Medium pepperoni and pineapple. Soooo good!

Really good pizza! And was presently surprised by the guy that assisted me. He was super friendly and helpful! And made me a damn good pizza. Clean restaurant with a small arcade. I ordered to go and my pizza was delicious!

Factory Special & Veggie Special pizza - 3 stars. Fine, bacon was plentiful & soft. Soft thick crust. Mon lunch 2024-10-14

A very decent lunch option for a group heading out of Calaveras with hungry kids in tow, who needed an option near a Tesla Supercharger. At 1:50pm on a Monday, the Chinese restaurant was closed, and the Country Kitchen at the other end of the plaza had just stopped serving lunch (ended at 1:45pm). Thus Pizza Factory was our only option, and it worked out. There was no wait. They have an arcade that the kids loved, and begged us for money to play games and buy toys. It cost $80 total for a large pizza, 2 salads, and 1 spaghetti. This was enough food for 4 adults and 4 kids between ages 2-6. * Factory Special & Veggie Special pizza - 3 stars. Fine, the bacon was plentiful & soft on the Factory side. Soft thick crust. * One trip salad bar ($8) - 3 stars. They had a decent amount of options for a standard salad bar. Spinach & iceberg were the two lettuce options, lots of veggies, a couple cheese options, about 4 dressings. I loaded it up with bacon and chickpeas to be extra filling. * Spaghetti & meatballs ($14) - 2.5 stars. This appeared to be a baked spaghetti (even though there is also a separate baked spaghetti on the menu), as there is a layer of baked cheese on top. Our kids were fine with it but not what I expected. The meat in the sauce was dry (and they came in very big chunks, not integrated very well into the sauce), and the meatballs were incredibly dry & hard (note we did ask for them on the side).

We are visiting in Arnold and the warm weather kept us from wanting to cook at the cabin. I found Pizza Factory on Yelp and despite the review scores, we gave it a shot. The most recent review was positive and played a role in choosing this spot. The location is clean, spacious and has a cool arcade corner for kids. They've got good beers on tap, too. We ordered a good range of food. The pasta and wings were tasty. They are simple recipes and pleases the kids and the adults equally. Of the pizzas, my favorite was the Awesome Combo. They do not cut you short on toppings! This pie was loaded very well and tasted great. I'm not very often in this area; however, I would recommend it locals and for anyone stopping in town and want to skip a night of cooking.

This location has been open for about a year and it's pretty good pizza we ordered to go. The person on the phone was helpful. We did a pick up and the place was pretty nice. Everyone enjoyed their pizza and the salad was fresh and the cheese bread was good. We enjoyed our lunch! Will definitely order pizza again.

No breadsticks with an XL pizza, only the large. What a joke.

We live locally but I cannot support this pizza place any longer. We came in tonight for the special "free breadsticks with a large pizza on Tuesdays," but because we ordered an XL pizza (for more money of course), we were told by the kids working there that our XL pizza didn't qualify for the the Tuesday special. THAT MAKES ABSOLUTELY ZERO BUSINESS SENSE, and they lost a customer tonight. We've tried and tried with this place, but their service just sucks, their pizza is mediocre at best, and it's expensive. My advice to the owner: get a real manager and don't leave your business to kids who obviously don't give two craps about your customers or your business. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE ELSE: Skip this place and take your business to Mike's in Angels Camp (pick it up on your way home or to your cabin), where they know how to take care of their customers, it's a better pizza, and you'll save a few bucks.

We came early (5:30 on a Friday) and it was quiet at first. The wine list still had some gaps, but we found a Val Du Vino GSM we enjoy. The flaming cheese appetizer was delicious, though they didn't give us enough of a heads-up before lighting it--would've loved a chance to catch the moment. Still, it's a fun and tasty start with pita. Service felt a bit rushed early on, with multiple prompts to order entrées before our app even arrived, so we slowed things down ourselves. We split a gyro salad next, which was large and very good--honestly could've been enough with the appetizer. The chicken marsala lived up to the hype with a great sauce, but the sides (green beans and rice pilaf) were underwhelming. The beans were too sweet for me, and the pilaf lacked flavor--plain basmati rice would've been better to soak up the sauce. Overall, a good meal and a much better experience. We'll be back sooner next time.

Chicken Marsala, tender chicken breast, mushroom sauce to die for, rich and satisfying. Wild rice and some al dente green beans made for an excellent combination . Fresh toasted Pita bread served to the table, so you didn't waste any of the sauce. Mrs D had the Pita Falafel with house made potato salad. Hot crunchy falafel with tazikki, cucumber onion on a fresh pita. Potatoe salad had a curry flavor and a heavy coating of paprika, really good. We were the only patrons on a early Saturday night, I'm coming back to sample more from the chef, delicious.

Even though it was late on a Tuesday the patio was still busy. We got a nice table outside because it was a beautiful day and we had our GSD with us. Shared the beet salad and the chicken burrito and also a kids hamburger with fries for the pup ( fries were for us). PROTIP: We took the option to split each dish by the kitchen and although it cost a couple bucks more, you get a little more of everything! Beet salad was solid with perfect allocations of all ingredients. I would say it was a bit heavy on the dressing but I like minimal dressing and my partner said it was perfect so there you go. The burrito was "wet" and delicious! Lots of flavor fresh ingredients and very saucy. Only thing it lacked was a little heat. Ask for tapatio if you like a little spice. The hamburger by the way, was larger than a normal hamburger you get on the kiddie menu. And the fries were piping hot and fresh. Our dog loved the burger as he should and we downed all the fries. Highly recommend and will be back!

The service was prompt, welcoming, and incredibly family-friendly (we had our toddler with us and felt totally comfortable). It really gave that warm, authentic Italian family vibe. Appetizers: * Tomato bruschetta - served on flatbread with the perfect balance of olive oil, spices, and fresh tomato * Salami & olive tray - simple, classic, and nostalgic in the best way Entrees: * Chicken Parmigiana - perfectly cooked with a rich marinara, served with vegetables (we added gnocchi with pesto--highly recommend!) * Veal Milanesa - beautifully breaded and full of flavor, with veggies and pasta of the day * Veal Saltimbocca - packed with flavor, especially the sage--definitely a standout dish * Child's spaghetti & meatball - perfect portion and a great option for little ones Dessert: * Lemon berry mascarpone cake - dense, lemony, and filled with fresh blueberries, topped with a raspberry drizzle--just the right amount of sweetness * Vanilla ice cream for the toddler (they even offered chocolate syrup--thoughtful touch!) I figured we couldn't go wrong with italian and this place was very close. I walked in and immediately loved the look of the restaurant. If you've been to Buca di Beppo it's kind of like that with lots of photos on the wall and italian statues around. It wasn't too busy and we were able to be seated right away. The table was set with a cute salad plate that I just loved the pattern of. Our waiter was young but friendly enough. The menu isn't the largest but it has all the staples. No pictures so I took to Yelp and Google to get a look at the food and see was was recommended. I settled on Eggplant Parmesean and my husband went with Fettuccini al Alberto. The waiter brought out bread and butter and parmesan cheese. The bread was ok, it didn't seem homemade and was a little bit like store brought sliced white bread. I was starving though so I welcomed anything to get started. I wish there had been olive oil and vinegar though. Next he brought out a big plate of polenta, which unfortunately was smothered in meat sauce. We had mentioned to him that we were vegetarians twice when we were ordering, so it was pretty disappointing to be presented with a meat dish. We pointed to him we couldn't eat the polenta with the meat sauce and he apologized but they did not offer to replace the dish with a regular red sauce. I was bummed because it looked really good and I really wish they had brought out a regular one. Seems like they could just use the red sauce as a standard so it After that there was a salad which had a red wine vinegar and olive oil, it also came with peppers, chickpeas and celery, which I thought was a nice way to add some color and flavor to the salad. We then were brought a lentil soup in a large blue bowl. The blue bowl seemed like an odd vessel but it worked. The soup was very tasty! Finally our entrees came. The entree portions were a little on the smaller side compared to other restaurants, however it is an appropriate amount considering how many appetizers they provide before it. I was surprised the eggplant parm didn't come with a side of spaghetti, but I could add some for $5. The eggplant was good, not overly fried and the red sauce was very tasty. My husband was very happy with the Fettuccini al Alberto (which was basically Alfredo). Overall this is kind of a funny place that had a quirky charm. I would come back again knowing what to ask for in terms of the polenta.
