Heck yes! I think we go here weekly (a few extra pounts to prove it!) Their bread sticks are what get me...I can't go anywhere else, they are so good! Prices are higher than the other cheap chains in town, but TOTALLY worth it. Skip the nasty little ceasars and get the real deal! read more

Awesome Salad bar with a nice fresh variety. We also had pizza and garlic bread. We eat A LOT of pizza...so I'm speaking from experience when I say this is some of the best pizza, which is why I gave it 5 stars. Prices are also very reasonable. read more

Great place!! I really enjoyed the pizza and they have a decent salad bar too. They have a really tasty crust and the cheese they use has great flavor. Staff is friendly and fast. We happened to show up right before, what we assumed is a local high school let out for lunch, and they handled the large crowd and high demands of the kids like pros!! I gave this place a shot while traveling through Payson. Searching for gluten free options, this place had a pleasant pizza. Slightly sweet and crunchy crust worked well with my bbq, chicken, and pineapple. I was, However, slightly disappointed in the price that I paid for it. Well it was a Saturday night and was busy. We were going to stay but my husband wasn't feeling well. As I looked around waiting for our order they could clean a bit better, table very sticky. The lunch specials here are totally worth it. The size of the slices are huge and definitely filling. The staff was really nice and patient as we tried deciding what to get. The only thing was that their system was down for a bit and we wanted a little long time for our wings and one of our pizzas. This place is so hit or miss it's frustrating. We've been coming here for a couple years but after tonight's repeat of failing to get food out correctly and then completely failing to bring a dish after being asked 4 different times where that portion of our order was (noodles with marinara sauce) over the course of an hour we finally had to ask for a refund. We were enjoying dinner with family who were forced to go to another restaurant after everyone else had eaten just to get their dinner. Not sure how 5 pizzas can come out but not some noodles but I guess that's the risk incurred when eating here. Honestly, sometimes the food is good here but other times just getting your order is exhausting and frustrating. Our experience tonight was not new but never this bad either. Probably the best local pizza spot in town. Pizza always comes out piping hot and tasty and the breadsticks are just as good if not better. I was surprised to learn that it's also a great lunch spot. The lunch specials almost seem to good to be true. Staff are very friendly and helpful and it has a great buzz and atmosphere. The dining area has that classic pizza shop feel you expect with a few tvs and arcade games. Probably the only pizza place I'll be visiting from now on when I'm in town. read more

First time here, I really liked that they have Canadian Bacon so I ordered it with pineapple with thin crust and I had a small salad. I can't complain about the service because only one other person was here so the pizza came out out fairly quickly. The bathrooms are clean and the overall place is clean and cozy. Great place for a large party. Pizza Factory was very accommodating to our party of 15. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our meal. The pizza was great (nice crispy crust and bottom). The pepperoni could have been a little more crispy, but the pizza was still good. I also ordered the fettuccine alfredo, which was flavorless; however, the staff allowed me to trade it in for pizza. We got delivery during our one night hotel stay in Payson. The pizza was OK, decent for the type of pizza place it is (i.e., a chain and not in Chicago), better than Domino's or Sarpino's. The salad we ordered was disappointing at best for what it cost. Plus, we ordered a Greek salad and got the antipasto instead. I think that was the delivery person's fault though. This place was amazing. Found it on yelp when passing through and it was highly rated and had a free breadsticks coupon. The breadsticks were hands down the best I have ever had. The pizza was very good too. We got pepperoni and it was covered in them, you could barely see the cheese, it was perfect. We stopped here on our drive from Greer back to Scottsdale and were looking for something quick casual, but not fast food. Overall place was good and I would definitely stop there again. The salad bar was REALLY good. Fresh and simple and just really good. Salad bar is largely my basis for a 4 star. I also had a pepperoni pizza which was good. Pizza was kind of greasy but the crust was real good and I am a crust person. My boyfriend ordered a bbq chicken sub and I normally don't like those but it looked good so I had a bite and it tasted good too!
