Worst service ever. Ordered stuffed crust, and for regular. I called to let them know so we could get a new pizza. I was told I needed to send a picture to prove that I got the wrong pizza. I did that and waited 20 minutes and heard nothing back. I then called to ask what they planned on doing about getting the correct pizza, I was hung up on multiple times by a very rude employee. At this point nearly 2 hours have gone by. After repeatedly getting hung up on and placed on hold I went down there to get the pizza. The employees here were god-awful. I walk in and the girl was on her phone and I asked her how or why I got hung up on multiple times when they claimed it was so busy but when I walk in she's on her phone. She threatened to fight me outside and the manager did nothing. The employee refused to give me her name. There was only two employees here who had any customer service skills or respect. I would love to thank them again for caring while the other employees defended their actions. When I asked for a refund I was told I could not get refunded. So I had to just except that I got the wrong food, that I had to drive down there after I paid for delivery, and I couldn't get my money back. No one has reached out to me or anything. After being threatened by an employee there I would hope that that person lost her job. read more

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. I was notified through the app my order was ready and I checked in when I arrived. I waited 10 minutes prior to calling the store and was told my order would be "RIGHT" out. I waited another 5 minutes before going into the store. I asked to speak with the manager since I have experienced the same service the last 3 times I've ordered. When I expressed my displeasure with the service, the manager Melissa, was not only "VERY" unfriendly but also explained they were busy (although there were only 3 cars that arrived separate from one another while I sat waiting and the other 2 employees were standing around talking when I went in the store). I asked for a refund and was told there was not a manager there that could give me a refund and would only get a store credit. I then stated I would not be ordering any more and was told very sarcastically to "have a nice day" by the manager. I am not the one to complain but I am beyond angry. read more

I stopped by this Pizza hut pretty late at night. I ordered in store and did carry out. I got exactly what I ordered in an impressively short time. The pizza was delicious and the customer service was good. I would say that if you order from Pizza hit (probably any of them) definitely check out what online deals they have. Unfortunately a lot of the better deals are "online only" so you can save yourself almost 50% off of your entire order if you order online. read more

If I could zero stars I would! My mom ordered some pizza via the online app. After an hour and forty five minutes of waiting she calls to find out they cancelled the order due to the card not going through it was a simple typo error. It was a very simple problem that could have been fixed with a phone call which they did not do, no one called or even left a voicemail which they said they did. The gentleman that evening offered a $15 credit due to the inconvenience. So an hour and 45 minutes later I'm on my way to Taco Bell with five starving kid I call back a couple days later to obtain the credit they offered me for their horrible lack of communication and having my children wait almost TWO hours to eat just to end up going elsewhere. I end up on the phone with Kyle, who tells me they called (which never happened)(he wasn't even there that night) and the credit my mom was offered is not being offered anymore. What??? I'll never buy another pizza from these people that's beyond the worst customer service I have ever received. Kyle was rude and very unprofessional, the way he spoke to me was shocking. If you are the "manager" you need some more training on customer service. You are bad for business. I hope your district manager or owner sees this and gives you some proper training. I feel bad for the other employees working underneath you, I could only imagine how you treat them. There's too many other pizza places to give our hard earned money too. Ordered a pizza and said they could deliver to my address in 40 minutes.. an hour later they told me that they could not deliver to my address. Called back numerous times to speak to management that apparently doesn't exist. They charged my card but could not provide a confirmation number. I spoke to three different people who had no idea what was going on. Don't waste your time ordering a pizza from here.. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT...such a waste of an hour an half to get food. Wow! I ordered online but my issue tonite is with the manager! Very rude. First off, she was berating her employees while I'm waiting to pay and she is standing right in front of me. Talking about termination, yelling abt an employee writing down a customers credit card info, then after a couple of minutes she took care of my purchase. This place is always closed and staff members are so rude to customers and when I place an online order it goes through and gives u a time to pick it up, I get there and they tell you we're not open because we're short staffed and aren't able to make it. OMG! Me and my cravings! I was house cleaning and didn't want to get dressed up to go and order a pizza. I opted to just have one delivered. I thought well, "Pizza Hut" how bad can it be? It was the only one I could think of at the time that delivered. I ordered my pizza online at 16:30. The time confirmed was for 17:20. Huh? At 17:30. Yes, 17:30, I called to check on my order. The employee told me that the delivery guy had left 5 minutes ago and that it should be there shortly. 25 more minutes later the delivery guy shows up. He tells me, "I just came on at 17:30 and was given this late delivery. Here's a liter of soda for waiting." This place looks like it has never been updated, the "lobby" is small and doesn't have air conditioning. Our first issues were when placing an online order and nearly all the specials weren't available at this location. Secondly we placed an order for a bacon stuffed crust pizza. After placing the order we received a call that the pizza we ordered was no longer available and would we like to order the regular stuffed crust. Obviously we don't have a choice since it's not available but I asked if the regular was cheaper since there is no bacon and he said, no it's actually more expensive but we will do the same price. Third when we went to eat the pizza the dough was rolled paper thin and was hard as a rock to eat. It wasn't burned either, just hard and inedible. I've never had worse customer service in my life. I order 1 pizza and a soda for delivery to a house less that 5 minutes away, and it took over 2 hours to get it (11:50). I call to check on the order and I was promised a free pizza and a discount of 20% on the order. When the pizza arrives, i see the bill is worth more than the original price and also the pizza is undercooked. So I call 2 days later, expressing my concerns, and they met me with a attitude as if they wanted to just get me off of the phone with the expression "we have other customers and orders right now and don't have time for this" and I asked about the 2 hours I had to wait for my pizza the store manager hung up on me. They didn't want to honor the free pizza or address the fact that I was overcharged or the pizza wasn't cooked properly, just tried to close the deal with giving me store credit which was less than the original pizza I ordered. Came here last night. It was a Friday night and a lot of schools were holding graduation. We didn't order until we arrived but we anticipated a long wait considering the circumstances. There was one cook, one manager and one driver. They weren't completely packed as I'm used to seeing when I go there. The manager had apologized to the customer in front of ya for his long wait and stated that their walk in had given out the night before and they lost 75% of their dough. We only waited about 45 minutes for our pizzas and breadsticks and he apologized to us as well. We told him not to worry as we were expecting a long wait anyways. He said he didn't have any employees that night and that their walk in had gone out. He was stressing out and running around like a mad man. This was my go to for a quick pizza until I was told they wouldn't delivery to my address because of distance, which would be no problem if I didn't live only 5 miles from the store. Which was the same distance from them where I last lived and they were able to deliver to me perfectly fine. I'd grab the pizza myself but I ride a motorcycle so I don't see that really happening. What really just turned me off completely is the fact that neither the people who worked there nor the so-called "customer service" could give me a reason other then basically a copy and paste from the website. What's more irritating is the fact that I put in the surrounding addresses and they worked perfectly fine. If you're supposed to be trying your best to satisfy your customers please do more than give a company answer that doesn't even answer the question. Went in to get personal pan pizzas. They were out of the dough. Didnt want to make it up to me in any way except for offering me their everyday coupon deal on regular pizzas. That was not a plus for their short coming. The service was fast and friendly. But I think they should have offered to throw in a fee drink or something small for not having available a standard menu item I requested. I don't see how you run out of dough at a pizza place. I usually have no problem with other pizza huts but this place is bad. The wings I practically dry and when I asked for some sauce on them the manager tried to have the cashier charge me an extra $2. I already had to pay $2 extra for ranch that normally accompany wings (which were hot from sitting in the warmer with our pizza). They consistently mess up my order. It is either cold or missing items. I keep trying because it's so close to my house, but this was the last straw. Ordered pasta, 1 marinara, 1 chicken for my sister..also ordered their new cinnamon rolls. Right after I make my order online, i receive a call saying they only have the fettuccine pasta. I called this place 40 minutes before closing and the lady on the phone lied about being able to deliver to Travis Air Force Base despite the fact that Pizza Hit is right outside the gate. I called back a second time and she changed her story and told me it would be 80 minutes to deliver. 10$ deliver charge not including tips. After I hung up I got a call saying they could not deliver from a guy who said they did not have drivers so I cancelled my order. Point. On Saturday, January 19,19, I called to place a delivery order, I had a coupon from this establishment from the last order for a free large pizza. I spoke to a woman over the phone and after many attempts to verify the coupon I said fine I'll drive there and pick it up myself. However, I didn't realize that it was inside the Air Force Base. So I called and spoke to a man, told him that I was willing to go to their facility and do a carry out but from my understanding, you need a special ID to go in, told him I didn't have one so if he can please work with me as I want them to honor my coupon. This man sighed and was irritated so I simply said "you know what, I'll just figure it out" . Well, I explained to my boyfriend what was going on, it's fight night! He wants Pizza and Wings and so do our Guest! He calls with a very upset tone and comes back to me and says, he got the coupon so just finish the order with him, I'm like okay cool! So I get on the phone and the man is just freakin rude to me like okay what do you want??? I am still keeping my cool and talking to him politely and as I read him my order, he's like "okay so what you want, what do you want?" Like damm! I didn't know this was the type of service they provide. Trust me, if I could avoid talking to people and place my order online, I would do it in a heartbeat! My update arrived next day showing I ordered @ 6:47 PM, driver arrived 1st time @ 8:50 PM. I called the next day to spk w/ mgr or supervisor and got a CALL CENTER rep who asked me my zip code! I dont know where to start... While trying to place my order i found myself too distracted by the mass of dying flies on the counter to focus in the menu.
