I called to order a pizza and because I didn't remember the zip code I couldn't order , which is perfectly fine, I am all for the extra security. So I told the lady I'll call right back with the proper zip code, I had to make a couple of calls to get the zip code , I'm very hungry by this time so I call to give the code and they would not pick up the phone so I use my girls phone and same thing they didn't respond waste of my time . Hungry for some late night pizza. Got myself hyped up by salivating whilst looking at pictures of the serrano chili pizza (tmi) . Thankfully this location was open late and were able to make my last minute order and was super generous with the koji sauce. They were helpful and patient (when we called since we couldnt find the store in the dark poorly lit plaza) courteous, quick, and accommodating of our impossible meat substitute request. NEVER AGAIN. Ever heard that once is an accident, twice a coincidence, and three times a pattern? This place has proved how absolutely filth it is. Buyer beware! I keep making the same mistakes ordering from this restaurant. I've done so three times using DoorDash and each time the order was made incorrectly or items were left out. The first time it happened I called the manager and was ensured we would get our pizza replaced (gave us the wrong order altogether), and when I called back to order another manager denied her saying that and wouldn't issue us a refund. The second time the pizza arrived without the toppings we wanted. This last time, which 110% will be our last, they gave us a pizza not only with the wrong toppings but looked and felt like it had been sitting out at least 30 minutes or more, though my husband's food was correct. I didn't dare to eat it, but my husband who is either braver or more-ahem!-misguided that I am did eat some of it and got violently sick today. This place is calzone something or another on Ubereats app but their menu wasn't working so I called in a order. 1 medium pizza, ranch, and a drink. Came out to 39$ of course I still tipped the delivery driver so after everything $45 for a tiny pizza that had no seasoning and almost no sauce, just awful. We've ordered from them pretty frequently. The same everytime, we use their online order platform. They charged us, and sent us the confirmation email stating it could take up to an hour. After an 1 hour and 45 minutes I called to check on our order. I was put on hold for at least 4-5 minutes. Once I came back I was told they never recieved the order and I would have to wait another 1.5 hours. I canceled the order, and requested a refund, they couldn't give me a confirmation, the manager wouldn't talk to me. The poor girl working there was stuck delivering the managers BS... I ordered here for delivery last night, the gentleman on the phone expressed outstanding customer service!! He answered the phone quickly, he was very polite, courteous, thorough, patient, and helpful. He went over all the specials, slow enough to where I could understand them all, and he didn't make me feel rushed to complete my order. I was highly impressed! The best chain pizza store on this side of town. Pizza is always consistent and delicious. Good specials and they are ready pretty quickly. Pick up is easy (free soda most times) and delivery is convenient (for a fee). Definitely pass on the wings they are meh.. parking lot is a little sketchy but most times never full. Not oy did I stand at the counter while the manager and employees continued to have their personal conversations, laughing and completely ignoring their customer but I was given the wrong order. I have a stomach disease and cant east tomatoes so I order a calzone with creamy pesto, pepperoni, mushrooms and olives. I recieved tomatoe sauce no mushrooms no pesto and 3 pieces of pepperoni. Each employee got a personal pizza, I got a cheese and pepperoni pizza OMG it was delicious nice and hot. They literally came with massive food trucks with Ovens and were making our pizzas right outside our buildings. They suck at getting new workers they need to fire the ones who call in "sick" and hire new ones

This was by far the worst Pizza I've ever tasted in my entire life. I should have stuck just ordering a cheese pizza from them. Not sure how the other Pizza Guys location in Stockton compares but I found this pizza very bland. I ordered their Texas BBQ chicken pie after constant nagging from someone who was vouching for them told me to. I've had better BBQ pizza from the frozen section at the Grocery Depot on Pacific Avenue. I can see why some people might be attracted to this place for the prices. however you're definitely overpaying compared to the quality these guys provide. The better pizza guys my rear! More like the In Denial about our Pizza sucking Guys! I do have to give them props for their chicken wings though. they were actually not screwed up and tasted like.. well. chicken wings.. the pizza is just very bland. Not to mention that it arrived cold! I called to complain and the lady only said "I'm sorry" no ' you can bring it back for a refund' or any kind of compromise whatsoever. The fact that my dog wouldn't even come near it should say something about this pizza. I mean just look at the PIES on their site. they look very artificial and the crust is crap! Little Caesars is Light years better in taste and quality than this place and I hate Little Caesars. I hate the fact that this place made me crave little caesars .. how dare you!? Ordered on line. Put zero dollars as a tip as we are a business and was going to pay the tip out in cash. Driver imputed his own tip of $5.15. Imagine when I got the bill. This is stealing. A manager who was quite polite credited me with what I spent. That was great. Ordered over a hour and a half now, called and said they had a back up and would be another 30 minutes. Two chances. I inputted an online order for my boyfriend and his familia. Afterwards, I decided to confirm it by calling them. The gentleman I was speaking with was very nice and accommodating. First time calling them was to verify my order and then twice because I realized that I typed the address number incorrectly. Ahh so dumb. They told me it was fine and changed it right away for me. The order was said to be out around 1:00 and should get to him in at most 20 minutes. A half hour has passed, my boyfriend didn't receive his pizza. Was wondering why until I received a call from the delivery driver saying that he was lost and told me what address he had. It was NOT changed and he was not informed. I felt bad! 4 stars overall. They were nice. Would've been a 5 if they would've told the poor delivery driver that the address is changed! I would order again. My sister and I came here a couple years ago for their deal on an X-Large Pizza for our tremendo Halloween all you can eat crazy pig out. We ordered 2 pizzas and the garlic bread thinking the pizza was going to be of average size. When we saw the pizza we came to a huge suprise and realized how huge it was. We ordered a sausage and a pepperoni thick crust, it was just so delicious probably one of the best pizzas i have ever had. I can honestly say they are so great that if some one asked me to compare this establishment to Dante's I would totally come here not only do they taste better, they are so much more affordable. Last night we ordered pizza took the normal time to get here...well when the pizza delivery man pulled in his tire blew ...ended up a stick in the road pierced his sidewall .my fiance got dressed and went out to help him change his tire, at that time the delivery man calls in to work to inform them of the situation ..and their response was they were clocking him out to fix his tire....I think this is insane!!
