I'm working out at Fort Irwin and was looking for a place to get gasoline and lunch. The Pizza Hut is right behind a gas station next to the 15 freeway. I went in for lunch The personal pizza was edible. But the hygiene of this location is horrendous The dining area is substantial and everywhere I looked I saw litter on the floor. There was litter at the front door. There was litter everywhere I sat. There were dead bugs on the windowsill. I would definitely have the staff spend an hour to vacuum that floor and clean all the windowsills every morning I will never go back there again read more

As a local I frequently this spot. It's dated and at times can be disorganized or busy as most chain restaurants tend to be. But the food is always good as you would expect from any Pizza Hut. The service and workers are nice and friendly. I would recommend using the app or ordering online. If the store has issues or wants to confirm something they will give you a call as they have called me on such occasions. read more

By far the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Took 15 minutes for them to not ignore me. Then after i start trying to place my order im being told I can't order a soda due to a system error even though I'm looking right at the soda in the refrigerator. After my order is placed we sit in the fly covered lobby that just feels dirty. After 20 minutes our food is ready and I ask so kindly if I can trade sodas for the one I want and get told no cause the manager will have a problem even though the system is glitching. I walked in and was greeted right away by Adam. I saw him working alone, so I was prepared to be patient and wait since he had many other orders. He stopped what he was doing to immediately take my order and send me on my way. I ordered one of their deals, which Adam did great at explaining. They don't have a menu, so I was a bit confused. He did amazing at catching me up and he even told me to download the app for online exclusives! The place was very clean inside and out. My food was perfectly hot and fresh! Tried to call ahead with an order so I wouldn't have to wait so long for my pizza. Spoke to someone from India and they could only take orders for delivery or takeout. Called the store directly, no one answered the phone. All tables were dirty and not cleaned. Every one was dirty, guess no one wipes down tables anymore. The fountain drink only has 3 choices. I'm not sure about all the negative reviews. I was on my Harley and had to use the restroom. I stopped here. I saw the sign on the bathroom door that said it was for customers only. I get it. Totally. I walked up to the counter and a staff member asked if I was carry out or pick up. I said I was dine in and asked him for the key to the restroom. No problem. Dude gave me the key. I really didn't even want to give them a one star but beware of this Pizza Hut bunch of scammers. I placed an order online paid for all of that. because they out source their call center I couldn't reach the store to confirm my order. I called over 15 times from 10am till about 158pm . I drove up to the store since they didn't answer and apparently the worker eugine isn't allowed to answer the phone. he confirmed my order it all seemed great. Turns out my order was canceled. We came here driving through the desert on a whim because we parked for a bathroom break and I saw the sign then thought "gimme". Deserted, like everything else, the OPEN sign was off but the games were playing inside so we went in. Nobody was at the counter, nobody was in the store, the employee walked up as soon as he saw us. We got cheesy sticks, cinnamon rolls, drinks and a stuffed crust make-your-own pizza with pineapple and some other veggies. They brought the cheese sticks first, then pizza, and cinnamon rolls so we had the snackers while waiting for pizza. Pizza tasted like Pizza Hut should. Bathrooms need a key. Games were on. The cheese is always lacking, even if extra cheese is ordered, and the cheese that is on there is burnt up. Pizza was tasty, still hot when I got home, prepared with all the toppings I asked for and in the half and half way I asked for. Absolutely no complaints. I recommed this place for pizza prepared the way you like, quick service, polite servers, comparable prices, very easy to find for travelers (right off the northbound Barstow Road exit off the I15), and tasty pizza. Good menu selection, pasta, wings, French fries, just wish they had some salads, no beers though (oh well..you can pick some up at the gas station right next door. Went in and headed toward the restroom when I was stopped by apparently an employee who said "restrooms for customers only". I said "no problem I'm buying something". We went there last night I just read every review and they are spot on dido on everything.. dirty, people were rude, except for the delivery driver which was super loud and funny running through the place. (wow) I said ok cool. We waited ten minutes walked up there and still was not filled, about four things were completely empty, no croutons and the big creaser salad was out as well. I love Pizza Hut but this franchised location is worst in Customer Service and Pizza making in the entire region of the Inland Empire! Why? Well every time I order from here, they either forget to bring something with them when they deliver my pizza or they bring me some paper thin pizza when it was clear that I ordered all the extras. Oh yea, if you don't add on ALL the extra's, they will make your pizza PAPER thin pizza. Also, if you order any of their Specials online, they will also make your Pizza PAPER thin. The staff are all rude and the Manager makes it awkward when you bring up the problems of this location to his attention. And I hung up, still without the young girl coming back on the phone, with a 9 minute, 43 second call on the screen. Paid for with a credit card it was around $50 I never received my pizza the next day my money was refunded to me. So we filled up and did some shopping in california and were coming back home and stopped back at barsto but we were starving. I was in the mood for pizza hut so we went to this pizza hut and we were seated and handed menus after five minutes of standing around. We washed our hands and waited for service. We waited as the waitress passed our table 3 times!!. She Kept looking away from our table and we sat there for 15 minutes waiting to get service. I then tried to get their attention but they kept looking at their computer screen and trying not to look at our table. After another 5 minutes of this nonsense Me and my friend decided to get up and walk out.. We went to Del Taco and boy was it satisfying ^_^ BEST DEL TACO EVER!! Not only did they treat us well i got a free drink :D AMAZING customer service.. Btw Pizza hut lost a customer that day and i will never go to pizza hut because of this one incident.
