Where to begin. I stood and waited for a table. A lady came to the counter asking for a refill on the salad bar. The employees were bickering loudly about the lady asking for the refill. I was seated. Watched the lady stand by the salad bar for the refill for another 5 minutes. As I was waiting to check out. I witnessed two of the three good preparers not wearing gloves. They were reaching into the food bins barehanded. I support the CEO of a large local company my company will not be ordering any more products from this Pizza Hut. We will go to other establishments in Fort Wayne. The attitudes were horrible in the food prep area along with the waitresses who acted put out to do their jobs. read more

They had to seat us at a table because the booths were not cleaned. I made a comment to the host about the dirty tables, so he cleaned one off - that's it. There were 5 dirty tables in this place well after people had left. It's as if no one cares how the restaurant looks. By the time we ate and left, there were more dirty tables. I find it terrible that the severs keep walking right past the dirty tables. They have no clue about proper presentation and hospitality. I ordered the pasta with chicken Alfredo. My meal was brought to me in an aluminum container placed in a dinner dish, as if I'm a dog eating out of a to-go bowl. The presentation was awful. Why couldn't they have at least scooped the food out of the container and into the bowl?? I asked to see a manager. Scott came out and I explained to him my experience. He was apologetic and appreciative that I took the time to tell him. His positive response is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Though we had a negative experience, I'd like to go back to see if they have improved. read more

Service was great. Our waitress was courteous and stopped by the table at just the right times to see how things were going. We ordered a Large supreme pizza and 2 salad bars. The pizza arrived as we were finishing the salads. It looked okay on first inspection. As I put a slice on my plate, I noticed that the pizza was freshly made and hot. It had Pepperoni(fair amount), mushrooms(fair amount), 2 -3 slivers of onion, 8 slivers of green pepper, and about a 4 inch circle in the middle with maybe 1/2 cup of ground sausage. This pizza was better than the last time I was here. Last time the pizza had no sauce and tasted like it had been prebaked and then reheated, and was lukewarm. Other than skimpy on the meat, this one was almost great. Hot and fresh. I was almost ready to give up on our local Pizza Hut until this visit. Prices have increased a lot, so I expect the food to remain high quality and quantity. I will come back again, to see if they start covering the whole pizza with each topping. There could have been a bit more cheese on the top. If I come back and find skimpy toppings, it will be my last visit. The salad bar was fully stocked and fresh---the salad bar is their saving grace, although the $6 price is high. With average customer service and high prices all over our small town, it is hard to justify spending money on eating out. I will give Pizza Hut another chance. I hope Mason Saggars is still working here, He did an awesome job getting us a new pizza the last time I was here. He is the reason I came back, but he wasn't working tonight. The girl tonight was very friendly, but I do not remember her name. The checkout girl gave my hubby a Military discount which was greatly appreciated. read more

Why does every food chain in Indiana taste vastly different than the rest of the country ‍. Everything is so terrible! So so terrible, so bad that literally cannot finish eating anything here . It appears that McDonald's while not the best is the most consistent . This so called pizza is a disaster and should not be called pizza being that it's flavor and lack of quality is comparable to that of a pizza "Lunch able" . Dam ! read more

This location is usually pretty busy (I typically order on a Friday or Saturday night), but is well staffed and gets people through quickly. Employees are polite and service is fast. Pizza is on the better side compared to pizza huts in Fort Wayne. read more

Frustrated that their on line system is constantly broken. I get all the way with my order only to see Whoops on the screen and my order now has to be called in to the local Pizza Hut. The manager at the Columbia City, IN facility told me there is nothing that he can do. Very frustrating once again. read more

There's not much better than a small town Pizza Hut. The pizza here is always made made not sloppy. Drive through pick up. Dinning in is good too. Best salad bar in town. read more

Absolutely the WORST Pizza Hut location in part of the Fort Wayne Pizza Hut conglomerate. The staff is almost universally not friendly, they barely check in on you, drinks are often left unfilled, it is often dirty, the pizza is often undercooked and the experience has been bad on many occasions. When entertaining others they often want Pizza Hut and I don't bother steering them away to see if they come away with an opinion similar to that of my own... they always do without me prompting them. A complete and total disappointment to the point that I have given up on all other Pizza Hut locations because my experiences at this one have been so consistently bad. Multiple contacts from multiple people to the FW Pizza Hut team always results in certificates to be used at this location or other FWPH locations but almost everyone I know has just given them away because they have seen this location just never improves. I'd rather drive to other locations including the one in Kendallvile and avoid this one. It is just that bad. read more

Friendly staff! Decent vegie pizza. I would come here again. Staff are awesome - i lost my phone in there and i told an employee there he went looking for it everywhere including bathrooms, under the tables, and he even used his own phone to try calling me, and finally we found it under my napkin on my table. read more

As an avid lover of pizza whenever I order Pizza Hut I don't think of anything extraordinary but this Pizza Hut always is on point. Great pizza? You betcha, wings? You betcha, nice delivery drivers? YOU BETCHA. Tip your delivery drivers though. It's the best Pizza Hut I've ever been to. read more

The best part of this Pizza Hut is the staff: friendly, helpful and efficient: they deservr 4 out of 5 stars. Ive eaten here twice in the past 3 months, and once before that in the last year, and i like it less each time, I'm afraid. The tomatoes on the salad bar have been sour to rotten each time, the iceberg lettuce is not green, so 1 for thr salad bar. The pizza crust and sauce tastes artificial, and im not a fan of BBQ on pizza. Sorry, 2 s for the pizza. In fairness, i live in Chicago during the week so Im used to better quality pizza. But i can get it for only slightly more than what i pay here, so im not lowering my expectations for a chain. read more

The service was fast and friendly! My order was ready when I got there and I was greeted immediately. The pizza was good, but not as good as Pizza Hut used to be. I think it's the sauce but I'm not sure. Probably wouldn't go to Pizza Hut if it weren't for stuffed crust anymore. read more

Very good service and take-out is very efficient as well. Pizzas are good, typical Pizza Hut fare and A-OK in my book. They have a nice salad bar as well and the staff is friendly and efficient. If you like Pizza Huts, this one will NOT disappoint you. read more

Great service but the place is going down hill after the last manager, they used to be the place to go for salad as they have a large salad bar but last 3 times in 5-6 weeks the salad bar has been a shamble,, messy, lack of silverware, soggy discussing lettuce-if there was enough lettuce in the bowl to even try get a plate full, lettuce seems more like stalks then leaved. Could understand these issues if place was packed but this has been when not even half full. Have been going here since they first open many years ago and have never seen the quality this low, maybe the management needs to step and look at presentation and the quality of what they seem to be throwing together. Appears that the people they have there "working" seem to not take much pride in what they are doing or putting out for customers., really miss the old Pizza Hut and don't see this way working for them too much longer. read more
