I usually have a very pleasant experience, however today was not that way. First I asked for easy sauce, as I normally do and it came with extra sauce. When I called to let them know there was a mistake the lady was nice enough. Then I called back a second time to request that the pizza be cooked well done because I discovered this one was still doughy. I spoke to yet a different employee and she was very rude and actually hung up on me at the end. I will not be using this location again. read more

I drive for an independent delivery service. Just about every time I go into this Pizza Hut and am serviced by the tall fifties something blond woman she is never really very kind. I'm not sure if she has an animosity towards drivers that are not theirs but we are representing one of their customers and deserve just as much respect as if the customer was there themselves. read more

Starts off the antique computer system doesn't recognize Canadian Postal Codes. The manager tries to help and when she can't she just hangs up. I order through Yelp. The delivery Guy drops the food on the concrete outside of my room without knocking. The food was good, and I hate to complain but the people skills of the manager and delivery driver were non existent. The first young man that answered my original call was excellent and tried all he could. His only mistake was thinking the manager knew her job!! read more

This Pizza Hut is conveniently located next to our motel and since we had been driving all day and the weather was cool and had been raining, we were able to easily walk over. Didn't know what to expect with the COVID nonsense, but the dining room was open to eat in (way better than eating in a motel room)! It was quiet, but it was a Wednesday, cold, and COVID circumstances. Service was quick and food was pleasant--I had the pasta with meat sauce and a side salad; my wife had a "p'zone" and a side salad. I would order my dish again. I just ordered a Large Pepperoni, bacon and pork oizza, 2 orders of cinnamon sticks and an order of cheese sticks. All of my food was absolutely perfect. But the pizza was outstandinging . I ordered pizza from this location for carry out the location on the maps sends you to the Far East side of town by lakeside to a love gas station. I called the store and the guy answered and told me that I was at the wrong location on and needed to reroute to this location. He knew that the location on the maps was incorrect and has been an issue. They haven't fixed it and I wasted time and gas and then on top of that my food was ok. I was staying in the hotel next door and planned to take some night photos. I was just stopping in to get some wings on my way out. I really wished I stopped to get a drink while I waited. Non-Smokers BEWARE! This PH has a bar and it is great. However, it is also a dedicated smoking area. First restaurant I have been to in some time that allows that. I walked in to pick up pie for my family after a long trip and passing through for the night and looked forward to having a beer while I waited. I began to notice that most were smoking. The service and atmosphere is otherwise fine and the staff is cordial. Because smoking is allowed, this restaurant has quite a following and it was overwhelming. After 15 minutes, my throat was raw. Terrible, horrible, disgusting, rude, awful. The WORST, and I mean WORST, pizza experience I've ever had. After a long day in the car with my dog, I ended up at a hotel down the road. It was a Sunday night, so I didn't have many dining options. Now since I have Poochie, and it's July and really flippin hot outside, I don't want to get back in the car to go pick some food up, so I order Pizza Hut. I am quite familiar with the pizza-ordering process, but it seemed exceptionally difficult here, for some reason. I placed my order for a medium mushroom pizza. I gave them my hotel information, phone number, and room number. They said it would be 30 minutes. I waited for an hour, then an hour and a half. After almost 2 hours of not going to the bathroom or taking the dog out for fear of missing the delivery guy, I finally called them. I was told I was speaking to the wrong center (apparently they have some big Pizza Dispatch in Amarillo), and they routed me to the right store. I'm a cranky bear when I'm hungry, so after 9 hours in the car by myself I'm pretty freakin' irritated by now. I tell the girl who answers my plight, and she puts on a manager. He says they "attempted" to deliver my pizza but nobody answered. I assured him I'd been sitting in my room, waiting for them for the last 2 hours and I was positive nobody knocked on the door. Nor did anybody call me. But he still insisted the delivery guy tried to deliver it. Regardless, I tell him, I never got it (which he can't argue with) and PLEASE (I had to BEG, for God's sake) could they please bring me a freakin pizza. He says it will be a while but they'll get it there "as soon as they can." 30-45 minutes later, the surly delivery guy showed up at the door. I paid him and then gave him an extra good tip for good measure. As soon as I handed over my money, he turned around and left like he wasn't even expecting a tip. I should have known at that point that something was amiss. So I open my pizza box for my long-awaited pizza, and I find a cold, rubbery, hard pizza....the SAME bloody pizza I ordered 3 hours earlier. They didn't even make me a fresh one, those cheap bastards, they just re-delivered the old one! Somebody had obviously taken a piece out of it, too, and maybe had a nibble, then put it back. I was livid, but starving, so I ate it and vowed to never order Pizza Hut again. I wrote a strongly-worded email to Corporate and have never heard a word back. Late night arrival after an all day of driving... it looked like they were just about to close. But they took in these two weary travelers! Amy was SO awesome! This entire experience was trash, we ordered tipped the driver well and chose contactless delivery. Everything was wrong and the food was trash. We called but were told that was what they saw on there end and there was no way to go back on our end to show them. Driving cross country can be a tiring task. Stopping through Texas (always have to stop in my second favorite state... sorry CA wins first prize) in Amarillo we wanted to hit up some place with cheap food that was close to our hotel. Luckily, there was Pizza Hut right next to our cheap hotel - like literally almost next door. It's a little late, so as we walk in we take note of the closing time. They still have about a half hour left, so we walk in and then proceed to double check with the host that we aren't going to be intruding on closing activities. He replies in a very friendly manner that it's no problem at all and to come on in. So we did just that. Our waitress on the other hand, obviously felt differently. As soon as she comes over she asks us what we want to eat. When we explain we need a little bit to decide she tells us to hurry up, takes our drink orders, and walks away. When she comes back we're ready and tell her what we would like - which she quickly jots down and runs off. We don't see her again until the food is brought out. Then she disappears for a while longer until it's time to bring us our bill. As she hands it to us she says, "We're getting ready to close, y'know." Yeah, we got it. We noted that when we came in, lady. The funny thing is, by the time we were out of there, they still had ten minutes to closing time which means someone else could have easily breezed on in. No tip for this lady and a crappy review on Yelp. We probably shouldn't have even bothered with this place to begin with since it's Pizza Hut, but we were tired and it was literally right there and open. Absolutely the worst experience. I stopped in because it was next door to my motel. I was hit with a brick wall of cigarette smoke. Apparently this is the only restaurant left in the free world that allows smoking indoors. They were also having karaoke for "entertainment". I placed my order to go because I couldn't stand the smoke and my ears were bleeding from the overly loud music for such a small space. The food was sub par. I would have been better off getting a microwave Totino's pizza from the gas station. read more

This is the coolest Pizza Hut I've been to. It has a buffet, karaoke (I think it's weekly), a full bar, you can smoke (I don't, but it's not a common find these days) and a DRIVE THRU. If you're cheap and lazy this is the best. Why spend an extra $10 to have your pizza delivered when you can roll up in a man thong through the drive thru. Pretty cool in my opinion, Amarillo is the first time I've seen a drive thru and bar at a Pizza Hut. Everything else is what you'd expect. I frequent this location because you can get cheap pizza with the various rotating specials. Not great but hard to beat at its price read more

Came in at about 8:30pm after s long day of driving. Place was fairly empty other than the terrible karaoke people in the bar area. Ordered two large 1 topping pizzas, very simple. Order took over 25 minutes to make and came out wrong!! Came out with a medium and large but charged us for 2 large. The service at this place is pretty pathetic, the whole point of Pizza Hut is fast service and to get your order right. The worst pizza Hut. ... stayed at country inn and suites on soncy and ordered a meat lovers with stuffed cheese bacon crust. Got the order and it was completely wrong then called back and the person have us like the big cheese (some pizza Hut headquarters number) and finally waited another 35 minutes to get our meat lovers pizza! They brought us the wrong pizza then yanked us around and had us wait. Worst delivery experience ever! read more

NASTY, GROSS, DISGUSTING! My wife and I went into this Pizza Hut. We were the only ones in the place (bad sign). We placed our order and went to the restroom. I had been to restrooms all over the world BUT NEVER HAVE I SEEN SUCH A GROSS AND DISGUSTING RESTROOM AS THIS ONE. As I walked in I saw toilet paper throw over the crapper door. As I took a leak, it appeared to be burgers and lougers on the wall in front of me and pee all over the floor. When I finished, I tried to walk away but my feet was sticking to the floor.
