Just had pizza delivered by someone who couldn't find my house got a little upset on me and I have a pizza sitting on my doorstep looks like it's opened and I don't know if they stuck their fingers or spit in it. Maybe if you had a tamperproof tape on there I would know if they opened it and spit in it or stuck the finger in it or spread the Covid on it. read more

Been to pizza Factory many times but tonight the pizza was horrendous! And after 40$ I would think the pizza would be good! Yuck! June 14, 2016 - around 2pm I went in to enjoy a lunch with my friends. My one friend bought a pizza for herself, and I bought the lunch buffet. I was hungry and my 2nd friend was not very hungry, so I planned on just giving her a piece from mine. The menu did not state that you couldn't share anything, by the way. We were approached by who I assume was the manager. I gave her a smile, but all she had to say (with quite a rude attitude) was "You can't share that. If you want something, you need to buy it. It's $9." Ok, no need to be so rude, first off. I would've been happy to go and buy some more to give to my friend, had she not been SO RUDE. We said ok. I started eating the (gross) salad I had on my plate, and my 1st friend, who bought her own pizza (not the buffet) offered a piece of her pizza to my 2nd friend. The manager then approached us and told us to leave, giving us nasty looks. She said "Okay, you need to leave. You're not allowed to share." We explained to her that in fact, I was not sharing anything and the pizza was from a personal pizza my friend bought. She said (in such a snippy tone) "well, everytime I walk by you look like you're hiding something, so you need to stop. We have cameras." And walked away. (Wow, really? You have cameras? No way!) I am assuming she went back to stare at us from the cameras because we didn't see her again. The food was also very bad and I would've rather thrown my $10 in the street than buy that food again. Our family USED to order from here regularly. Had an issue one evening where I was overcharged. I called and they agreed to credit my account for my next order (i thought it would be easier than processing a credit). When i went to reorder they had no history of my credit, of my account, phone number, nothing. First I had to relive the story with the woman on phone, next the manger who clearly thought i was trying to steal his pizza, then they wanted me to talk to the owner. Seriously??? For a $2 credit. My boyfriend and I were in town for a mud run and was looking for some place to deliver because we were in no shape to go anywhere. Our hotel provided us with the contact info and menu for this place and saw it had pretty good reviews so we ordered from here. The delivery guy was there in exactly 45 min, just like they said. He gave us our food and we gave him the money, he kinda chuckled when we gave him the tip and said, "don't worry about it I've been stiffed all day." He walked away. We then realized that he gave us the wrong salad, no parm cheese or peppers and no fork for the salad. We called back and within 10 min the same guy was at the door. We got the correct salad and all the fixings but he then asked for more money. When we showed him the receipt he back peddled and left. We discovered Pizza Factory while traveling. The one near Mt. Shasta really hit the spot after a full day on the I-5. Years later, we tried the Temecula location and were pleasantly surprised to find the pizza just as tasty. Like most 60s-70s kids, I have fond memories of the neighborhood pizzeria. The dark interior, the wooden tables, and most of all the smell of pizza. It's a vanishing institution, and Pizza Factory is one of the few remaining. Now to the pizza: The toppings are plentiful and good quality. The sauce is spicy with a hint of wine. And the crust is chewy but crisp, with actual flavor. Not only are the pies good, they went above and beyond in customer service. Every other month, I make the 30-mile drive to pick up my wine. I always get a pizza here, take it home and reheat. A Great place for families. They have a great selection on their menu and you have to try the buffet at lunch and on Monday nights. It can get busy at times, but most of the time you come on in and grab a seat. The big screen is the best of all pizza places in the area. They also have a great game room. This pizza place is not too bad. The pizza is consistent with the dozen other pizza restaurants in the area that are within the same price point. They have private rooms available for birthday parties or team gatherings after the game. Use caution, it can get very loud and crowded when the local baseball and football teams visit after their games or end of season parties. The Monday all-you-can-eat buffet is not a bad deal. I have noticed that the pizzas on the buffet table are not the same quality compared with ordering your own pizza. It seems they like to skimp on the ingredients for the buffet pizzas. Also, the salad bar lacks popular ingredients during the all-you-can-eat buffet. I visited the salad bar one time and there wasn't any shredded cheese or sliced mushrooms available. Since when do you see a salad bar without cheese and mushrooms?? Especially in a restaurant where they are used as primary ingredients! I guess that is their attempt to stay within their profit margin. I highly recommend using coupons when ordering - there's no reason to pay full price when there are easily accessible coupons on their website to help you save a few dollars. read more

And my excitement to be away from my kid and relax for a second was gone by the time we walked away from the counter after we placed our order. She forgot our salad and realized when she brought us the pizza. Forgot plates and silverware. Was super attentive to the patio people and I get it because I've been a waitress and bartender, but girl learn how to treat people who are spending their last dollar at an establishment that is probably also hurting and could use our business. It was awful! I ordered a calzone thru orderinn while at the motel 6. And it was so mushy! I was starving and did choke down 1/2 of it. I waited till morning to decide what to do, unless I changed my mind. I called orderinn to let them know they might not want to use the local Pizza Factory and they could not do anything except connect me with the kitchen. As I did not want to do this I am writing on yelp instead. It was a 20$ order and I was bummed to spend that much and get nothing but an upset stomach in return. This company are profilers. we been there twice and this happened both times. we were served are pizza almost an hour later while we watched everyone around us get they're orders. They didn't apologize they just asked to see our receipt. As If we were lying About not receiving our pizza yet. Manager didn't come to our table and apologize after I politely told them this happened to me my first time I went there. I guess we didn't dress good enough for the occasion. Excellent pizza! A no frills place with really good food and good service. Best pizza I have had in a long time. They also offer monthly specials and all you can drink soft drinks. Very family friendly....not a place you want to go on a romantic date. If you are looking for a fancy pizza restaurant with ambiance (which I do enjoy when the occasion calls for), this isn't it.
