We stopped for dinner Saturday Sept 28th at around 6:30 we ordered a double meal , single Dave's , , chicken sandwich and nuggets (our fault for not checking ) when we got home no nuggets , both burgers not eatable long way from hot and juicy burgers were like hockey pucks and all the sandwiches definitely not fresh , we contacted Wendy's Monday the 30th no response says a lot about customer service ! read more

We pulled up after heading home from the airport and we waited in the drive thru at 11:00 this location closes at 12:00 we waited in the line for 15 minutes and when we finally got up to order the lady told us she was closed and they weren't serving anymore customers even thought they're hours posted on the website as well as the door where wrong or the staff is extremely lazy and rude horrible never coming back to this location!!! read more

Omg! This restaurant is horrible. How can you mess up a taco salad. Let me see... old tomatoes that and just mush. Which in turn made cheese mush. And of course a taco salad isn't a taco salad without the chips. Yep no chips. I like to add fries to mine. Well was there just when they started serving lunch and fries were old. This is second time I went and ordered taco salad. Both times something was wrong. First of course the tomatoes and forget fries. Now this time tomatoes and no chips. If you go there better sit right there when you get your order and check it saves you from having to go in, cause they more then likely forgot something. On Sunday 1-2-22, I made a pit stop for a chocolate frosty and all natural lemonaide after Sam's Pizza nearby. As usual due to Employee shortgage it was slow service and my frosty was somewhat melted, not sure if it was ice cream temperature or just sitting. read more

Very good! I ordered a full Pecan Chicken Salad. It is my favorite!! The lettuce was fresh and crispy. The toppings were perfect as was the presentation! I went through the drive thru. The service was quick and efficient. Great job Wendy's!! read more

Hit the drive thru for lunch today . Ordered the chili and bake potatoes with bacon and cheese . Asked for extra crackers they gave me three packs. Come on people so asked for more and was able to get a few more packs . So I thought all was good . Until I reached my destination to find out they did not give us spoons for the chili. So now I am so ticked off, once I was able to locate us some spoons our food was cold . So the food was good service was bad . read more

When I went back to the restaurant for them to fix it...the manager threw my bag across the restaurant when I wanted a fresh sandwich to go with my fresh baked potato. got a big order for my family during moving times and they missed my nieces whole kids meal, two straws on 7 drinks, and i said multiple times to just mix sauces since we got so much food and there was none and the chicken was soo dry. the manager did end up giving us free meals since they forgot a kids meal but it didn't make up for messing up the order at the time. read more

I got a son of the baconnator burger it is suppose to have more bacon than two pieces and suppose to have two pieces of cheese then I said no ketchup they gave me ketchup and my bake potato was hard it wasn't even cooked all the way. If i could have left a negative star rating I would. The staff is usually not the nicest bunch. More times than not our order is wrong or better yet missing items. Currently mess up from them is when you order a Asiago CHICKEN club, you get beef patties instead. The wrapper even says chicken on it!!! So, if you would like to visit a place that will mess up your order, make things wrong every time, and not smile and say "Have a good day", then you have come to the right place.... time to find a new Wendy's or even better yet, a new place to have our occasional meal out.. read more

This is the worse service i have ever had from wendy's. I am on vacation and jus got in town , i went to wendy's bc that's what my family wanted . When i went to the speaker everything was fine. When i pull the window i waited a while for my food and i was fine with that bc i had a big order. after i got my food , i waited to checked my food and i was missed something & that my fries were COLD . i went back thru the drive thru and while i was at the speaker i was trying to inform the cashier what i was missing and she rudely yelled and said " You need to wait " . After that i had jus pulled toward the window . As i was doing that , the 2 cashiers were talking about the customers in front of me calling them " Stupid " . I was telling the lady that i was missing an order of fries and that my fries i had weren't hot . She then pursued to tell me that i'm a liar and that my fries were fresh which they were not . She continued to be rude so i told her that i want my money back instead . The lady then started yelling telling me that she can't help me that i need to go to the next window and that she isn't gonna argue with me. The 2 cashiers had the nerve to talk about me in front of the window calling me "white trash". i was never rude either i was polite . After i pulled to the window , i waited a while for the manger to get to the window . Once the manger came to the window he was like " Here's your fresh fries " i then told him that i don't want the fries i want my money back . The manger stood there lost as if he didn't know what to do . Lastly , i asked the manger for a number to the corporate office and the man told me it was on the receipt and that if i didn't move he was gonna call the police on me . When it comes to getting an order right this location doesnt meet my expectations. a double cheeseburger should have two pieces of cheese but it doesnt and when I ask for extra cheese and i get a plain burger with only cheese or one time i got a burger with tons of ketchup i find myself saddened . its not hard to read the screen that has my order on it. and t shouldnt be hard when im the only customer in the drive thru. Got ripped off for $15 by the older woman working as cashier at the drive thru on Tuesday night 1/15/19. Gave her exact change and a $20 for $5.37 worth of food. She never gave me $15 change and when I called 20 minutes later with my receipt number she told her manager she doesn't know what I was talking about. My fault for not catching that I didn't receive change until halfway home, but she's a thief. Watch the older female cashier. A shame one bad employee ruins trust at the entire establishment. read more
