I did an online order and it was busy when I went. Seemed to be only one person working there. He made me wait while he did a bunch of other tasks trying to catch up. The pizza was okay, not the best but convenient and fast. I like the deals they have. I decided to try the $3 personal pizza but it was really small, probably not even enough to fill my kids. The boneless wings were really good though. They had plenty of sauce and nice size. The burning hot buffalo was very spicy so beware! I didn't see an option for ranch but luckily I had some at home otherwise I would've never been able to handle the heat! So good though, very surprising for Pizza Hut. The spicy garlic was pretty good too, I loved the amount of sauce on there. read more

It's a Pizza Hut, I order here often due to how close it is from my home. Pro tip: order it well done if you are doing anything more than 2 toppings. Seen some pretty funny interactions with customers and employees at this store. Just keep everything simple and you'll be fine. Don't blame the employees for you ordering stuff from the wrong store. I have always have very friendly customer service. Online ordering through the website is easy, however the Pizza Hut app is not as reliable. Their prices are very reasonable. I recommend paying the extra dollar for pan crust and make sure to flavor your crust for free. Also comes with a fair amount of toppings. Even when they made a mistake once, which happens because they are underpaid employees, I was given a refund and a store credit. Considering they help you quickly when you enter the store and have other conveniences like order readiness information TVs, plenty of parking and reward points for purchases, you could do a lot worse. read more

Bad customer service, on the app it said it was ready but when I got there it wasn't even cooked yet and they still had to make out breadsticks. We sat there Waiting for 20 minutes. Food was good except for the breadsticks, one order was overdone and the other order was underdone and they were oddly wet. Don't recommend going here read more

Worst service ever. Ordered a pizza at 10am for noon delivery. They charged me $31.00 for what should have been a $16.00 total. The pizza never showed up. I called but only got the call center to answer. They said they would connect me to the manager. After waiting ten minutes I gave up and drove to pizza hut. Not sure if this is an issue or not, but due to severe pain+ last night, want to ensure others do not have this issue. Please note, this is NOT a complaint against establishment (crap happens, right?). Picked up 16 pc bone out chicken wings at 6:22, July 18. Had a craving! By 10 pm had extreme abdominal cramping and fever (102 degrees). At 1:45 am started vomiting. At 5am the other end became a liquid faucet. This has never happened to me before. Ordered a pizza at 10:59, with an ETA of 11:52..understandable for a Friday night..called at 12:15 wondering where my pizza was, this location transferred me to a call center where I sat on hold for 10 minutes just for them to tell me someone would be in contact with me in the next 10-15 minutes from that location.. That's why I called the apple valley Pizza Hut in the first place. Here it is 12:45 and no one has contacted me yet.. The $10 bill credit doesn't even seem worth it. 2 hours and a run around to wait for a pizza is ridiculous! Now I'm having trouble getting ahold of someone and they close at 1 .. Went to pick up my pizza waited ten minutes before they would get off their cell phone to help me. Then watched the pizza maker take something out of the trash to use to put the pizza sheet on, put his finger on the pizza sauce which was on someone's pizza they were making and then placed his finger in the pan where the sauce goes. Told the guy who took my money and he said it's not a garbage it's our sanitary holder for things! Haha. Whatever...... Don't have it look like a garbage can then! Pizza came wrecked like it was dropped when still melty, pieces half on top of each other and cheese was all slid off most of the pieces partway. I eat a lot of pizza. I hadn't had Pizza Hut in many years so I thought it was time to give it a try again. I ordered two larges, one with stuffed crust and one with bbq sauce instead of marinara. Cheese and toppings were great. Stuffed portion of the crust was pretty good. But the rest of the crust was bad. It's thin under the cheese and tastes like cardboard. It negatively colored the whole experience. The bbq sauce was so thin I could barely taste it. They did add a cup of bbq that let us add more and that improved it. But I would prefer just more bbq under the cheese. The bbq complaint is something that wouldn't effect whether I'd eat here again. The crust does. Until I hear they've changed crust, I won't be back. read more

I used my Pizza Hut app for the first time and ordered a pizza at the Rosemount location. The order was a mushroom and sausage with garlic butter crust. The app did not save my "sausage" selection and I received a pizza with mushrooms and cheese, as well as regular crust (not the garlic butter I had ordered) . I tried calling the Rosemount location and could not get through, so I ended up calling the Apple Valley and speaking with their manager. I explained the situation and her solution was to order me a new, correct pizza under the condition that we "switch" pizza's (old for new) when the delivery an arrives. I explained that my children had already waited 45 minutes for their dinner and that there was already a piece eaten. She said "It's fine that there is a piece missing, just save the rest to "trade" when the new order comes." So I clarified, you want me to have my kids wait another 45 min for a new pizza to arrive and leave this one so we can "trade" with the delivery man?" she said "Yes. I can also put a rush order on the new pizza" I replied, "There should already be a rush order on the new pizza." She said "Yes, there is, I just wanted to make you were aware." It was pretty clear I was going to get no where with this woman, so I asked to be transferred to their Rosemount location. When I got through to the manager, I explained my conversation with the Apple Valley store and her response was "I'm not sure why they would make you trade pizza's, it was our mistake." I said "Ok, I just want to clarify that I will not be charged for two pizza's if we eat some of the first one" she apologize, assured us we would not be charged, and verified the new order, once more. I could not be happier with the Rosemount locations customer service, Apple Valley, however... we're going to go with a fail. read more

I would not even give this a star. We used to go here and then stopped because of the horrible service. Manager is aweful to their employees and yells at them in front of customers then denies we even paid for the pizza when he was the one who checked us out. saying that the check out receipt was not the real receipt. Plus they were all on drugs. After about a year we went back. Nothing changed except for the employees. They have terrible work ethic. these 2 girls were standing there in the back talking while I was trying to get their attention. they just looked at me. the manager said it was too busy so I didn't want to do any more business with them at all ever again and got my money back. we go to the one in Eagan. we love it there. best pizza hut ever. read more
