First time ordering here, would have given 5 stars because the pizza was delicious, I think better than pizza hut and dominos bit they forgot to put my chopped garlic and green onions on the meat lovers and I ordered a pepperoni and no pepperoni his cheese , pesto creamy pasta with garlic sauce cheese bread was delicious also and baked chicken was good just wish it was a little more crispy. We were in the mood for a nice pizza and never trying this place before we decided to give them a try. We ordered a cup and crisp pizza. If it was possible to give this pizza a minus star rating I would. It was taste less. The pepperoni was bland, the crust was soggy absolutely terrible. We ended up throwing away a almost whole pizza. You know it's bad when a frozen pizza from any grocery store would of been better. Do yourself a favor and make your own or get a frozen one. $23 in the trash. So terribly sad. My family & I grew up on your typical most publicized pizzas corporations, i.e. Pizza Hut, Domino's Pizza and one hole in the way genuinely authentic Italian restaurant called Scardino's Pizza (1627 N. Hacienda Blvd., La Puente Ca). Never have we found a pizza spot like Pizza Guys !!! Their thin crust, BOMB! "BOMB" meaning delicious, just right, perfect-in my opinion of course! Their marinara sauce, BOMB! Their cheeses & meat toppings, not only are they proportioned with the right amount, the meats like the sausage crumbles & the canadian bacon are plentiful & BOMB! The service is pretty quick & employees at this particular location (Jess Ranch-Apple Valley/corner of Bear Valley & Jess Ranch Pkwy) are personable & usually seem genuinely happy & take pride in their employment with the company as a whole. There's nothing better than walking into an establishment where it's employees exude their companies motto with confidence & their appreciation for being gainfully employed. I would definitely recommend Pizza Guys to the avid pizza lover Oh! And we always get the 4 small 2 toppings pizzas special. read more

Th pizza was very dry and chewy. I ordered two different pizzas, both had chewy, hard crusts. The sauce on both was very thin, which I think made the pizza dry. I have eaten at a different location before and loved it, so I thought I would try this location. My family and I were disappointed with our whole order. One positive part was that they had fast service and made the pizzas in the time they quoted, but the overall service I received and quality of pizza is not enough to return to. read more

We order from them at #4 store in apple valley the bear valley store never have we ever had such unprofessional issues like we like we did tonight we placed or number #116 on January 25 around 5:15 pm pizza gets here around 6:30 we open up pizzas one our pizza was wrong on one side I proceed to call the store female answer phone then proceeds to tell me that we can resend it out but you pay delivery fee again or come get it I know that's not the policy at all to do that to customers seeing person took order over phone incorrectly seeings I work at Domino's and know that's not correct policy or correct policy for customer service either at all then I asked to speak to a manager she puts me on hold for 20 minutes and finally male manger answer phone call then proceeds to be a bit rude I proceed to tell him about employee trying to charge delivery fee again he said no I resend it out but 45 minutes to hour that's a ridiculous time for there employee messing up and order then he sends out a different driver short white male glasses bald kinda husky size drove a white van extremely unprofessional and rude proceeds to make unprofessional remarks with my children present I politely ask who there general manager is he pops more attitude and Lies and says they don't have one at there store would not even give me his own name storms off and gets in his van completely unprofessional behavior I do hope franchise owner and district manager and General manager will look into these matters an handle this just completely disrespectful and horrible customer service so sad to we order multiple times at this location completely sad we don't feel comfortable order in at this location now we do hope other customers will never get treated poorly like this seriously Unfortunate situation read more

I ordered 2 dinners from this restaurant for delivery. I was told that my order would be delivered to my house within 40 minutes. It arrived over an hour without apology, the driver had the wrong address which I repeated to Julie twice. The driver didn't have the salads that came with the dinner so I called the restaurant and the person I talked to was very rude and wanted to charge me for the garlic bread stating that my order would be considered aka crate. My husband and I were looking to try a new pizza place and had received coupons for Pizza Guys! We called in an order for a 3 topping large pizza, cheesy garlic bread and a giant cookie. We were not disappointed!! The pizza was excellent. The crust was perfectly cooked and you could tell they used high quality ingredients for everything. We loved the cheesy bread as well. Pizza Guys has some good pizza. However, have you tried the pasta? It's fantastic! I recently ordered it for lunch on a whim and it was awesome. Full of flavor, large serving size, and came with two slices of cheese bread. It was so so good! I'm addicted for sure. read more

Originally ordered a small pizza along with 8 chicken wings. Called couple minutes later to ask them to add more wings to the order, because I thought 8 wouldn't be enough. When I asked to add more wings a lady rudely said that they don't want to do that. I ask them to please change the order and finally they said ok. When I came to the place to pick up my order, it turns out they didn't add any wings to my order after all. I told them that they didn't add any wings to my order and they said I need to wait 15 more minutes. I had no time to wait so I left. When I came home, I realized that they messed up on my pizza crust thickness too. I called the manager of the store and told him the whole situation. He did not apologize. In town visiting and after choosing Pizza Guys, I'm so glad! Ordered the garlic pesto pasta dinner, a medium pizza and the cheesy bacon bread. Everything's excellent! This will be my go to when in town! Everything arrived hot just out of the oven and tasted so fresh and delicious! Great customer service on the phone and the delivery driver was so nice! The food is pretty good here. I think they have some of the best specials out of the local pizza places. When I went in, the people there weren't very welcoming, but they gave me the food promptly and accepted a coupon (from yelp check-in) they had never seen before, which was nice. I walked out without my soda though, which I wish they would have reminded me about, but it's my fault I forgot. All-in-all, we will probably be back. read more
