This app hands off the delivery to grub hub. During the handoff my order was changed from delivery to takeout. I paid and I waited. Food never arrived. Now an hour after the delivery time the app said it is ready for pickup. They close in 20 minutes and I live 40 minutes away. I called the number on the app and this is the time I knew it was grub hub. They refused to refund the money. The did offer to refund the 10% tip. That made me furious mad because the girl on the phone kept saying "I" choose delivery. And she was doing me a favor with the $4 refund. DONOT ORDER FROM THIS APP! I am a really tough pizza critic and this really checked all the boxes. It had a chewy crust with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. There was a good even layer of toppings too which is nice. And the best part is it didn't arrive in an oily wet puddle. Every time I order a calzone from a restaurant it's oily, and that goes for take out and dine in, to the point it is running out of the cut in the middle of the calzone causing a lake to form in the middle of your plate, but not these calzones, they weren't soggy or anything, the dough was truly perfect. I ordered a thin crust Texas BBQ pizza. I picked up the pizza from Pizza Guys and took it home. When I opened up the box I saw that It was a regular crust. I didn't feel like driving back to the store so I just ate the pizza. There is obviously a problem with the on-line ordering process as I noticed other customers have experienced the same fate. I ordered the savory, baked to perfection $15.99 "Fireworks Pizza" with a "thick crust" for an extra $1.50...it was delicious. I then added the 24 piece chicken wings to my meal. Teriyaki, Buffalo, and Sweet chili flavor. For an extra $1 each I also added their special house-made sauce on the side. For dessert I decided to try the $7 mini churros and cream frosting. This came up to about $58. My meal was quick and warm upon arrival. Staff was professional and precise. I feel at ease during my order, and time was respected. Absolutely wonderful pizza. I tried it for the first time tonight, ordering their pepperoni pizza with a special second pepperoni topping. Spicy so you don't need crushed red peppers. Very juicy, rich and tasty. Be aware (as I wasn't) that this isn't a sit-down restaurant. I showed up thinking I could order a pizza and drink a beer while I waited. Well, yes you can as long as you walk a short distance to Buffalo Wild Wings and drink a beer during the 15 minutes it took to make the pizza lol. Next time I will order ahead. It's just for pickup or delivery only. But very tasty. It's medium crust, not thin as I would prefer. But lots of cheese and pepperoni and sauce so it's all awesome read more

Since *it* was free, *I* was free to make it rain like this place had poles, stages, and a DJ announcing the pizza names. I got a large pizza, extra cheese, double pep, and double sausage. The DJ would've called it Luscious. This is chain pizza in the way that In-N-Out is fast food. It was honestly and truthfully, great. They've got a cookie pizza that legitimately made my mouth water. I even like their text messages letting you know when the pizza is ready. The Pizza Guys, in 10 characters or less: Delicious. The Pizza Guys is 3 characters or less: $$$ The first time, I was seriously unimpressed with the amount of toppings they put on their pie. Knowing that it needed some manual intervention is why I ordered double of everything. It worked. The flavor's good, and the quality of the ingredients seems higher than many. And this time I was seriously happy with how great it was. But again--it was free. Had it not been free, it would've been $30. This isn't the last minute, "I've got 5 hungry kids at the house, send 3 pizza's, stat!" kind of place. This is the "kids are sleeping, let's eat something delicious" kind of place.
