Out of meatballs at 6:15 why even offer a sandwich with meatball if you won't have it available around dinner time. I hate subway to begin with absolute worst sandwich's available but wanted something in a pinch just to hear "we are out of meatballs" what a joke subway is officially off the list of possibilities. This very pleasant counter person made suggestions and offered me options I wouldn't have thought of. Toasted bread, multiple spicy sauces, and a sprinkle of Parmigiana to finish it off. Tried stopping by twice this morning at 8:15am and again at 8:30am but the doors are locked and no one is there. Hours posted online and on their door state they open at 8am Monday through Friday so I was disappointed to have to leave empty-handed. The inside looked nice peeking through the windows; I only wish I could have gone inside and grabbed something quick to eat. I might try again another day, but will definitely think twice about driving to this side of town for fear that I would be met with locked doors again. Today I ordered a sandwich from this place and I have felt so cheated. I ask for bacon and got a few Pieces, I asked for pastrami and in my opinion the scoop was far from being full. I asked for pickles and I got a few. I asked for parmesan cheese and you would swear ithe container must have been emptied. Customer service was horrible! My girlfriend and I just left here in an attempt to get sandwiches for dinner and we were not even acknowledged. A girl with piercings on her face and green hair came out and made a sandwich and didn't even bother to say, "I'll be right with you." Ya know, some kind of greeting to make us feel like we are worthy. One girl left for the day and another girl was in the back and just took her time coming out and it was like they only wanted to serve us when it was convenient for them. A little boy came in and went to the register and the green haired girl acknowledged him. Interesting. When the other girl that came out from the back finally attended to us, I put my chips back and we just left shaking our heads. Terrible. Went there today for a quick lunch (12/11/18 at 1:20pm). The staff was very quick and helpful. I wanted to give a huge shout out to a young lady! As I walked in, she helped a gentleman in a wheelchair to his table and helped him get comfortable by moving chairs for him. She also asked if he needed help pouring his drink, accepted her help. The gentleman thanked her for her help and asked for her name and I didn't quite catch it. It started with a C! I wish I would have caught her name. I avoid this Subway at lunch because it is so flippin' crowded. Everyone and their mom goes to lunch here on weekdays. So I go for dinner. The owner and his wife are really nice so it has got good management. There is not a lot of seating, it's standard of most other Subways. The parking lot is pretty small though so don't come with your giant trucks. read more

I am at this Subway quite often, and I have to say that it's probably my favorite one in town. The staff is accurate and quick, which is nice because the lines get pretty long and daunting at lunch time. Another nice thing is that I go in quite often when I get off work, which is near their closing time, and they don't act put out or irritated that I'm there right before closing. Employees are especially friendly in the evening, and actually hold a conversation with me while I'm in there. I had not been to Subway in a while and now I remember why. They have been out of something every single day I visited. First it was eggs (for a breakfast sandwich). Tried again the next day and they were out of tomatoes. The next day it was olives, and today it was wheat bread. They bake their own bread and they're out? Who runs this place? Visited this store today as I walked in noticed all tables were dirty so as I was ordering my food I asked if tables could be cleaned. When she was about to cut my sub I asked if she could clean knife. Instead she just rubbed on edge of counter to remove some of the sauce on it. It still looked dirty and asked if she could wash it before cutting my sub she walked away and came back and cut it not to mention she had attitude the whole time. Finally after paying I went to seat myself and noticed a cockroach and brought it to their attention they didn't say anything but then had someone come cleaned it up and she had the worst look on her face like she hated her job.after she was done doing some cleaning. I noticed another cockroach went to counter to tell them and one of the guys said oh we will spray it. I Have been here many times and never dealt with so many people that hate there job. read more

I really loves the service the young man SERGIO gave us. On the other hand TERESA was extremely rude and unprofessional, I understand how difficult it is to provide good customer service, but you can tell this young lady hates her job. She ignored all guests when it was only Sergio waiting on us. She rolled her eyes when Sergio asked for help and she has the worst attitude towards all of us waiting in line. This made me feel bad for coming in the store. I really hope Teresa gets talked to. If it wasn't for the many years I've came here i wouldn't be back.
