Food was good. Service was not good. Waited 20 minutes or so then went to counter to check on my food and the girl behind the counter said " oops sorry we are busy I forgot" their was a lady with blonde hair that was entertaining a friend and speaking Spanish with total disregard to any costumers around her. Ambiance was dirty floors. Debris al over floor and tables tops were dirty and not cleaned for customers. Improve by hiring people that take pride in there job. The vulgar conversions in the kitchen were to much for me to listen to all the way at the end of the restaurant facing the kitchen. read more

I emailed customer service and only got a one time reply and never heard from them again. We waited 20 minutes at the drive thru for an order we placed on the app. This is not fast food. The manager could have made the situation better with a kind attitude but she added fuel to the fire by being rude. I was upset over the long wait and was completely ignored. I had to wave to get her to even acknowledge I was at the window. She doesn't need to work here. The owners need to be aware of the horrible service. I don't know how they can survive. Worse Popeyes ever 20 minutes wait one guy working while the others stood around talking 4 customers waiting for their orders

This is a late review. I haven't been back to this store location since this incident. I went to pick up food for a friend and myself. I informed the person at the drive thru window that I had " 2 orders ". There were no other cars in line and only one car parked out front eating inside. When I told the person i had " 2 orders " I was informed that " Normally we can't take 2 orders but since we're not really busy I'll make an exception this time ". I'm not sure why this irritated me so much but I thought to myself ??? Why would you NOT want business ? Why would any franchise not allow 2 orders through the drive through. Do you just want to go out of business and not get my money ? My orders were literally one combo meal for each of us but I wanted each order to be paid separately. My opinion on this is if you're going to make it difficult for me to spend my hard earned money eating your food then I won't be going back. There are PLENTLY of other fast food businesses that would love my business. To make things even worse, I took my time to CALL the " Regional Manager " to inform them of this situation. This number was on the receipt. I had to leave a message and guess what ??? No return call. I wasn't even important enough for this manager to return my call. Maybe he did something about it, maybe not. Maybe this is a franchise directive that they can't take 2 orders at once, maybe not. I wouldn't know because I'm not important enough to be called back to discuss. All I can do as a consumer is to never give my money/business to this Popeye's establishment again. This wasn't a bad location. I was going to stop by the other one but I happen to be driving past this one and remembered they had their butterfly shrimp tackle box. I thought the ad said it was $5 but I just noticed my receipt says I paid $6. Oh well. The shrimp was pretty good. I mean where else am I going to find a shrimp dinner for six bucks? First, let me say that the staff was very, very friendly. With that said, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a roll on the side when I asked for butter for the roll the teenage girl at the counter, spoke to her manager and said she wasn't allowed to give it out.??? I tried the delivery on their websites, they canceled it saying the store was closed, i called and spoke to the location and they blamed "uber" and said i could pick it up, i had someone pick it up and they said they had to remake it. the food quality was terrible, lukewarm soggy fries, bitter tasting chicken, but the biscuit was good! Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru and we waited at least 25 min to get to the window and we ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders with the meal, the lady was yelling at a employee she worked with and wouldn't acknowledge us and they were laughing and arguing and you could hear them a mile away, when she told us to pull up we waited 30 minutes for our food and the people who pulled up behind us got their food and at least 3 other people before us. She came to our car and asked what we had and then came back and asked us the same question 10 minutes later and forgot our drinks and the fries were so soggy and it was just really bad. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The menu at the drive trough was not working and no one answered so we pulled to the window. The girl at the window was so hateful. My husband told her the menu was out and she practically screamed" what do you want?" He asked if they had shrimp. She said " yes, what do you want." I went through the drive through at about 9:15 at night. I was immediately told it would be a 15 minute wait. Since I was the 5th car in line, I figured it was going to be that long anyway, might as well wait. At 9:50 when I still hadn't made it to the window, I finally left the drive thru. The few times I actually saw a person through the glass, they were laughing. It didnt seem like they were in a rush. I usually have good interactions with the employees here, which is why I gave this one two stars. On a side note, I left and drove straight down the street to Cane's. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes. read more

First time was a nightmare. Ordered spicy and got regular. It was overlooked and dry. There wasn't hardly anybody in there and it was 12:30. Attributed everything to it being new. Second time was asking questions about the menu and quickly got an attitude from the female attendant. My wife ordered three spicy wings with a combo and I ordered the same thing. Tab was $17.45. I thought that was a little expensive for 6 wings. We were getting our cokes when a boy called my wife back to the counter and told her they were out of spicy and wouldn't have any for at least 30 minutes. I told them to just give me a refund. i am givng them a 3, because i am splitting this between 2 visits. first visit was excellent. we received fresh, large pieces of chicken. the manager that waitied on us was great. they were out of some types of chicken, so she gave us a free drink. as so often happens, i will return to a place, based on previous experience. next trip, not so great. small pieces and not so fresh. and manager or whoever helped me not so nice and was miffed by my request. this happens too many times. resturants should be trying harder to keep business. especially now that folks are getting out more. read more

I asked about the wait he said no it was ready. I get it home and it's not all dark or spicy. The employees were just too damn lazy to cook it and make the order right.
