This should actually be a no star but I couldn't post without a star. This is without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever had. It tastes like cardboard and the toppings have absolutely no flavor. The crust is soft (not at all what I remember when I used to eat Pizza Hut pizza on a regular basis). Guess that's why I quit going there. Note: This Pizza Hut also sells Wing Street items. There were a couple of Pizza Huts in the South Hills of Pittsburgh that our family frequented on occasion during my childhood. It was a special treat back in the days when PH didn't deliver. Your pizza would come to you in that cast iron pan with a clip holding it in place. Beverages came in a pitcher for the table to share. A cocktail cabinet arcade machine sat in the corner. Pizza Hut pizza was fluffy, bulging, and had a greasy, crispy bottom you didn't mind. It was almost like a biscuit or English Muffin with cheese and tomato sauce on it. Then they started delivering. One opened nearby that offered no dine-in. Over time we grew tired of it. Really selling out, they went into full-on fast food mode, starting up restaurants in Downtown Pittsburgh that only sold the Objectivist menu item known as the Personal Pan Pizza. I went on to work at one for a cup of joe at the long-demolished Three Rivers Stadium and that would be it, my relationship with PH souring forever after I realized that there was nothing to "making" a PH pie other than ripping it out of a plastic sheath and placing it onto a track oven. Kay wanted stuffed crust pizza and had been wanting it for months. Without an idea on where to eat prior to our Pittsburgh Mills Odyssey, I brought her here as a safe, cheap bet. I lied. A Stuffed Crust Pizza, some Wing Street potato skins, and a dessert of Hershey's Chocolate Dunkers ran us up to $25! The cheese inside the crust, the SCP's main draw, tasted like it came out of Home Depot and was used to caulk windows. The crust and everything else on it was as pre-fab as a Bath Fitter. The potato skins were a hoarder's apartment on a plate; toppings of tomato, bacon, sour cream, and cheese were strewn all about, effectively burying the taters under mounds of frozen, rubbery detritus. The dunkers? Microwave-borne clunkers The nearby Wal-Mart? Supplier and enabler. Pizza Hut is the parent-approved kid you played with in elementary school who got weird in 8th grade, falling in with a bunch of dopers and delinquents, causing you to avoid him for many years. When you finally catch up with him after a decade and a half, you find out that he now works for Amway and belongs to an evangelical mega-church, which now gives you all-new, all-different reasons to avoid him. read more

I ordered contactless delivery and apparently that is not an option as the driver kept knocking on my door and wouldn't leave my food. (I even had a note outside to leave it). Something must of laid on top of pizza box on the way because all the toppings were smashed to the inside of the lid and none on the pizza. read more

It is 6:11am and I have a brief moment to write this as my son is sick in the bathroom. Now I remember why I quit taking my kids there. Pulled up at 7:00pm on a Saturday night into a empty parking lot. My older girls thought the place was closed. One other family inside. Ordered our food, middle daughter refused to eat (smart girl). Boy who wanted to come here for his birthday made the comment after his third piece "boy it smells bad but it tastes good". Luckily, I just ate the bread sticks. Always good food and they always have some kind of deal going on, and the lunch buffet is always a good option too. This location is much better than the one in rochester. The staff is always friendly, they've never messed my order up unlike the other one that gets it wrong every single time, and the restaurant is always clean. The only downfall is that they don't have a very big delivery area. read more

Under normal circumstances, I would probably give this place 3 stars for their carry out service because the pizza and wings are typically good! Tonight we had the misfortune of placing an order for 4:45pm. Arrived at the building around 4:47pm to a line of cars, but figuring hey, I'd go in and pay, we parked the car only to find out that either they had either misplaced the order or had forgotten to start it. By 5:10, they had one of our two pizzas, the wings and the breadsticks ready to go. It took ANOTHER 10 minutes to finish our second pizza and they GAVE US THE WRONG CRUST. Meanwhile, one of the guys in back is standing around watching the other employee DO ALL THE WORK while the two girls up front seemed to be confusing each other with all the paper receipts. I literally watched SIX PEOPLE come in and get their orders before me, and our name was on the list EARLIER. One girl gave a very half-hearted apology with a LAUGH before she walked away, and the other girl just sort of shoved my order at me when it was FINALLY DONE. This used to be my favorite go-to place for nights when I didn't want to cook. Thanks for completely ruining what was supposed to be a night of celebration. read more

Pretty gross! For the fist time in years we decided to eat inside of a Pizza Hut. We ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and also their Chicken Alfredo. My girlfriend got a chicken salad and I got a bowl ass that they called chicken Alfredo. To boot, I mentioned this to the waitress and she said "I'm sorry" and walked away. I was really hungry for Pizza Hut breadsticks so I called and placed a take out order. They weren't done so I had to wait a few minutes. When they handed me the bag it didn't feel very warm so I tried one as soon as I got back in the car. Sure enough, these were reheated. The outside was warm, the middle cold and the entire breadstick was soggy. I went back in and asked the manager what time they were cooked the first time and why they thought that reheating leftover breadsticks was acceptable. She said "they may be reheated but they are fresh." How's that for a contradiction? If I want reheated food I will stay home and take something out of my refrigerator and pop it into the microwave. As it turns out the pans that they use cook two orders of sticks....when they only need one order they set the remainder of the pan aside and reheat it the next time that they need an order. So the quality will be great if you happen to be the first order but if you are the second order you can plan to have cold in the middle, soggy breadsticks and god knows how many flies sat on while the pan sat there between orders 1 and 2. The fact that their operating procedures permit every other customer to receive leftover food rather than made to order is enough for me to take my business someplace else. read more

this was absolutely hands-down the worst experience that I have ever had any Pizza Hut my husband is a truck driver we have had pizza at Pizza Hut all over America he loves their taco pizza we ordered taco pizzas and then came home which is 20 miles away we open the box instead of hamburger taco meat it was pork sausage meat there was no refried beans, they had put red sauce on itwhich doesn't come on taco pizza,there was mozzarella cheese on it, it's supposed to have cheddar cheese, we asked for four extra cups of salsa and we received four cups of marinara sauce, when I called to complain I spoke to the manager who insisted that it was beef hamburger meat, I am 50 years old I know the difference between beef and pork, I asked him if they still came with refried beans Just in case they had changed anything he said no it still comes with refried beans I then told him there was not a bean on either one of the pizzas, he said yes there was again I am 50 years old I know what a bean looks like, only thing he would apologize for was us getting marinara sauce instead of salsa we will never go back and we will tell everybody we know not to go there and I will be calling or at least trying to call a corporate Pizza Hut line tomorrow to get some kind of response, read more
