I ordered online through the app. It said delivered so I went outside and there was no pizza. I called and they said that it was delivered, but probably blew away. My dog and I spent the next fifteen minutes searching my property in the rain and never found any sign of pizza boxes. I assume they delivered to the wrong address. The service at this location is sub par. I asked about why the ap won't let you order from an alternate location and the guy behind the counter basically said it just won't. No explanation or things I could do to make it work. Basically just a crap attitude with no solution. While I waited for my order I saw some other people come in and place an order and zero customer service. I just had a pizza from Domino's Pizza in Chino Valley and I have never had such a piece of crap as you had nerve enough to charge for. Your pepperoni is sliced as thin as single ply toilet paper and all the pieces were at least 1 inch apart. What happened to your ads and your old pizzas that had nice slices of pepperoni and they all touched each other? Also this pizza had only half the cheese that you normally put on. Domino's in Chino Valley Arizona is the worst in customer service! Domino's ad's state, "Domino's pizza is cutting costs due to higher gas prices for carryout". This is a lie to get customer's in! You order Pepperoni, Bacon, any meats, along with Mushrooms and other toppings and they tell their customers that whatever they want is an UpCharge! So, let's tell the consumer that they got our backs with gas prices, then charge more for their food! Nothing is free, they sound like politicians when their ad's are misleading the public. I may as well make my own pizza and save money! And, BTW their corporate center doesn't have a clue when taking information from their customer. For instance, asking me what state I bought the pizza in, then asking what state I'm in? Really? Do people buy a pizza at Domino's and then take it to another state and eat it? My teenagers called to order food, on a Saturday evening. The man taking their order had it completely wrong from the beginning, almost like he was on two phones at the exact same time. A girl gets on the line, and takes their ENTIRE order again. No coupon applied, $30 later for a cold pizza and bread that wasn't made correctly. When they run a deal for cheap pizza I buy. Ordered online and drove to Chino to pick them up. I get what I pay for. Two Large pizzas for $5.99 each. Extremely chintzy on the toppings. One employee at the register counter, on the phone taking a difficult order, two employees in the kitchen. I waited, being acknowledged by this employee with him pointing a finger to me, inferring to as wait a minute several times, only to have an older man finally come from what I presumed to be making pizzas in the kitchen from all the flour all over him, and he waited on me. The Sunday staff at this Domino's went way beyond what is normal when nobody else would. I told my Dad I'd buy him lunch for Father's Day. I did not realize that Paulden is far from Chino Valley since I live in Washington! Nobody would deliver the poor old guy some food. One pizza place said Paulden wasn't in their "jurisdiction". So delivery to Paulden must be a very serious event. Not for these guys! They got it there no problem (I assume) and my Dad said it was great and he was really happy! The worst customer service I have ever seen. We order regularly online for delivery. Something went wrong tonite because the order was somehow put in for pickup. I called an hour after the order was placed and was told it was there ready for pickup. Nina told me she was the general manager and she was quite snippy. They could send my order with the next driver going out and it should be just fine - it had been on a warming tray. If I wanted the order redone it would be at least an hour. After all I had put the order in for pickup - my fault. She asked me twice for my address to make the delivery. She then had to call back because she didn't get the address in their system. To quote her "my bad". Not exactly the professional response that I would expect from the "general manager" of a business. "She was just trying to help me and I kept calling her out" - no young lady I was trying to explain to you how badly you handled that complaint. The pizza is good. However the customer service is horrible. I went in to place an order. There was no one else there, the girl said she'd be right with me. I waited ten minutes. Finally I 'yelled out to her that I was going next door to Safeway and would be right back'. I went over to Safeway and decided to call in my order while I shopped. It must have rang 50 times and no one answered. So after Safeway I went back over to Dominos. Same girl, hardly spoke to me. Asked for my I order and that was it. Very very rude.
