are excellent. It would be 5 stars if they'd lower their prices. One time they messed up our delivery order (miscommunication due to loud noise on their end I think) but they corrected it. If a cheaper place was in town, however, I'd go to the cheap place due to the expense of the factory. read more

Good quality food. Not just good for Fowler, but good compared to most pizza places. The ingredients they use are fresh and the pizza crust is tasty (not the kind you leave on the plate). The sandwiches are thick and really filling. The bread tastes like it was just pulled out of the oven, and they're much more substantial than the sandwiches from Subway. The place is clean and the service is good. The video games and prize machines are fun for the kids (ok, adults too). And there's lots of seating, so it's easy for groups to come in and still find a place to sit. read more

I met the owner of the Pizza Factory in the lobby of my hotel (La Quinta) while he was distributing his menu. I inquired about delivery and the spaghetti and meatballs on his menu. I told him I'd be an objective critic since my mother was Sicilian and that her meatballs would be hard to beat. I gave their's a try and sure enough they're excellent. I also ordered an antipasto which was also outstanding. The only recommendation is a little less cook time on the spaghetti - us paesanos like al dente! Keep up the great work. On the way home from Sequoia Park we need some dinner. We were looking for pizza and a TV to watch the NCAA championship game. Thanks Yelp... this was a very good pizza place...should be much busier. The pizza and free breadstick (thanks Yelp) were great. But the best part was the service. Our server was outstanding. I sure wish I could remember her name. I just recently moved to this area from a smaller country community that had a Pizza Factory. Every time I call this one for delivery they tell me they are not delivering at that time. I find it strange that a smaller community had delivery but this one does not. If you are open 11 hours a day but only deliver four of those hours don't bother putting it as a service you offer. read more

I have been ordering food from here for several years. Not that good, but better than nothing if you're hungry. I finally found the Calzone's were not too bad so I started ordering them. However, their wait time is absolutely ridiculous. At least 1 hour to 1 1/2 hrs. It's not as though our town is that big. Perhaps people from Fresno are ordering from here? I really doubt it. Anyway, as I said, when you're hungry.....However, I am done with them. A few weeks ago I called at 6:30 for a delivery. For two Calzone's. (they make you order $20 worth of food to have it be delivered) And I waited. And waited. After two hours I called them and whoever answered the phone tells me he just put them in the oven! Two hours after I called. And then he asks me if I want to just cancel the order since it's taken so long!!!!!!!! I told him it's 8:30 at night and I'm hungry, send it!!! So I got my order at 9:00 that evening. I tore up their menu and deleted their number from my phone. I could have CRAWLED on my hands and knees and picked it up from where I live in 30 minutes. And then another 30 minutes to crawl home! The food is just NOT that good to have to wait 2 1/2 hours in a town that is 2 square miles. read more

I've always come to this Pizza Factory and actually stoped because of the inconsistency of the pizza and staff. Some days it was great! Others burnt, or even felt like it had sat out for hours! Same with the staff!!! Some days great, (especially the older man who works, his smile is great!) I know this place serves slices and I swear I have picked up a cold pepperoni pizza before and felt like it was a pizza purposely set aside for "slices" that didn't sell! Also, the middle aged lady who works the front now is super unpleasant.... I ordered the salad bar and served myself, sat down for 30 seconds to ONE minute and realized I needed more dressing and she had the nerve to tell me "there's no seconds allowed at the salad bar" it's a OPEN salad BAR people...idk but I've never heard of that. Especially with the ingredients they DO serve (poorly hand cut vegetables, which would/should be brown/dry by the morning...) hello lady!!! You just lost a weekly customer over your poor attitude over probably $.5 of ranch, good job! I work in the customer service industry myself and just wanted to bring a little awareness to a 'little neighborhood spot'...hold onto the customers that you DO have, for I'd only return here with attitude to get my daughter a slice of pepperoni pizza after school. It's that easy to lose a customer base over a poor attitude on a bad day. There's always a way to say things, especially if you're trying to save every buck with your "salad bar"! Next time a, "Hey hun, to get seconds at the salad bar there's just a small of a fee, did you need help with anything?" would be awesome and way more approachable and ideal for a small town pizza joint! read more

Really want to give it a 2, but I'm not going to lie the pizza was good. The thing is, the pizza is not as good to wait for a whole hour for it. The employees seemed like they were just hanging around and not doing their job. I'm not the only one who had to wait for an hour for my pizza. I was there when the pizza factory opened in the 1980s and have seen many owners come through and had one of the most disappointing experiences with the current one. Oh pizza factory, you were the place to go to in HS. I still continued to eat here despite one day getting sick and finding out pizza doesn't taste great on its way back up. It wasn't the pizza though, just a bug. Anyway. The pizza, the crust is probably the only reason why I continued to eat here. It is pretty tasty. While I do agree sometimes the pizza is improperly cooked, underdone or slightly burnt, and the same for the calzone the service isn't terrible in the many many years my family has been going here. Some of the ingredients I believe are canned. Canned pineapple...kind of disappointing. It's no matter. I may not come here as often anymore though. Recently I bought a pizza, it was a decent sized order. I picked up my pizza and I asked for some plates and cheese and peppers. I don't ask for much, seeing as how these are things you have to ask for and they don't automatically give to you. But I was buying dinner for four people who have very healthy appetites. The girl at the counter decides four packets of cheese and peppers was more than enough. One packet of cheese and the of peppers. I get home and think well that's lovely! One person can put cheese on one slice maybe two, on their pizza. Either way, it seems like this hasn't been the only time this has happened. Pizza is good, I'll probably give them another shot if I get a craving for pizza but I think if I can I'll drive a bit further to my latest new favorite pizza place. read more

I have been coming to this establishment since I was a child...Actually this was my first job. The food is excellent, and the service you cant beat. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My absolute fave is their Pizza breads with the Pepperoni under the cheese, or their cheese bread sticks. read more
