We came to this Pizza Hut location for the $2 personal pan pizza special that ran in the summer on Tuesdays and this was achieved! I ordered four for the family online about an hour before picking them up and they were ready when we arrived. The customer service was great. The interior was clean. The food was just okay, hence my rating. I am sure if the normal priced personal pans are made on the dryer side with light sauce, cheese and toppings, but I felt like these were. I used to eat the personal pans a lot as a kid and college student, and these seemed a bit skimpy. I customized a pizza with chicken, onions and jalepenos and my son had pepperoni. The pepperoni pizzas had 4 pieces of pepperoni and the chicken had 3-4 pieces with an average of 2-3 onions and jalepenos. Overall, it served its purpose for a cheap dinner for that night, but I'd probably get a large pizza if we returned. read more

On 8/19/25 around 7 PM, I had an awful experience at the Pizza Hut at 3697 Highway 5, Douglasville, GA. I found hair baked into my pizza, and when I went back to calmly address it and request my receipt (which should have been returned to me), I was treated with extreme disrespect. Steven Payton, who appeared to be in charge, refused to give me my receipt, had very long hair swinging around with no hair net, and none of the staff were wearing hair nets or keeping hair secured. Instead of apologizing, he threw money at me as if that resolved the issue and then called the police with a false claim saying I was being "irritate." This was humiliating, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. Food safety is clearly being ignored at this location, and customers are being disrespected. Corporate needs to investigate immediately. read more

I love coming here and bringing my elderly parents. Steve the chef always cooks my pizza exactly like i love it. Desmond it's a wonderful waiter and very attentive. My parents can actually hear the conversation while we're here because the tv isnt too loudly. I love the double pepperoni tavern pizza and my Mom loves the cheese melt. Placed an order for delivery. The delivery person didn't let me know they were outside, no knock or doorbell ring. Noticed on the doorbell camera. Pizza lay on the doorstep for 15 minutes before I got it. Set up for text alerts and never received a delivery notification. When I opened the box, there was a huge fly crawling around on the pizza. The only Pizza Hut to go to in Douglasville is Fairburn road!!! The customer service is good and the food is tasty!!! The other Pizza Hut on hwy 5 should honestly be shut down! Staff wearing head wraps, yelling at customers, ghetto and ridiculous! Have reported them many times and honestly no one cares thee staff has been swapped out and it's the same manager! Ordered a thin crust and wings on a Monday night...trying to enjoy it ..midway in found several strands of "HAIR" in my meatlovers...Most would've lost it but I simply called and informed them and was promised a replacement for my troubles...cool....replacement NEVER came!...Called the customer service number and told someone would reach out ..cool...Call NEVER came...Reached out the store a few days later ..spoke to a Manager who informed me first ...they are a franchise (so I guess standards are not the same)...then told that I received a pizza and would not turn over the hairy meatlovers...like why would I keep a pizza with hair in it ..?..then told very rudely that the issue would be sent up to the GM..(which I highly doubt)..so I'm left no pizza, no money just the bad taste of hairy pizza and a charge on my card for the worst customer service experience ever,,DO NOT EAT HERE!!! read more

This place is terrible. My pizza is 45mins late. I called back the manager put me on hold and left me there till I hung up at 9 mins on hold. I will not be wasting my time on this resturant anymore! They have excellent customer service 1 out of 7 times we call. The rest are all poor! My wife my order but I am 110% done with this very badly managed store!!! They told me 15 mins and it was ready early and it was fully cooked and correct. I always have problems at every place I go with my abnormally strange taste and special instructions but they got it right first time! I'm in town visiting family and my 2 younger nieces wanted to redeem their code for a free large pizza (Pizza Hut issued the code because they took way too long to deliver the previous order). First, my niece places the order and is askes to hold on... 45mins later, while she's still on hold, I called from my number and they answered immediately. I told them the situation, placed the order with the code, had to repeat it 4 times then another 3 times to the "manager" before finally being told the total was $6.15 for the delivery fee and the "manager" hangs up without asking for the method of payment, this process took another 25 mins... I think it's ridiculous that I should pay a delivery fee for an order you messes up in the first place... Don't worry it, it gets worse... Nearly 90 mins after my phone call the delivery driver shows up and is expecting payment. After explaining to him that we didn't have cash he says no worries, he can call the manager at the store with the info and she can run it manually. About 5 mins go by and he says "Something is wrong with the app and it won't let us run the card manually, I need cash or I have to go." This time my oldest niece gets on the phone and has to argue with the "manager" for nearly another 15 mins about how inconvenient this is and why her sisters haven't eaten dinner, etc before the "manager" says with all of the attitude she could muster up "We're all still in training here, don't worry about it I'll take care of it!"... Moral of the story: Be weary of this place, it took nearly 3 hours to get a pizza that was intended to make up for a previous mistake they made to begin with. read more
