I just recently bought a house in the area and this place is decent. Hot fresh pizza, speedy delivery. I'll keep coming back and getting the veggie. Very disappointing & waste of hard earned money. -Ordered 2 medium pizzas (as we received a buy one get one free coupon), and was sold & stuck with 2 large instead. The pizza crust is soft & not crisp on the bottom whatsoever. We don't even know where the sauce is.... It tastes about as cheap & childish as mac n cheese. We hate the quality of Little Caesar's pizza, and yet even they are slightly more preferred than Pizza Guys. Frozen pizza is better than this. -Will not be coming back. -We don't understand all the good reviews here. Clearly, people don't know what truly GOOD food tastes like anymore.... Great delivery drivers and customer service. Had an issue with the pizza dough being kinda raw recently (which it usually is never raw) and the district manager called me up the same day and gave me a credit for my order. He said the issues would be fixed by the morning. I have been getting pizzas delivered from here for over a year and I am very satisfied. read more

Review is not based on Pizza! I actually enjoy their pizza. My review is based on customer service. On 5/19 I placed an order online with a coupon. 2 XL pizzas (I order at least once a week from them) set pick up time for 3pm. Was running around all day for there at 2:55pm. Order total was about $26. I handed her a $100 she said I can't take that. You need to go to Starbucks. I said I've never ever had an issue with a large bill here. She said nope, very rude. Didn't even attempt to see if she had the change. So here I am 4 hungry kids and very little time to run around in 90 degree weather looking for change. But I did. Starbucks had a line out the door, check cashing place same thing! I called and let Hannah know I couldn't find change. She said fine I'll cancel your order. I was shocked. They would rather turn away money and a loyal customer than even attempt to find a solution. What for me is the blatant rudeness. When I've had food delivered I always inform them if I have a large bill. So they bring change. So to the manager (Jennifer) please have a chat with the two rude young ladies that were there. Just ordered from them for the first time since they now deliver to Salida. I've been in California for a few years and have been trying different places to find the best for delivery. This place did not disappoint! They had a really great special going on for 2 large two topping pizzas for $22 and free ice cream when you order online! The pizza was amazing and the delivery guy was super awesome, so he got a big tip. They just got themselves a regular! read more

Since moving to Modesto we had quite a time finding a delivery pizza that we actually liked. We were so excited to find that we were in the Pizza Guys' delivery zone. We typically do order online. (ONLY ON A LAPTOP! As trying to order with a phone seems completely impossible. Which is fine for us, and if we do need to call in an order the service is always great!) We pretty much love Pizza Guys. Always amazing service, that was a big problem we had with a local competitor. Delicious--and constant! And the prices are always reasonable, even without a coupon or deal. read more

Placed an order thru Eat24 yesterday for 2 medium specialty pizzas from Pizza Guys. I had ordered online before not realizing at the time of the two different sites, Eat24 and PizzaGuys.com. (My first mistake) Eat24 site it turns out could not find the coupon code offer I was trying to use (I should have canceled my order right then and called it into the restraurant location) but I went ahead thinking the site would give me another opportunity to apply the offer code. No such luck. And there was no response to contacting Eat24 by email about this situation. But Haley at Pizza Guys assured me she would make sure me that my debit card would show the correct amount to include the coupon offer. When my order was delivered (in half the time the site stated, 45-60 min) 25 mins later my receipt was correct. BUT Eat24 has charged me full price pending in my checking account. Pizza Guys Rock!! Yelp Eat24 leaves alot to be desired when it comes to customer service and I will never use the site again. They don't even deserve half a star. read more
