If you have food allergies or expect basic customer service, do NOT order from this Pizza Hut. My dad picked up an order of seven pizzas for our family--three large pepperonis, three large cheeses, and one medium pizza ordered specifically with NO CHEESE because I am allergic. I made sure to clearly state "no cheese" right at the start when placing the order. They didn't even give my dad a receipt when he picked it up. When he brought the food home, my pizza was completely covered in cheese. Mistakes happen, but how they handled it was disgusting. I called the store immediately and spoke to the exact same guy who took my order. Instead of trying to fix it, he got defensive and rude right away, arguing that I never said "no cheese." When I asked to speak with a manager, he claimed HE was the manager and straight-up hung up on me. Since then, no one at the store will answer the phone. It is completely dangerous for a restaurant to dismiss food allergies, and it's unacceptable for a "manager" to argue with customers and hang up when they mess up. This Pizza Hut location seriously needs attention from corporate and the health department. I witnessed employees handling cash, touching the register, giving customers change, and then immediately going back to preparing food with the exact same gloves on -- touching cheese, toppings, and pizzas without changing gloves once. That is basic food safety and hygiene training, and it's shocking to see management allowing it. The store manager seems completely unaware of what is happening inside the restaurant, and the shift managers appear poorly trained when it comes to cleanliness and food handling procedures. When customers are paying for food, they expect sanitary conditions and proper handling standards. Watching employees go from money handling directly to food prep was honestly disturbing. Corporate really needs to step in, retrain management and staff, and make sure this location is operating safely and professionally. It was a bummer ordering some pizza from this location. I ordered pizza and the pizza was over an hour late. While waiting for the pizza the worker said it'll be 10-15 more mins. It became over an hour. Not sure if they were short staffed or if an oven was broken but they were slow. What topped off the evening is the pizza was made incorrectly. I think this is why we order from the "D" place more. The service has been much better and I've had issues here maybe 2 out of the 5 times we have ordered. The other issue is when the screen says 35 mins or when you get there it says it's ready it's not accurate. The time is not showing in their app so I would not prepay. I would pay when you get there so if they are behind you can leave. Note I was told I can get a refund the following day when the mgr is there. If I paid in person then I could have left. I arrived at 6pm for my online pickup at 605pm.... at 625pm, I asked the girl worker about my order and she said that she didn't know and all the orders were coming out mixed up in their system. at 630pm, I asked tyler for my refund and he said give me a minute. still waiting, I asked him again at 640pm and he said that he was busy. still waiting and finally my order was ready at 650pm and I reluctantly took my order because Tyler refused to give me my refund and just ignored me after asking him multiple times for my refund. Pizza Hut is a big player in the pizza game. One of the longest running franchises here in the US, and has earned many passionate fans along the way. With that said though it doesn't even crack my top 10. Obviously their success speaks for itself, but in my experience the pizza is always way too greasy and overdone. With Covid still wreaking havoc and it being Valentine's Day weekend we were not in the mood to fight the crowds and opted to do pizza and beer at home. Pizza Hut was offering a heart shaped pizza for V Day so we decided to opt for that. Unfortunately the pizza itself was nothing spectacular and didn't quite hit the spot. The gimmick was cool, but that's about it. In addition this particular location is located in a very small shopping center with limited parking. I'm a little sad because Pizza Hut is my favorite 'fast food' pizza. They have a great crust and their pepperoni is always tasty. I hate leaving negative reviews because it's not always within the control of the folks working. But lately, the service at this location is subpar and is probably at the fault of management. Twice in as many months, I've placed online orders and twice I've had to call for a status because I never heard anything after a confirmation order. Tonight, I placed an order for the pizza box at 6:30pm. After checking back in at 7:10, the app now says that the food won't be delivered until 10pm. No one attempted to call and explain the situation being delayed due to lack of drivers and then sound irritated when I ask to cancel my order because that's obviously very late to receive food. I understand that it's overwhelming for them. Hope that at some point, management can do what's right and find more folks to work and/or pick up shifts to help out those that are there alone. read more

I literally live within delivering distance and because I live in a newer community they said they cannot deliver. So then I said I will pick it up. I ask for a stuffed crust with basil and got my pizza and no basil. Also the crust was undercooked. I could still see the doe. We were only able to eat half of it after we had to put it back in our oven. I was aware this place had some bad reviews but I believe in 2nd chances was hoping that my possible positive experience would have allowed me to give a positive review. Ordered a Large pizza and a chicken melt with NO Bacon as my son is allergic. First thing my son says to me when In left to pick up...dad be sure they did not put bacon! I get there asked about the melt not having bacon, the guy in the front that looked like a supervisor says to "I don't know, I did not make it" he point to a lady making the pizza, and when asked her, she says she did, he then proceeds to open the melt with his FINGER, no gloves! She makes another one and tells me It will be 15-min. I waited only to find out 12 min later he made it wrong again!! Instead of chicken no bacon, she makes a meat lovers no bacon! So I again had to wait another 15 min!!! No refund offered no free soda, something! I finally get my pizza & melt. I get home and my 1/2 peppers with pepperoni is missing the pepperoni, instead they threw pineapple & peppers in that half. I ordered the Buffalo burning hot wings and was under the impression that it would be "burning hot". After further taste testing i have come to the conclusion that these wings were hot but not quite burning hot. Either these wings need to be made hotter or they need to have their name change to just "kind of hot". I placed my order online at 6:30pm for 8:15 pickup. When I arrived at 8:15 they hadn't even started my order. The 2 girls were extremely rude and then just started lying and making things up. The one girl said they didn't have my order. She left the counter and started making pizzas. The second girl came and said they were very busy and were overloaded with orders and they would get it done when they can and don't have an estimated time. Then I asked how long does it take to cook the pizza. She couldn't tell me, but she then said there were several orders ahead of mine. So then I asked how many were ahead of mine. She then said 1. I asked her for a refund since they had different answers for me each time and were extremely rude and had major attitude with me. This was during and after I said that I could see they were very busy and obviously understaffed and needed help and that I understand it wasn't their fault. I asked for a manager and the girl told me the manager was on break. I then asked for a refund where she proceeded to what appeared to be creating a cancelation and refund, printed out a ticket and wrote something on it and walked away. When she came back to the counter I asked her about the refund and she said... you'll get it back in a few days. I told her that she didn't tell me anything including the fact that she supposedly created the return and asked if I could have a receipt that shows my refund. Again with attitude she printed it out and handed to me and walked away. I've never seen such incompetent and rude customer service to a customer who did nothing wrong and was trying to be patient and understanding. There are many pizza places I could have chosen to buy from but my family wanted Pizza Hut. This was completely unacceptable and I will not be returning to Pizza Hut again and I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this experience. Also... the floors were extremely filthy. You can see the built up dirt caked on the floor next to the warmer and racks where the orders are held. It was so dirty and disgusting that I had to look at the letter rating posted from the health inspector. I was extremely shocked it had an A. They must have had a heads up when that inspector was coming because nothing in that location, especially regarding cleanliness would have warranted an A.
