Have given this place so many chances and on several occasions we have called our order in and then arrived to pick it up after the time they said it would take and the hadn't even started our order!!! This is infuriating when you have hungry children and you already waited an hour for your order then told "oh sorry we never even started your order!" Terrible soggy pizza. We ordered a veggie and the bottom was soaking wet from the uncooked vegetables they randomly threw on top. We also ordered a Hawaiian pizza that didn't look as bad but was totally ruined when a couple of kids were allowed to play ball in the restaurant and it landed in the middle of the pizza after several bounces on the filthy floor. The first time we tried their pizza was right after they reopened under new ownership. It was pretty good! A little over priced but it was comparable to Pizza Plus. This time however, we are quite disappointed, as the quality of the pizza has gone down. Our large looked more like a medium, and the crust is very thin with little sauce. The toppings are good, but we didn't pay $26 for toppings. I am leaving this review because I feel that tonight's pizza was not near $26 quality. read more

Pizza Factory is our family's go to when we are craving pizza! They make their pizza fresh & can create whatever you'd like. I'm vegan so even with cheese left off their crust, sauce and toppings are great. Always quick and we are always satisfied! I have AirBnB's in town and I find a lot of empty boxes from Pizza Factory after my guests checkout. Definitely recommend! read more

We live in the area so we come here often. Mostly for pick up but we've had a soccer party here and will have our kids birthdays here as well. The pizza is delicious. One of my favorites! I showed it to the manager and she confirmed it was the nail of her cashier who also makes pizzas and she wasn't wearing gloves. Disturbing on many levels. We ordered our pizza and sat down - finally we noticed customers after us were eating their pizza and bread sticks. I inquired and found out our order was dropped and would be 10 minutes later. Pizza was decent, it reminded me a lot of round table pizza. They do not serve alcohol but allow you to bring alcohol in from elsewhere. We got the pesto sun dried tomato, veggie, white chicken and combo pizzas. They were all pretty good. My gripe was the tables were disorganized and the service wasn't so good. I'd go back here but probably wouldn't leave a tip until after we get done eating. They have you pay when you order. read more

Pizza was delicious. But, the customer service was severely lacking. I called in an order and went in to pick it up. I paid and they said my pizza was the next one out after ten minutes, no pizza. I went and asked about my order and the employees had no idea where my pizza was. They said they could make me another one but it would be 20 minutes, after it had already been 25 minutes. I told them I had an appointment soon and needed it sooner than that. One of the workers in the back said it could be 12 minutes. After about 15 my pizza was ready. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the mess up, no form of compensation. I just don't understand how you misplacece or lose a pizza. The pizza was delicious, once I got it. read more

Okay, this was plain bad... We paid 37 bucks for two beers, one medium pizza and some chicken wings. The pizza was a bbq chicken. In the case of this pizza restaurant, that means squirting some barbeque sauce over a pizza with pale looking chicken. The wings were pre-boiled, which made them salty and wobly with thick, blubbery fat. This would have been okay-ish for $10, but 37? Nah. Nothing really exceptional to make Pizza Factory standout with the exceptions being that they are consistent and reliable. I've only ever had about 38 of the large Hawaiian so your experience might be different across a more diverse sampling of cheese based meal selections. Lost one star because it's always too damn hot inside the factory. So order to go and try to stay hydrated prior to pickup. They have WIFI. Would rather they spend the money on AC but that's just me. Maybe some folks enjoy sweating off the pizza calories while they eat. I dunno. Go to a gym. Don't be cheap. Leave a tip. A friend of mine took me here on a day trip from Modesto. I love stopping off at these mom and pop places because there's so much more personality and warmth than at a Pizza Hut or Little Caesar's. The pizza here was awesome. I could tell the tomatoes and basil were fresh and the dough was hand-kneaded. It's hard to write a positive review of a pizza place that doesn't sound like every other positive review of a pizza place. If you're going to or through Twain Harte and enjoy pizza, this is a must visit. The town is very small so places like this need to be good or they'll never generate repeat business. And every dollar you spend here is a dollar that a greedy corporation doesn't get. Every slice eaten here is a vote for the future of America! read more

Customer service there is sorely lacking! I drop $50 in pizzas and while I'm waiting I request a bowl to give my dog some water (who's waiting outside in the heat). The rude people there say sure, but they will be charging me a $1. While I understand completely that they just can't be giving them things away to everybody - there is a LOT to be said for customer service. As I just dropped a decent amount of money in the place the least they could have done was to give me a bowl. I work for a small company and know first-hand what a small gesture of this nature could do, or not do for their company. So my contribution is a poor review due to their lack of customer service. Additionally, it was 11:30 in the morning and their bathrooms were already trashed. So we will definitely not be going there again. read more

No reply...at all...until older fellow returned 10-15 minutes later. He takes a taste out of machine, seemed to accept and not see a problem ...looks askance at our party. Maybe he's used to the bad taste? Hmmm. No explanation, no show of concern, no offer to open up a two litter bottle. WARNING-NO GLOVES, FACE MASKS WORN "under" CHIN WHEN MAKING AND PREPARRING PIZZA DURING COVID-19!!! We've been ordering pizza from this place for 15 years, ordered pizza this Saturday and when my husband went to pick up the pizza the only person wearing a mask correctly was the cashier taking the money. My husband saw "ALL" the workers behind the counter wearing masks (under their chins), no gloves or concern. As our pizza was placed into the box for take out, the worker literally leaned over our pizza to cut into pies and had no protection over his mouth, nose etc. so we left our pizza and walked out, expressed our concerns over the phone with the manager and unfortunately he could have cared less.
