Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed in order online for an extra large specialty pizza, twisted breadsticks and Hot wings Period. We placed the order and our money was taken out of our account and we called the store to tell them that we placed an order, but we can't see it on our side. All they tell us is that they can't help us and we've lost our money in this purchase with them. I would recommend staying away from this round table. First things first; the food was good. I arrived 30 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready because I always end up having to wait. So I timed that right as pizza looked to have just come out. Besides me paying above the advertised price (I didn't have to but the house all agreed to this so IYKYK), the customer service was super off. I feel like it's partially my fault for ignoring the first red flag. But hold up.... I don't expect over the top customer service, but respect I do! I was waiting at the counter and even had to knock on the counter to draw attention. When the young lady approached me I said "Im here to pick up my order for Jennifer". She asked my name then. So I said again "Jennifer". The phone started to ring then and she answered it. Ok. And then proceeded to take an entire order that seemed to be difficult for her. The food at round table is amazing. The restaurant atmosphere was just cozy and quiet. We were treated with great hospitality. The employee who took our order helped us receive a good deal on a pizza being a rewards member. Employee was friendly and his service was exceptional. I think more people need to come together and dine here more often. It was a pleasant evening dinning at this location. Place was very clean. Showed up at 12:05 for the "lunch buffet" and nothing was there. No pizza, no bread twists, very little salad in the bowl and all salad toppings were very low. Only 1 table being used with 3 people in the restaurant. I asked about the lunch buffet and the guy says, oh it will be ready in 15 minutes. As we didn't have to wait long for our foood. They did have a lot of phone in orders which was cool. I went last night after a couple of good experiences with take out but this time the call center yes call center that took my call dropped the ball and when I showed up the two men who sounded exactly like the guy I put the order in with had no recollection of any order so after realizing that there are more than two people from India I decided to put my order in again but this time I used the call center right in front of the other guys and got my pizza in 15 to 20 minutes and there are three people from India who knew thanks round table you really are the last honest pizza read more

If I could give 0 I would give zero. I've been a customer at this location since 2017. Now with the change of ownership the service is horrible. The previous staff is non-existent. The new employees/owners are extremely rude. We (3 people) ordered a large doubleplay with an order of wings, they gave us one side of ranch. When asked for more they tossed the ranch on the counter. We stopped in for pizza and salad bar. No salad bar. Apparently it hasn't returned since Covid. There were only 3 tables with customers in the entire restaurant. We were greeted by friendly staff. A menu was on the counter, but had no prices. We ordered a small combo (King Arthur Supreme) and some chicken wings (to replace the salads we had planned on), and 2 large sodas. We were told 15 to 20 min. but our food came out promptly in 10 minutes. The pizza was really good and the wings were pretty good. All in all it was a good experience, just sad because of the nearly empty place, no salad bar and no pricing. What used to be a cute and very thriving location looked like we're about to lose yet another Stockton restaurant.
