When the gentleman on the phone realized that I needed the order delivered to the parking lot of Temecula Valley Hospital where I and my family were waiting for report back on a family member in critical condition, he immediately stated that he would discount my pizza. The pizza here is ok but the service is terrible and you spend a lot on the games for very little. Total rip off and half the machines are broken or don't work. Last time my kid didn't get tickets and he went up and said he won and didn't get tickets and the guy basically said "nice try, you already tried that with other people" like my kid was trying to scam them. He wasn't. They must know half their equipment is broken. The guy wouldn't even go look at the machine so this no doubt happened to others as well. We drove an 1hr to come here because this is a chain place from our small town back home in the valley and it wasn't really worth the drive. The pizza was good and I like all the games in the arcade but 3 of them didnt work and took $2.50 from me. The workers are so rude, I have never witnessed such a bad attitude from ALL workers. When we went to redeem our tickets for a prize, one girl kept ignoring me and the other teen girl behind me. I finally got fed up and went to ask for help and they acted like I was such a bother. We live within walking distance, SO I totally wish this place could be our neighborhood "Cheers" type restaurant, but every time we go, it's expensive & pretty gross. Nice staff in the kitchen and the guy in front who took our order was really nice and funny. However.... this is probably the worst food I've had in my life. The pizza was literally dripping with oil. It was so greasy it was inedible, even for my 3 year old (who loves pizza.) We ended up tossing more than half of the pizza. The pizza: I liked the crust, crisp and some substance but not bready; the sauce was flavorful; the pepperoni - pretty greasy. But, it was a pepperoni pizza and there was alot of pepperoni and that was good. The staff: friendly, young, positive. The room - this is where it fell off for me. And I get it, I had kids too. But this place had a big share of kids run wild - running the aisles by our table, that high pitched scream, and then the Temecula dads, yelling across the restaurant for Billy and Johnny to 'GET OVER HERE'. Lunch buffet. I think $8.99? There are like 6-8 different pizzas. It's a good place to come and satisfy your pizza crave. They taste decent like papa johns/dominos. Better than little caesars quality, but little less than costco pizzas. Crusts are ok, but you can just not eat the crust and eat more pizza. Wow. My wife ordered a large pizza topped with extra sauce, mozzarella cheese, purple onions, mushrooms, pepperoni and pineapple, as well as a salad and breadsticks. We had never ordered pizza in Temecula before, and my wife never checks Yelp, so we just "flew blind". But wow: what a pizza! Tender crust, bursting with flavor, perfect amount of all toppings. The breadsticks: to die for! Super soft and doughy, with great tasting garlic. And the salad was awesome, too! And the pizza tasted awesome reheated after two days, too! Ordered the Big M - Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, Ham, Onions, Bacon, Mushrooms & Green Peppers; and a couple Garden Salads. I personally was not impressed at all with the pizza. Albeit was loaded with toppings it was just to greasy for me. I don't like grease forming under my crust, especially to the point it nearly dripped (it did coat the bottom and left a light pool beneath it). If you like a little grease to go with your pizza then by all means give it a shot! It was tasty enough, but not to the point of wanting to make me go back. If my son invites us again and pays for it, then I will return and adjust my review if warranted. The salads were quite small (grant it, I realize they were only $3.50 apiece), but it's lettuce for goodness sake (and most of it was). I think they need to increase the lettuce quantity by 50% and add a few more miscellaneous veggies than what was placed upon it. I mean, for what it was, it was fine (fresh and crisp) and the blu cheese was tasty and of a decent quantity to put over it. The driver was so awkward!! I didn't have cash and I was unable to sign the tip on the receipt since it was purchased with a card online. We have our team meeting here almost every month. It's a convenient place and a halfway location for people who live in San Diego and people from LA to meet. There's a private dining area for our meeting without having to pay extra to reserve and use it. I always get the salad and pizza buffet. The pizza is pretty good. The salad buffet is not fancy but it has the basic condiments to make a decent salad.....and it's pretty fresh and green. There's soup and cookies as well with the buffet. Just a few things to expect when visiting the pizza factory, you'll have to wait a while to be helped, no matter if you are picking up or dinning in and even if you are first in line and someone is already at the counter ordering. Expect to wait a good 5 min. . Also, if you are dinning in and you have kids that want to play the games, expect to have more than a hand full of games out of order as well as some that just eat your money! I'm so disappointed in your company in your treatment to the Downs Syndrome group of over 80 people and how you handled the situation then to say they were there to only get free Pizza and drinks and then to approach the matter as if it was their lack of approach to your company in requesting prior notice of asking for a discount is unacceptable and I will never allow myself or any family members to buy your products again. Shame on you for not having the professionalism to handle these situations in a better and more courteous manner. After a long day of helping my sister and her fiancee paint their new house in Temecula we decided to order pizza! I have to give them five stars for customer service - the guy who helped us out was super kind, patient, and helpful in answering any questions we had. We settled on the Yelp Check-in-Offer, which gets you two large one topping pizzas for $26. Each large pizza will run you about $20, so two for $26 is a solid deal. I'll have to admit - the pizza wasn't amazing. There's just too much crust, and not enough cheese and sauce :( I'd say the crust comprises 35% of the pizza, and it's deep dish so there's a lot of bread involved. You definitely won't need any breadsticks, ha. I don't know that I'd be back since I can get better pizza elsewhere, but I appreciate the awesome customer service. Maybe I'd come for happy hour and get a beer with a slice - maybe it'll be better? They seem to have a lot of daily deals and happy hour specials. We went here for the first time this week and we really liked it . The arcade has about 15 games to play for tickets which is great for the kids and the pizza was pretty good , as well as the beer on tap . They have tons of coupons floating around online as well as mailers . We used at 19.99 coupon which got us $10 in tokens and a large pizza . Pretty good deal , and the tokens lasted us about an hr .
