Finding a place to grab a bite that is not a chain can be a bit of a pain in pasyon. Pizza factory fit the bill, showed up under the keyword search for beer and had pizza in the name. Alas as beer goes they only have inbev products. The pizza seemed promising as their slogan of "we toss 'em they're awsome" is a great line. We had a tomato and basil pizza off their gourmet menu, and this was a bit of a lie as the tomatoes were just diced, the basil was shaken on and the cheese did not seem any different than regular cheese. This is no Bianco/ cibo. On that same note there is not wood fired stone oven or even stone oven just a conveyor belt. luckily the temp was hot enough to give the crust some crustiness. If this were in a bigger town 3 starts, but due to limited options it gets 4. Prices were a bit high $15 for a medium pizza and a drink. My advice to the Pizza factory, get some local micro brews, and get a traditional pizza oven and fresh ingredients not packaged.. read more

The best pizza place in Payson. Actually it's probably the best restaurant in Payson!! They don't let you do call a heads but they will make it ahead, just not cook it until you get there. We are obsessed with their bread sticks-- my kids will easily eat 2 large orders! They are soaked in garlic and butter!!! The pizza is yummy too!! I also love the salad bar. Ordered 2 puzzas and wings Thursday night. Very disappointed. The wings didn't seem cooked eneough (mushy) . The large vegetarian and the small 4 topping were limp and didn't seem cooked eneough either. Our email directly was never responded to. The last time we ordered it seemed so so. We ordered pickup from this place last night and the order wasn't ready until an hour AFTER the initial 45-50 minutes we were told it would take when ordering. My husband literally stood there for an hour being mostly ignored. The pizza was super greasy but the cheesy breadsticks were better than the pizza. We received a postcard in the mail promoting the new app for placing orders and earning rewards. The card had two coupons with odes that do not expire until the end of February. I loaded the app selected my local Payson location and started my order. At the end when trying to add the coupon code I was given an error code. I called and placed an order after explaining the issue with the coupon. The employees placed my order and told me she was able to apply the coupon code from the offer. So far so good, however when my daughter picked up the pizza the cashier said she needed the coupon, when my daughter said she didn't have it with her, the cashier told her she would need to go home and get it. Seriously!!! My daughter said never mind I am not going home to get a coupon and paid. It wasn't until leaving with the order and looking at receipt did she notice the coupon was honored. The pizza was good, temperature was barely warm, the crust was a little tough as if it had been made ahead of my 6pm pick up time request, but the customer service, not so great. read more

Honestly, this place has the best pizza, and probably the best lasagna in town. Of course their salad bar is fantastic and I LOVE their breadsticks. I have to get them every time I go in. Two of my favorite Pizzas they make are the Longhorn, and the Hawaiian Pizza. They are both so delicious. The service is always friendly, and they are always fast with the pizza they make. We took the family of 4 to lunch. 65.00. Overpriced, and not especially great. 2 of us ordered Calzones, which were dry dough, with a garnish of sauce. Very doughy. 2 of us ordered pizza. The pizza was good, but average.. We had to ask for our plates, and silverware. The young man who took our order was very pleasant, but overall the place was not very clean. Tables sticky, plates not clean. We were ignored once we got our food. I could have had a steak lunch for what we paid here with much better service. read more

This place is horrible. We've had there sandwiches and they're not good. We've had the wings and they were fatty. Not good. Tonight we ordered a cheese pizza and a Ceasars salad. The pizza was barely warm and the cheese was like rubber. They had a location in Buckeye, AZ years ago and the food was awesome. Not sure what's happened since then. I hate giving bad reviews but we've never had a good experience with the Payson location and will never order from them again. read more

Pizza Factory was busy when we went but the line to order went quickly and we had no problem finding a table to sit at. There were plenty of high chairs available for us to choose from for the little guy. Our pizza didn't take too long to cook and was hot and delicious when it arrived. At the end of our meal we didn't know what to do with our plates and trash. We couldn't see any trash cans but also hadn't seen staff clearing tables. We asked and they said to leave everything at the table and they would take care of it. I guess they are just so efficient and that is why I didn't notice. Great pizza. Great atmosphere. I went in with my daughter to have lunch. She ordered a pizza and I ordered a calzone. Somehow they missed my order. My daughter's pizza came. I waited a few minutes, did not receive my order, so asked and was told they had missed my order. People make mistakes, but when they do, they should apologize. After about 10 minutes, the front counter girl brought out my calzone, put it down and turned to walk off. I asked if I could at least get an apology. She basically said it wasn't her fault, the guys making the food missed it. Wrong response. She works there and therefore represents the company. The manager should have come out and at least apologized. If it had been me, I would have offered a discount. At least the food is pretty good or I would have only given them one star for this screw up. read more
