This was the first time we had eaten at the HWY 27 Pizza Hut in Carrollton. We had the big dinner box with 2 pizzas, bread sticks and boneless wings. The pizza and breadsticks were very good. The boneless wings were good as well. We did finish up the meal with the brownie, it was good as homemade. Will definitely give them another try to see if the good food continues. read more

Unbelievably painful phone order. Hung up on multiple times. Location has no street side signs and is recessed back from the street. We get here and they say they made the wrong order and gave it to the guy who just left? Sounds like they sold our meal to the highest bidder. This is a poorly managed location. Deaf and blind leading the incompetent. Pick any other pizza joint. This Pizza Hut is a joke. read more

Very good, fresh and hot pizza and bread sticks. Had it delivered and it came very fast.

This isn't even where this store is located. It's across the street in the very back of an outlet in the dark. I ordered a dinner box with cheesy bread sticks and the food is probably a 4/10. The cheesy bread sticks were dry and over cooked - it seemed like they just sprinkled some parmesan onto some regular breadsticks. I've had this same dish from a different Pizza Hut location and it was moist and cheesy (like pull apart loaded cheesy) and this was sooo not. Also I asked for seasoning on my pizza crust and didn't get any and there was barely any sauce on my pizza at all - AND my toppings on top were over cooked and almost burnt. Lastly, the marinara dipping sauce was cold and they barely gave me any. I do not recommend this place!! The Dominos and Papa Johns closer to campus are 10x better! read more

8:05pm -9:00pm Terrible 3rd and final time ordering from here: My first time was delivery the last two were carry-out: 1. Delivery times reach over an hour :their drivers stand outside of the door looking weird when they don't get a tip for not being able to deliver 3-4 pizzas with in 15 miles of their store in a timely manner.. Seriously I understand there are other orders but I went in today and saw that they do 3-4 pizzas per driver at a time....They have 2 delivery drivers the male delivery driver is weird and rude. 2. They're always out of toppings and/or a crust: I ordered something simple and they were out of a topping, my crust flavor was missing from the order. previously I ordered a stuffed crust pizza they tried to charge me full price for that even though they were out? This is a problem of management, management does the ordering how do they not know what they don't have? 3. Horrible management, horrible customer service but that seems to be prevalent in all of the Yumbrand companies here in Carrollton, with the exception being KFC for some reason I never have a problem when I go there and I don't even eat meat! -----More detail--------------------------- Why do I think the driver is weird and rude: I held the door open for him to go through because he was carrying 3-4 hot storage bags and he acted like that was a weird offense to his masculinity and didn't even say thank you. We went all the way home with the pizza the cheese is suck on top of the box on the inside and we don't even have the crust flavor well at least we got the mushrooms..... -----How they attempted to automatically resolve the problem-------- So we were charged $7.69 instead of the original 9.62 received 20% off because of them being out of Salami... it was originally 9.62 because we got an extra topping and tax... So basically they charged me the same price it would have been if I didn't get the extra topping that wasn't even on the pizza and I'm suppose to be over the moon about how stellar that was.. ------My response and how I went about fixing the problem------- We tipped the cashier and the girl who was making the pizza the cashier girl was friendly but the girl who was making the pizza was rude, no one in this store knows how to greet a guest when you walk in. I tried to call They don't answer the phone, when you do finally get through they put you on hold for 10 minutes... and then they just hung up. This location pretty much sucks. Every time I have placed an order for delivery or carry out, it takes almost two hours for the order to be ready. They don't give you a heads up, either. I think I'll stick to Domino's or locally owned pizza/wing places from here on out. The price isn't cheap enough to endure the terrible wait times. read more

I really love this place. It reeks of the 90's. There's a big CRT TV in there. they have 13" monitors that look like they are running DOS. Everything I have gotten here has been great. However, I ordered online one time and came to pick up my order and was ushered out when I tried to sit down and eat because I wasn't a "dine in" customer. I'll probably still eat here, but that was extremely rude and every time I have been in here there has been open tables. I ate in my truck because I was that hungry. read more

Absolutely awful, I wish I could minus stars, terrible service, extremely rude staff! that don't have your items stocked, give you things you didn't order, then tell you that they don't do said item, so replaced it, without your consent and charge you for stuff you don't like and then refuse to refund your card and instead offer to give you credit for an amount less than half of what you paid for the order THEY botched. The manager is the worst, had three dealings with this lying, rude harpie and after yesterday I called head office to complain. Nothing like being made to feel that you're putting them out, for expecting them to do their job. So just in case the people that actually own this place happen to read these comments, I seriously suggest you take a long hard look at the staff that is running your livelihood into the ground. Sales dropped recently? This is why, have a friend go in and order or have them take out, then when the order is wrong and it will be wrong see how they speak to you for daring to ask for your money back or the exact value of your order. Only ate in once, we take out after that, because the staff are too lazy to clean tables between customers, we had to wait for our table, one of many empty filthy ones, to be cleaned before we could be seated, the flooring all over is loose and frankly a health hazard, the menus are sticky to the touch. Never going back there and I am making it my personal mission to leave this feedback everywhere I can, until someone takes note of their staffs behavior, charging people and refusing to give them their money back for items they did not order is tantamount to theft. read more

Despite the appearance of the rundown building, the pizza here is always excellent and fresh. The staff is friendly. The place needs to be bulldozed and reopened, but if you make it through the front door and still want to order a pizza, I think you will be pleased! read more

We ordered a pizza tonight at 9:30, an hour and a half before they close. They said it would take that long to make AND order it. That's completely ridiculous. Then, almost two hours after ordering, and 30 minutes after they'd already closed, NOTHING. No pizza. No notice that the pizza wasn't coming. My friends and I are never eating here again. More business for Domino's! read more

I placed an order online. When I went to pick it up, water was standing outside and inside the door - it was raining - so I had to walk through two big puddles just to get inside. There were no customers at any of the tables. At least a half dozen employees were standing around the drink machine talking. The cashier yelled at the cook for my pizza from the register, right in front of me. The pizza was ordered with extra cheese, but was light on it, I can't imagine how little is considered "regular." I ate around a couple of slices and ended up throwing the rest of it away as it just didn't taste good, plus it didn't agree with my stomach and I dealt with that a little later. I agree with another reviewer who suggested they bulldoze the building and rebuild. The interior looked exactly like Pizza Huts did back in 1985. The all beige exterior does nothing for it either. In fact, without it's signature red roof, I thought the building had another business in it. I won't be ordering from here again. read more

I placed an order for 2 personal pan pizza and a order of breadsticks. I waited 45 minutes, finally the guy arrived to deliver and he pulls out a medium pizza and order of breadsticks. I did not accept it because the medium pizza is not what I ordered and does not fit in college dorm refrigerators. The driver says I apologize I did not pack this, let me go back to the store and get you your 2 personal pans. I receive a phone call from the driver he states that he called the Pizza Hut which I ordered from and they state that they never got any phone calls about 2 personal pans. The driver asks me do I want the medium pizza. I say no, I want what I ordered. I call to the Pizza Hut to speak with the girl who took my order, Christina. I speak with another employee and I ask for Christina; I am then placed on hold. I receive a phone call. I answer it and the person says we would like to know why you did not take your order and canceled it. She states that her name is Christina and is very rude over the phone. She says that she tried doing me a favor by sending a medium pizza out. I say I understand that but however it will not fit in my fridge. I ask who the manager is she states it is her. She is very rude to customers. I told them they need to talk to each other and allow everyone to know what is going on as well as tell and ask the customer if the order is going to be changed. She got an attitude with me from the time I picked up the phone. read more
