This is mostly a complaint against corporate than the Chino Valley AZ Pizza Hut itself the crew in there always seems to be working hard and the food is decent but today July 3rd I called in an order for carry out. First off instead of an employee that actually works at that location I got some lady probably from India which is an abomination in my opinion. Secondly she was trying to upsell me on all kinds of crap including extra cheese and no wonder because there is barely any cheese on the pizza which is a crime all by itself. Lastly if the corporate big shots would focus on quality and customer service more instead of cutting their bottom line so they get their bonuses they would get more customers and the profit and bonuses would likely be even better. Today we ordered 4 Pizza's for takeout. They were great, hot & ready when we picked them up. We were told how much they would be , but when we went there, it was $14 less. I ordered a delivery at around 10:15 or so, and the estimated time for delivery was 10:47. That's all fine except I checked 3 times and the food wasn't out there and I tried calling like 3 minutes after they closed and I got an immediate voicemail. I work 11 hour shifts so by the time I'm off of work my roommate tells me they found my food sitting on a quad next to the garage. Like 40 feet from the front door. It was outside all night long and all day, so I tried calling them at 8:35 after I was finally off of work the next day after my order and nobody picked up. When door dashing, you have time frames. I went into this place MULTIPLE times to have them be late on EVERY order. One of the men rudely explained how I should state it's for a DoorDash order when I CLEARLY did as a normal intellect would've heard. After hearing there was new management we decided to stop in for an early dinner. We walked in at 4:00 and walked to the please wait to be seated sign. There were two couples placing orders at the to go window and no one else in the restaurant. So my husband and I both made eye contact with the person taking orders and the person in back cooking. Went to the Pizza Hut in Chino Valley, AZ to pick up a Pizza that I had ordered. When I called to place my order, the same Pizza that I always order, a large Pizza with 2 toppings. The employee took the order and stated that it would be $22.00. I told him when I was there 2 weeks before and ordered the same Pizza, the total price was $15.98. After stuttering for a few minutes, the employee said that it was his mistake and that it would be $15,98. Unfortunately, my husband picked up the same large Pizza with 2 toppings awhile back and was told that he had to pay $22,00 for the Pizza he picked up. Seems a bit shady to me, but the Pizza is always good. If they ask for $22.00 again, we probably won't go back. I usually so carry out but decided to dine in this time, even tho a friend has told me of the poor service. I was told to seat myself, fine, but after 5 mins of seeing no one, had to go to the counter to get help. Server came and took drink order but left on menus. Returned with menus, mine was clearly dirty, my glass had lipstick on it, they were out of fries..so the nice part to that (not all complaints) she offered to replace my app free of charge. Have ordered three times now for take out. Really tasty pizza and great prices. Have had all 3 crusts, too. Wish they had gluten free option, but their thin crust is so good that hubby doesn't suffer too bad, lol! He says it's worth it. It's more like a crispy, cracker type crust. We walked inside & saw the place was empty so we sat at the bar. We could hear voices from the kitchen & we talked to each other hoping someone would appear. That wasn't happening. So my wife started coughing on & off for a couple of minutes while haring the conversations in the kitchen but nobody would emerge from there. So after waiting for any sign of life there we walked out. 15 minutes should have been more than enough time to get any response. Every time we have been to Pizza Hut it has been horrible experience. Dining In- There is a sign asking you to wait to be seated. That's nice but there is no hostess, ever. The restaurant portion is always 90% empty and you are standing there for at least 15 minutes before being seated. The server is never nice. Carry Out- We have done carry out twice. The first time our order was wrong. When I called and told them the error they said "Oh I will mark it on your account." Well, they didn't and there is no record. Second time - There was a long line at the carry out window.(It went into the dining area) No one approached the window for at least 10 minutes. I was standing in view of the manager and she was sitting in her office popping her head out every couple of seconds to check the progress. She never got up to help. She could be heard laughing and chatting the entire time. Carry out names were being called out and the employees were allowing people to jump ahead of others that had been waiting. One gentleman was waiting for 2 personal pan pizzas for an insanely long time. Three strikes and your out. We will never return to Pizza Hut. read more

Ordered two pizzas for delivery, I live about five minutes away. After 45 minutes the pizza was delivered and it was ice cold, and stale. I ordered two garlic sauces (2$, what a rip off) and asked the driver about them when he delivered the pizza. He promised they were in the box and of course, it wasn't there. I have never dined in there before. I've been getting carry out there for about 2 years, and usually pick up in the drive-thru. The pizzas are always as ordered and very good. My favorite pizza topping is spinach, and this is the only CV pizza place that offers spinach as a topping. I liked it better when they used to tear up the spinach leaves. Now they place them on top whole. They don't cook well like that. Either way, it always tastes good. I will continue to order from there. read more
