Ordered at 5:05 and was given confirmation online of a 5:30 pick up. Husband got there at 5:40 and waited another half hour. Big guy delivering, a lipstick/dog collar wearing older guy working. No one answering phones, furious customers cancelling orders. Wait on hold long enough someone in India will answer and tell you you have to call store? How??!!!! Not to mention the store is filthy!!! This franchise needs shut down or ,at the very least, be put on probationary terms with corporate. This was a highly anticipated meal as we haven't had a Pizza Hut pizza in a long while and we were planning a family night around it. Instead, everyone is too ticked off to eat. Ordered pizza after an hour n half , I called to check how much longer they they think, waited on the phone for 15 minutes, i went to the store to just pick it up and I got trespassed I as-well as i can assure you I tried to be nothing but understanding and kind, bad for business find a new management or just shut it down.. This place is horrible at this location. It used to be great but now they couldnt fight out of a wet paper bag. They consistently hand out wrong orders, consistently cancel your order without telling you all they while you're at home waiting over an hour. Try calling is a joke to you can't get thru to the store they won't answer it on purpose I've stood inside the store calling and watched them purposely ignore it. But you will get a foreigner on the phone from a call center that can't help you either way. AAANNDDD when they cancel your order you're supposed to be refunded right I'm still waiting on 2 different times that this has happened. I'm gonna be brutally honest, it was WAY to expensive. And it was freezing in there, like seeing your own breath cold. The food was actually pretty good, and fresh too. But they did not even bother to mix the sauce with the chicken, they just put the sauce on the bottom and the chicken on top. If I had the option to give Negative 5 stars, I would. We got one buffalo chicken sandwich, cheesey bread, and crispy chicken salad. I'm from East Los Angeles. This is the worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Buffalo Chicken sandwich was burnt, charred, looked days old, and has seen better days. It was almost as depressing as the state team. Cheesey Garlic Bread was also sad and has definitely seen better days. The "melted cheese" was completely stale to the point that I could chip it off. Bread itself was super oily. But hey, at least it wasn't burnt. Can't really complain about the salad, it was already plain as can be. read more

I ordered a hand toss receipt even says so received a mediocre pan pizza so not the crush I ordered I ordered a large pizza and a thing of bread sticks came to 35 bucks then went and sat down to have my meal and the manager and another manager are giving a team member a meeting and or something like a coaching session in the middle of my meal talking about how a prior employee was coming in without washing their uniforms like I'm trying to eat here rude!!! read more

Well, we all know what Pizza Hut is and what to expect. No surprises to tell you about so no need for a long, deep, detailed review. Just the facts about my experience with this Bellefontaine location. Online ordering is an absolute breeze and has made dealing with this Hut sooooo much easier. You don't have to wait forever to talk with a busy employee on the phone who may or may not get your order correct. You just go online, type in any special requests you desire, watch your little virtual pie get created right before your eyes, and then all the details pop up on a big ol' screen right in front of the employees faces so it would take an absolute moron to get your order wrong nowadays. I love the online deals that make 2 medium pizzas so gosh darn cheap, and I also really enjoy the multiple flavored crusts you can choose from now and the drizzle sauces that are available. This time I ordered a medium pizza with extra pepperoni & green olives on thin crust flavored with asiago cheese. Wow. So greasy but so amazingly delicious. When Pizza Hut gets it right, their thin crust pies can really blow me away and this was one of them. An awesome late night treat on a Friday night. Now if this Bellefontaine location would just finally invest in renovating the shop to look a little more modern instead of fresh out of the 80's maybe more people would want to dine inside again. read more

i don't know if i just had a bad experience or what. first off i was hungry for some good food so i punch in the nearest pizza hut. when we arrive we pull in and on their window on a whiteboard says "DINING ROOM NOW OPEN!". so i was like sweet. when i walk in i immediately get a weird vibe kinda like your about to get shot. we walk up to the counter and ask if they have dine in and at first the lady stared at us like we had shit oozing out of our ears. then she told us that they did so we went ahead and sat down. nobody ever came to take our order. everyone in there was silent and we were the only people in there. the tv was super loud and sounded like someone stuck it underwater, stomped on it, and plugged it into the wall. this was a terrible experience and i will never be returning again. stay away in the afternoon. read more

I've been in the New Pizza Hut twice since it reopened .... servers don't give a darn about the customers, both times we had to choose between the dirty table or the dirty table while workers stood behind the counter talking. A few days ago my family went to eat and manager Bryan waited on us initially while, my son grabbed a dirty table. I asked Bryan if he could please wash the table, then he proceeded to roll his eyes and take a sloppy, drippy rag and half ass washed the table. He came back to the register, looked to the girl on the right and said, "when you're done (with her present customer) take her order".... and he walked away!! Once she was through she took our order, but what we should have done was walk out! BTW .... EVERY table in the store (BOTH VISITS) were filthy....! At no time during a break in customers did anyone come to wash the tables! Not sure we will be back. I had hoped this would be a new store with employees that care, but I'm afraid all you have is a new store. People want good service, a smile and a kind hello .... guess we will go back to Donatos, or ANY other fast food joint in town for that! read more
