We came in on a Saturday night- no servers, no regular Diet Pepsi- only had 2 liters and no ice. They had to walk to Dunkin Donuts for ice. the workers were nice and tried to be accommodating. only had 2 workers inside the building/ not even safe if there was an issue. This was not a good experience at the Canonsburg location. We came for dine in. It was our family and another family in dine in. Not large groups. 4 and 5. Someone tried to give us someone else's order and there seemed to be a lot of confusion on who gets what. The person directing seemed overly and obviously irritated. Everyone in dine in got to go boxes and not the normal dine in experience. I got pasta and I had to take it back because it was wrong. After everyone was done eating I finally got my correct pasta. Sadly ... the pasta was cold ... REALLY cold. I couldn't eat it. I was not comfortable going back up to return another order. So I took it home so I could cook my dinner. No wait staff at all. Ordered and told 15 minutes, showed up in about 20 minutes. Stood in line to pay for another 10 minutes because the register "was having issues". Payed and waited, 40 minutes finally another worker looked in the bottom of the warming case, she then rushed over a grabbed an order of breadsticks. Said here's your order. I said "are you kidding me it was there the entire time"? She then stated that she was waiting on the breadsticks...she didn't even know my order existed! Straight up lie! This Pizza Hut is definitely hit and miss. They used to have a buffet and salad bar, which was a decent reason to come here over lunch. But unfortunately they've recently gotten rid of it. Also, the location is difficult to get in and out of during peak periods, especially at lunch, when traffic waiting at the intersection constantly block the entrance. Your best bet is to probably order ahead and get pick-up. Nothing makes this Pizza Hut really worth visiting for eat-in anymore unless you have a group. read more

Tried ordering stuffed crust pizza and was told that they were also not available. At this point we walked out. This Pizza Hut has always been less than desirable in both service and lack of remodeling. I would strongly advise that you don't ever go to here for pizza unless it comes under new ownership. Ordered online, they were out of large pizza doe so they called me. I was told I could instead order a Medium (paying the same price because the large was an internet special price), I requested two mediums, was told I would have to pay the difference. I base this review on 2 aspects of my visit. First the overall appearance.....unkept, dirty, needs cleaned. The bathroom, ladies, was dirty with paper all over the floor...I quess no one checks it. The carpet in the dining area looked like it could be vacuumed...dirty. On a lighter note, second aspect, the bread sticks and pizza were very good. The help was very nice. Lunch "buffet" is horrible. Have been there on numerous occasions hoping it would get better but it never does. They are never readily prepared for the lunch rush; with barely any food out or even plates. Horrible; cannot even constitute as a lunch buffet. read more

I placed an order at 6:30. They called at 7 and said my card was declined. I checked my balance and everything was in order. I called back and was told my payment went through. I called at 8:40 to check on my order and was told it was on the way. The building is a short drive from my home. It is now 10:30. My order never came. The pizza hut "Manager" was completely incapable. She LIED to me multiple times and actually hung up on me. After an hour of not getting pizza delivered because I didn't wait outside and the driver didn't call because he "Doesn't believe in having a cell", she finally agreed to give me a refund. Two weeks, no refund- I call, I am told "Do you remember the color of the hair?" by the same manager by the tone of her talking. Actually had to dispute the charges with the bank. I have never had good service at this Pizza Hut. They don't even take their own orders by phone anymore..it is outsourced to Kansas..and even they can't get it right. I have wrote this Pizza Hut off. Only 1 star so that I can review! I went there yesterday 3/14/16 only because my daughter had a book it coupon.... Decided to take my two girls ages 1 and 5 to get her book it and the "buffet". Ordered our drinks rootbeer for the 5 yr old water for the baby and Pepsi for me... tried to order the 5 yr old's pizza but she left knowing we were getting not just the buffet.... when she came back I told her our order cheese Personal pan and buffet for me.... she said what about her-the baby- I said oh she's only 1 I said I'll let her just eat off my plate off the buffet... She said you know you have to pay for her. I said she's 1 she said yeah I said how much she said hold on... asked the manager and she said 1/2 price I'm thinking about $4.00 for the nasty buffet that nothing was really out at 12:00 anyways... I said I'm not paying $4.00 for the 1/2 slice of pizza she might eat.... I said we'll order take out she said well go up there then and let me see if I need to charge you for your drinks *I she just sat them down and I was willing to pay for the 5 yr old's rootbeer that she was actively drinking. I said ok whatever she went to the manager again and then came back and ripped the drinks out my girls' mouths... while they were drinking them even the water for the baby I said you know what lets go and we went to McDonalds.... Seriously, this was bad (and if you look at my other reviews you'll note that I've never called anything bad before EVER). Ticket Number #88, ordered at 8:04pm on August 10th. Delivery. First off they no longer have the cheesy garlic bread that I used to love. No problem, I'll try those little garlic knots. Also ordered spaghetti, a personal pan pizza, and another pizza. Finally, at 10:08pm, TWO HOURS after ordering, our order arrived (order was placed online). Food was not only ice cold but was just plain nasty. The garlic knots are greasy and there wasn't cheese on or in them. The spaghetti was okay, everything else was rough. This used to be our go-to for call out, after three bad experiences in a row about six months ago we quit calling them altogether. In a fit of nostalgia we tried again tonight. The worst part of all this - I tried calling the store to hopefully resolve this at 10:15pm and of course, it was closed. No way to even try to resolve this and skip this whole review process.
