My last 3 orders have gone like this, 1st order i used my name, pizzas did not have extra pepperoni but i sure did pay for it. 2nd order i used my girls name on the order and sure enough, the order was perfect, extra pepperoni, extra cheese just like I ordered. Never been a big fan of Pizza Hut until this location changed my mind. We've never experienced an issue here and the staff is very friendly. They have a drive thru window which makes it very convenient when your in a rush or just lazy. I don't think I've ever had to wait longer then 15 min to pick up my pizza and they are always on time. If your tech savvy I would suggest using the app because that's what I've been using and it seems to be very effective. Come support our local Pizza Hut. read more

Writing this review makes me sad because I grew up eating Pizza Hut. In fact it was the only pizza we ever ate. Unfortunately the pizza quality has gone way down while the prices have gone way up! I paid about $14 for each pizza. The pizza hardly has any cheese, mostly bread and a little sauce. If you order it with toppings, your lucky if each slice has a couple on each slice. I ordered 12 wings and paid over $20 for just the wings. If you want ranch dressing or any other sauce it's an additional charge. As if that wasn't bad enough at check out they add on an additional service fee that's supposedly for the increase in supplies and employee wages. I really don't mind paying extra money if I'm going to get good quality food but unfortunately Pizza Hut no longer provides that. read more

Being a broke college student this is a DEAL. Not only can I eat it for dinner it can be my lunch for the next day. They do charge a "service fee" due to the cost of operation with increased wages. This review should be a 4.5 if yelp allowed half stars. I did not like how the service fee isn't clearly stated. Not many places here charge a service fee. I saw this more commonly used in San Francisco as it is really expensive to operate there. But overall friendly service, good deals, and warm food. I hope the 5$ deal lasts a lot longer. First the pizza i ordered was given to someone else and I was told this AFTER they charged me for it so I had to wait 15 minutes for a new one. When I got home with my new pizza, guess what? Always been the best pizza hut ive ever been too. The pan pizza is phenomenal, i always do bacon, pineapple, pepperoni. Mmmm.. they have crust flavor options and thats always a plus. Wings have improved majorly! Do not try to devils cut jim bean sauce. Tasted like coconut with bbq. No original. The best fries ever compared to my fav sweey potato and red robins steak cut fries. The only positive comment I can give is the fact that the customer service was great! Other than that, the pizza was trash. To begin with, we had ordered our pizza with both pepperoni and bacon toppings but there was barley any of that! It might as well have been a cheese pizza. The bacon that it did have was ALL FAT! This time i came in to pick up my pizzas and free wings with a coupon, and he wouldn't accept our coupons. Just left this location after a late night online order. They're posted as open until 1am on Friday so I figured the lobby would be open until at least 11pm. When I found it was closed by pulling the locked lobby doors a kid inside behind the counter told me to go to the adjacent drive thru window. I had already parked and since the window was ridiculously close to the front door I walked over. Just as I get there the kid takes a phone call that lasts for approximately ten minutes to which I patiently wait outside the window thinking no one else was in the back to help me. That was until the phone rung again and an older woman rushed out and took that call. Eventually the kid is done with his call and to my surprise looks dead at me with a look like he doesn't want to approach me and walks to the back. He then comes back after about thrity seconds with two pizza boxes in his hand, looks dead at me again the same way and returns to the back to talk with a third person (a second kid) about literal gossip. Completely befuddled with a car behind me also waiting for service, before I can yell out for some kind of sense the second kid comes out and asks if I've been helped. I sternly reply, "No" and when he asks more about my order I flatly drop my identification and debit card with an equally tempered, "I've already paid". My name is then asked for quickly and my cards are disregarded, a pizza is pulled from it's holding area at last, and an increasingly infuriating fifteen minutes is over. read more
