First things first; the food was good. I arrived 30 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready because I always end up having to wait. So I timed that right as pizza looked to have just come out. Besides me paying above the advertised price (I didn't have to but the house all agreed to this so IYKYK), the customer service was super off. I feel like it's partially my fault for ignoring the first red flag. But hold up.... I don't expect over the top customer service, but respect I do! I was waiting at the counter and even had to knock on the counter to draw attention. When the young lady approached me I said "Im here to pick up my order for Jennifer". She asked my name then. So I said again "Jennifer". The phone started to ring then and she answered it. Ok. And then proceeded to take an entire order that seemed to be difficult for her. Customer service 101: answer the phone and ask them to hold if you are already helping someone. I had issues with this lady before but now I think I'm done at this location for good. The food at round table is amazing. The restaurant atmosphere was just cozy and quiet. We were treated with great hospitality. The employee who took our order helped us receive a good deal on a pizza being a rewards member. Employee was friendly and his service was exceptional. Round Table on the Miracle Mile absolutely surprised me in the best way. Their lunch buffet special is so worth it fresh, hot pizza constantly coming out and everything tasted delicious. I also loved that they had coloring pages for the kids which makes it such an easy spot for families during the day. And if you're a football fan, this is the perfect place to watch the game. Not a bad spot to have pizza n a Saturday afternoon. Had the meat lovers combo and Buffalo wings along with a fountain soda. We were the only ones inside which was also nice. As we didn't have to wait long for our foood. They did have a lot of phone in orders which was cool. There is a side "to go" window that your orders can be picked up from as well Some cool framing a of a little history about Stockton. Food was decent , and staff was nice! If I could give 0 I would give zero. I've been a customer at this location since 2017. Now with the change of ownership the service is horrible. The previous staff is non-existent. The new employees/owners are extremely rude. We (3 people) ordered a large doubleplay with an order of wings, they gave us one side of ranch. When asked for more they tossed the ranch on the counter. The gentleman who took our order was very courteous, and the pizza was brought out promptly, piping hot, and delicious. We stopped in for pizza and salad bar. No salad bar. Apparently it hasn't returned since Covid. There were only 3 tables with customers in the entire restaurant. We were greeted by friendly staff. A menu was on the counter, but had no prices. We ordered a small combo (King Arthur Supreme) and some chicken wings (to replace the salads we had planned on), and 2 large sodas. We were told 15 to 20 min. but our food came out promptly in 10 minutes. The pizza was really good and the wings were pretty good. All in all it was a good experience, just sad because of the nearly empty place, no salad bar and no pricing. What used to be a cute and very thriving location looked like we're about to lose yet another Stockton restaurant. This Round table on Pacific is not in compliance with the Covid they delivered my pizza opened not sealed at all it was delivered by delivery driver and my pizza was opened I called them to inform them and they stated they do not seal if they use there drivers they only seal if they use 3rd party drivers unexceptionable a delivery driver is a delivery driver doesn't matter if it's a third party your pizza box is suppose to be sealed never again!!! read more

I've always enjoyed Round Table (in the Lowe's shopping center) and usually get the large King Arthur combination pizza. This last visit which was in the late afternoon of April 28th and I called in my order, waited a few minutes and drove over to get my pizza. Just a few minutes to wait and the young man working the register asked me to pay the approximate $27 bill. I had received a $50 Round Table gift card for my birthday and grabbed it on the way out the door. When I took it out of my wallet to pay, the cashier stated their restaurant did not accept gift cards...not even their own! Seriously?!? I recalled hearing this from a neighbor well over a year ago that he had tried to use his Round Table gift card, but the excuse then was that "the gift card processing machine" was not working. I asked this young employee why they didn't accept THEIR OWN gift cards, and his answer was "we're not allowed to accept Round Table gift cards, but we can take your credit card." It's a good thing I always keep a credit card in my wallet for emergencies, but this was ridiculous. I asked to see the manager and he said he wasn't available. The pizza was good (as usual), but next time I'll be driving the extra ten minutes to Mountain Mike's Pizza (which also happens to be excellent)...and they gladly accept their own gift cards and certificates! read more
