The manager let the customers know that they were short staffed; however, they should try to make an effort to acknowledge the guests at the front staff. The staff was very concentrated on the drive through. I would have to say my food was hot and I appreciated that. This was a quick stop as I was traveling to PA. I'm not mad at the experience because my food was good; however, I am big on customer service.
