Excellent pizza! A no frills place with really good food and good service. Best pizza I have had in a long time. They also offer monthly specials and all you can drink soft drinks. Very family friendly....not a place you want to go on a romantic date. If you are looking for a fancy pizza restaurant with ambiance (which I do enjoy when the occasion calls for), this isn't it. But if you are looking for good pizza at reasonable prices....take the family! read more

The food is always very good. Service at the register was friendly and informative. The server who delivered the food was not very attentive. The place is clean as in tables wiped down and yet the entire place could use a good scrubbing. Kids love the arcade and are excited when you go there. read more

Stopped here for a carryout last night. We had a Dealapalooza voucher and the kide love pizza. In short the workers didn't know how the voucher worked and wanted me to pay for the pizza, even though I had a $40 voucher (which I'd already paid for) . Well they finally figured it out, and we headed home with our pizza. This pizza was like eating cardboard with sauce on it. It was the worst pizza we'd ever had. When teenagers complain how bad the pizza is and the dog won't eat a piece of the crust you know it must be horrible. Save your money, and go somewhere else. read more

THE Pizza was amazing! Our food came out in 20 min!. STAFF was great! The Macaroni and cheese kids meal with a yummy Honest kids organic drink was perfect for my 2 year old at 4.99 came with a healthy cookie. Pizza Factory is a fun little place to hang out. I ended up here one day with my daughter for a school fundraiser and we had a great time. The pizza wasn't the absolute best pizza I've ever had but it was great for the price. The breadsticks though...they were delicious. We also got an order of the cinnamon bread and it was a good finish to the meal. The play area was fun for my 6 year old and it was a great spot to watch my Anaheim Ducks play. Read the posts before I ordered and ordered anyway. Called up placed my order and the person was polite and we got it right the first time. Went to pick it up and again everyone was smiling and helpful. Pizza was good, was cold, I was a little late and I think they got my pizza done before the time quoted. Overall a good experience and we will be going back. I did suffer a little sticker shock, over thirty for a large 3 item pizza and antipasto salad was hard to choke down. I bought a screaming deal for the pizza factory which cost $10 for $20 worth of food. I brought my kids there to go to the buffet and they stated that I could not use the money towards the buffet. I then asked if I could just use the $10 I paid for the certificate and pay the other $6 with cash. They stated no so I ordered a pizza for $18. They then said that I had to spend at least $20. I told them they could keep the other $2 on the certificate that I did not want them. They said it is not valid for less so I ordered two waters to complete the $20. The service was horrible and they turned me off from this restaurant for life. I used to go here once or twice a month because it was close. I will drive ten minutes more and go to Round Table from now on. There video games are expensive and most of them cost more than a quarter. Not a big fan of this restaurant anymore. read more

I choose Pizza Factory as they deliver and I can't stand to order from PH or other chains. This pizza is good and yes depending on toppings, can be a little greasy (napkins can take care of this). Crust is neither to thick or thin and has a nice bite (crisp with some chew) . Cheese has a good flavor and texture (not mushy or sour) and the sauce is good. Also ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs, not notable, but the Lasagna was better. The Sandwiches are good although not a fan of salad mix for lettuce (chunky and purple cabbage). Orders are prompt and correct, which is appreciated on home delivery. I love good pizza and this is the BEST delivered at home when you don't want to cook or go out and pick something up. read more

Very dissappointed in this organization. I asked this organization to support children with special needs in the same way that they support all sports teams full of typical children and they chose to differentiate and make excuses. We rented their team rooms (yes two rooms) for 80 people for a preplanned event to celebrate World Down Syndrome Awareness Day. I asked the company to provide two pizzas and ten drinks, which is the same thing they do for every sports team that sets up the same type of party or event there. Potential cost to the restaurant $10-$15. This is the same discount they provide for ANY sports team that rents just one room. However, sports teams never have that many in attendance or drive the type of revenue for the establishment that we did. Pizza Factory Owner decides that this organization full of special needs children was not worthy of the same treatment. They chose to treat these children in a special way...unfortunately the wrong way. They chose to discriminate us and against our youth with special needs! The owner avoided me and refused to discuss her decision with me for over two hours. Two days later I called their corporate office to discuss this concern. The assistant to the owner of the Corporation Pizza Factory seemed confused as to why the discount was not granted. She promised she would have the President of the company return my call. A week later I have heard nothing! It must be corporate policy to avoid the customer that has a concern! Please join us in boycotting this establishment in true disappointment for their very bad business decision. read more

There are so many pizzerias in Temecula that it will cost to find out where is the best to be found. The sad thing is that the last time it was disastrous and we made a solemn promise we would refrain from ordering again from the Pizza Factory, but time makes one forgetful and forgiving, so we dialed and ordered once again. 2 Pepci Acid later, and after brushing enough times with colgate total to remove the last vestiges of the taste, we know this is the end. Yes, we are very generous with the driver that brings the pizza, but are they generous, or at least delivering an acceptable product? No, they are not. Their formula consists of mediocre crust, a mediocre red sauce, and disappointing toppings. Charging higher prices do not make a pizza better, just more expensive. 2.5 Stars. read more

Figured since I'm the "Duke" I might as we'll leave a review. This place is pretty great...pizza is traditional American (sauce has a slight spice to it) and the service is great. Great game room for the kids....not too big, so you can keep an eye on them while downing your pitcher of suds and catching the game on the big screen. My only with is that they had some sort of spicy jalapeño cheese sauce to dip the breadsticks in! We always have our little league team parties here and the accommodations are pretty good (decent sized party rooms). read more

I've heard good things about this place. Anyway, my hubby and I ordered a pizza for home delivery. The delivery man was an older man who seemed to be on his period that night. He was so rude and disrespectful. We ordered the pizza close to the store closing time and I'm sure he wasn't happy about having to deliver to us. I'm eating here as I write this review. The bowl of soup was so salty I nearly couldn't eat it. The BBQ chicken sandwich was swimming in BBQ sauce so it was inedible and too sweet. I can't believe the other reviews on here about Pizza Factory in Temecula. Our family loves this place. We have 2 kids, 9 and 3 and they love coming here to play the token games, and they always eat a ton of pizza. We can't stand the chuck-e-cheese crazy kids everywhere atmosphere. This place is a nice size but small enough to see your kids playing at all times. The pizza tastes awesome to our family...it has a made with beer flavor in our opinion. It is pretty greasy, but we dab with napkins if its too much. The salad bar is fresh, and the bread sticks are amazing. Hands down we love this place. As far as the price goes, its not a $5 dollar pizza chain...but not priced too high either. If you would like a chill family place, great customer service, fully staffed, with lots of TVs and fun stuff for the kids to do...you've got to try it. Its the best Temecula has to offer for a kid friendly dinner out! read more

For the price, the pizza was good. I especially liked the bbq chicken pizza. The reason I am only giving 1 star is because of the filth. We arrived in the evening on Saturday and there was trash EVERYWHERE! The pizza was delivered to us in a timely manner by a respectable staff member but we were hard pressed to find a table not covered in pizza remnants and soda spills. It wasn't just the tables. The floors were covered in trash from candy wrappers to napkins. The wind coming in the front door would shuffle the trash around while we were eating. If it were not for the fact that I was trying to accommodate a party of 9 people, I would have left before I ordered the pizza. The sad part is that there were not even that busy. Over 3/4 of the tables were vacant and there was at least 5 staff members working in the back that I could see. Unless sanitary conditions become more favorable I would not recommend this place for anyone to dine in. read more
