Very disappointed! My sweet neighbor asked me to help order pizza last Saturday night. I have had this pizza several times and thought it was delicious. This time it was ok. I called a head of time to find out price etc. so when ready to order I called it in and spoke to the same person. She recommended the pizza that was $20.99 When the guy delivered it, it was over $30! Not counting tip. I will never order from here again. There's too many choices to have to settle. This place is legit! Their chicken wings are the bomb!! They have four different flavors and they are all delicious. Their pizza is also super delicious. My co-workers and I were craving some good pizza and yelped around until we found this place. It did not disappoint. They aren't really a sit down restaurant but if you do go in person they have like 2 4-tops. So if the two tables are taken there's no more room. Luckily it seems like most people order take out here so my group of 7 people were able to sit and eat. We literally took all the space. read more

But if you don't like too soft, then open the lid to let it breath and put it in the refrigerator and it will harden up in 20 mins. The pizza here is not greasy at all like other places where you take a napkin to suck up the pizza grease juice. Also the pizza is made fast. Like 10-15 mins boom done. I did talk to your employee and your co-business owner (I don't remember his name) and nothing was done to fix it nor acknowledge the issue. When we were ordering, I asked are the cheeses extra toppings or included? I was told it's all included. So we played with 3 different cheeses just for fun but turned out only mozzarella is a base included and other cheese choices were charged extra. By the time I realized the "extra topping" charges, I didn't want the hassle of having to change the order and get refunds. Didn't make me feel like good when "tricked" like this... nobody offered to fix this "upsell" either. I've been to other Pizza Guys locations where none of this shenanigans happened, just to run up the cost of a pizza. Hard times of pandemic? At customer expense #literally Anyways. Got an ad in the mail for the Pizza Guys and thought we would try it out as we are always on the lookout for a really good pizza place and the Pizza Guys did not disappoint us! The pizza here was really good! My wife was impress and that is very hard to do with her and pizza but these guy have done it! Really good, simply made pizza and a fantastic price to boot! We have tried several of their specialty pizzas like the All Meat, Double Cheeseburger (yes, it tastes like a cheeseburger on pizza), the Combo, the Hawaiian Delight and the California Garlic Chicken. All were fantastic. Even the regular old Peperoni pizza was done really well. I know that really, the taste of pizza is all subjective, but I really do enjoy what they do here at the Pizza Guys. They put out coupons for some really great deals that are hard to pass up. The staff inside when we picked up our pizza to go is always very friendly, professional and on top of things to make sure we had a good experience with them. Pizza Guys is my new favorite pizza joint in the I.E. (and it's not just because we were born the same year)! I am so glad this spot was added to my list of options through Door Dash and think I've ordered from here at least five times in the last month. (And in no way am I ashamed of that...) Everything I've ordered thus far has been extremely delicious, fresh, and packaged perfectly so that it is delivered warm. I've enjoyed the pesto chicken pasta, fiery pepperoni bacon flatbread, grilled chicken spinach flatbread, sweet BBQ wings, rosemary bacon potato flatbread, olive pizza, and the Big 'n Chewy chocolate chip cookie (on multiple occasions). My husband had the olive pizza tonight and gave it rave reviews despite his picky he normally is! I've recommended this spot to so many people and will definitely continue to support this local business. I look forward to trying new menu items in the coming weeks. read more

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza at 11:20pm, and worried that they would not take my order as it was late. Also, restaurants tend not to be happy if you come in when they are about to close. However, this was not my experience here. They were willing to take my order, and they did a good job with the pizza as well. The staff served me was super respectful, and did not show me an attitude. She offered me to check the pizza before I paid. She even opened the box for me to look! I have never had such experience when ordering pizza for pick up! Later on, I found out that it was the owner who served me! Thanks madam! The pizza was super tasty and favorable! It was not oily! Price was reasonable! I love the fact that they opened until late as I usually get off work late! Will come back again for sure! read more
