Fantastic pizza and friendly new owners! This is the second time this week my family has been in for pizza. We were so impressed with the new ownership, the quality of the pizza, the clean restaurant, and the updated facade. Colin and his staff were friendly, responsive and professional. They recommended several pizzas so we got an extra large half Greek-half specialty combo. We also got a mini cheese for our daughter. The pizzas came out quickly and we were amazed with how many toppings they piled on. It was delicious! They also brought us plenty of ranch, no charge, and they checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The pizza was typical pizza factory quality but the people working don't know how to cut it. I went in around 1:30 pm and I was the only person there with 2-3 employees yet there were multiple tables that hadn't been bussed and none of the tables, booths, or chairs look like they had been wiped down. I don't know if the tables on the booths had recently been painted but the felt sticky like they had. I also think it's a bit unacceptable for a family restaurant to not have a single high chair. I was initially skeptical of this place due to the fact that it only has 3.5 stars, but once I read into the reviews, I noticed that the restaurant is under new ownership, so I figured why not! Let me tell you, that this place is the BEST! The pizza was delicious and did not skimp on any of the toppings, the restaurant was clean and the staff were very nice and prompt! I even had the pleasure of meeting the friendly new owners, Angela and Kevin! I'm told that they deliver to the brewery next door which is a huge bonus! All in all, I'd say that this place has earned every positive review it's received since it's been under new ownership and hats off to the owners for what appears to be a drastic turnaround! Of course, i knew to call in the order so they would have enough time to make it before they closed at 9pm. So had i not planned my trip per the hours posted online and had my heart set on eating the best pizza around. I may not have been so upset. Only gripe is once I waited and hour for a take out order, when I showed up she hadn't started it yet because I she was behind (this was the owner). We had to sit and wait 40 minutes after already waiting an hour. She had us take us seat, And I asked for two bud lights on the house for making us wait so long. She denied, and then let me know "these ovens are expensive to run, can't just be giving out free beers" Not the best customer service. But it's pizza. I really hate to have to give this place a bad review, as I have always been very happy before (even considering that EVERY single time I call in an order for pick up I am told 20 mins and it ends up being nearly 45!)....the pizza has always been great and the service friendly. However, this time I was once again told about 20-25 mins and while I arrived early, I still waited almost 30 minutes beyond the time I was told. You would have thought it would have been nice and fresh but when I got home, it was cold and the cheese had that cold, hardened look to it. AND....the pasta was inedible!!! $8 for beef ravioli in alfredo sauce...upon opening the container, most of the sauce was burnt to the sides of the aluminum tray and it was over cooked to the point that what remained of the sauce was dried up to almost evaporated. They must have had a lot of delivery orders, as there were only 3 other people in the place. And I have to believe that since it was the dinner rush hour, and there were only 3 people working in the place, part of the service/quality problem could be that there was not an adult in sight/charge. It appeared that the 3 people working were all high school kids. And no, high school kids can be responsible and hardworking, but I don't think any adult (especially the owner) would have looked at the quality of the food they made for me, and sent me home with it. Again, I have always been relatively pleased with the food/service, but this time was highly disappointing. I will give it another shot, but mostly because it's close and convenient. read more

My order was never delivered, I called twice. The first time they said the delivery should be arriving any second the second time they told me they have been waiting for me to pick it up. They blamed the mix up on me, saying I ordered a pick when the guy even verified my address! Then I they canceled my order all together. Wasn't offered anything in exchange for the wait and or experience. Gentlemen comes in loads up on soda's and gatorade leaves, calls the owner or manager and he is put before everyone whose waiting. Ask the progress of our order with no response. 1st and last time we will eat at this establishment. Very, very disappointing. After a long 40 minute wait, we get out pizza's the cheese pizza for the kids looks like the dough was cooked with little to no cheese. My wife and I treated ourselves to the minden special and there was hair cooked in the pizza. Other customers had to enter behind the counter to get their own beers. This is probably one of the worst places I have ever had the unfortunate experience of being in the vacinity of. Unfortunately, it's not the food that was the problem. The food, as per usual, was fine. However, the experience was not. My husband and I ordered our pizza over the phone, which was where the initial issues begun. The woman who was doing the ordering would not, for the love of all that is good, stop cutting us off while making the order. However, we decided this was just a fluke, and let it go by. We were told that it would be about 25 minutes, and that was fine. My husband drove to the restaurant in order to pick up our dinner, and it was not ready within the time frame. Again, this was fine, as they explained it would be another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes go by, they then explain that the breadsticks need to go in, and just had so it would be another few minutes. After 30 minutes minutes of waiting, they had just put one of our other items in. 45 minutes go by, and finally the food is done(after the initial 25 minute phone call estimate - so equaling out to an hour and 10 minutes). The woman, Gina(who is also the owner, unfortunately), closes out the order. My husband informed her that we wouldn't be back due to the nature of the wait time, and the just general frustration. To which Gina decides to air her grievances to him, in an extremely unprofessional manner, leaving him frustrated, insulted, and downright angry. I am completely dumbfounded that a company would choose to higher such a socially inept individual to work in a customer service position, and I have never heard of anyone being treated like this by the old owners. Apparently, they have just undergone new management, and the management is horrible leaving the employees to apologize(to every customer, I must add) for the delay in getting their food in a timely manner. I will never be back, unless ownership is changed to someone with a more humanistic approach to customer service. read more

So it was picked up this time and I ordered two salads and a pizza. When I picked it up and got in my car there was only one salad. When I asked about the 2nd salad they said I only paid for one. If I wanted another one they can give me a small discount but ya of course would have to wait back outside bc of COVID. Clearly said two salads.. they said sorry I only rang you up for one. Every time I call to place an order, it goes to voicemail. I went in on my sons birthday to order 2 pizzas and was told it would be 30 minutes. 75 minutes later, my pizza hadn't gone into the oven. They refused to refund my money. I called my bank and told them what had happened and they had said they would refund my money. The one time they did pick up their phone, they refused to honor the coupon I had received in the mail - the manager said I was an idiot for trying to use the coupon. When I had tried to speak to the manager a few days later, she yelled some profanities while basically saying "I was camping, I don't know what my employees are doing while I'm not here. Love this place! We came in around 6:30pm and the owner was running it all by herself. Two people had called out, but she made us feel right at home. We had one of the best hand tossed pizzas and a bucket of 5 beers. The kids got free frisbees. We all had a great time eating and playing old school video games. Came in to enjoy some pizza with the team after a Friday night game. They are the only pizza place in town that will stay open for a group coming in, and the staff was absolutely amazing with the 50+ people that came in all at once. We called in ahead to place several orders seeing as how we knew there would be quite a few orders for them. There were even some added orders after we arrived. The wait was very minimal for the extra orders. Not only did she appreciate the heads up, but all our orders were coming out soon after our large group arrived. They were totally on top of everything! The pizzas were perfect: hot, cheesy, and fresh! The salad bar was full of fresh veggies and the owner even put out frisbees for all the kids to take home! I was on a business trip passing through town it was late on a Wednesday night and I was a starvin marvin. I had a craving for pizza and PF was close by. It was just at closing time so I expected to be turned away but the owner was a kind soul and stayed open a bit later and made me feel welcome. I ordered the small 10" all meat pan pizza with extra cheese. I was not disappointed. My pizza came quickly, perfectly cooked and needless to say it hit the spot.
