We stopped by after leaving a track meet to grab a bite to eat. Although there was available seating for my family of six, the table wasn't cleaned, and after quiet observation, the turnover rate for the tables upon completion was nonexistent with the staff. Luckily for me, I always have Wet Ones on hand and was able to wipe down both the tables and seats so that we could eat comfortably. The food was prepared quickly and arrived hot. Everyone was super hungry, so I wasn't able to capture any photos, but the food was delicious as always. We ordered the 12pc bucket combo with Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, fries, and spaghetti along with a larger serving of spaghetti and an additional side of Mac and cheese. My recommendation when visiting would be to bring sanitizing wipes to clean your table before dining.

2* average is about right for this location. Too many trainees working slows down service. Spaghetti, adobo rice, and mashed potatoes all had an unusual aftertaste or scent. The fried chicken and gravy were fine. Tables and chairs a tad greasy.

I was in Fairfield for an appointment and spotted this Jollibee. I'd been wanting to go to one, but I hadn't seen any in Sonoma or Marin County, so when I saw it, I said we were going in. I hear they have great fried chicken, that is like my most favorite thing. I never get tired of fried chicken lol When we arrived, there were three people in line, and it looked like six people were sitting, waiting for their orders. The ambience here is really just a regular one for a fast-food style dining area. Looked over the menu real quick. They had a special holiday meal for $11.99. I got three chicken strips with dip it was very much like thousand island dressing, came with French fries. You could choose a pie mango, peach, or Ube pie. I have never had Ube pie. I was excited to try the Ube. I also ordered a Strawberry Bliss Freeze, described as a refreshing, blended frozen drink. I thought the chicken was delicious; unfortunately, that's kind of where it ended. The Ube pie was absolutely blazing hot. There was hardly any Ube filling at all, just sort of a coating on the inside, and it was just ok. Would not order again. The fries were ok but cold, And the strawberry bliss barely tasted like strawberries. It tasted more like just blended ice than strawberries. And I have to say that we waited an extraordinarily long time. It was at least 30 minutes. Hubby was beyond annoyed, especially when we realized that they were calling numbers much higher than the number on my receipt. Still, I noticed that a majority of the people who were there waiting knew they were gonna be waiting that long; they just sat there, holding their phones, looking up at the sales staff with big eyes, like, I hope the next one's mine? I had 249, then started hearing 250, then 251. When they finally said 255, I got up for the third time to ask how my order was going. They kept apologizing, and I kept waiting and waiting. I can say is everybody was nice, but I really got the feeling at the end of our time there that everybody knew that this was a place that you know you're gonna be waiting a long while for their food we waited 30 minutes. Nobody was upset nobody got mad. I think they're just used to this it is just how it is at this restaurant. Maybe not enough employees for the volume of customers they had. They had a drive-thru but saw no one, plus I saw and grub hub cubby this place was crazy busy if I was to come here again I would do it online and I would only get the chicken. Cheers my friends SYOY 12/08/25

I've been sleeping on Jollibee but I'm glad I finally popped in for some of there delicious chicken. The restaurant was clean and looked decent. The staff was really nice and helped me order because it was my first time. I couldn't decide what to buy so I bought two different meals. I had the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich and the 2 PC spicy meal. Both were absolutely fire. Im definitely going back.

Take it to the next level with extra crispy fry feather!!!! They didn't clean the chicken right!

Two of the sauce spill all over my car and the chicken smh ‍ by the time I got home it was all over the whole car! I know they were busy and rushing but I felt like they coulda done a better job while some employees just stood around and one guy calling out orders bagging everything! Waited for extra 30 min for my order when it said it was suppose to be ready online and it was just sitting there smh by the time I got home had to warm up the chicken again it was all bad!!!!!

Drink supposedly filled to the max. Then he added ice to make it look full.

I pre ordered my food on the app. I walked in to pick it up. The napkins and utensils that I requested were not in the bag and my guava ice tea was missing. Mind you there were 6 people back there standing around. A guy approached me and asked me if I was missing a something and I told him my guava ice tea. It took him 10 mins yo make my tea. During that time a younger guy asked me if I needed help as well as a younger lady since the realized I had been standing there for a good amount of time. The guy finally comes back with my drink. I took one look and asked him if he could fill it up. He said that it was filled to the max and that he could just add more ice. Like wtf...I felt gaffled LITERALLY! You can't even fill up my drink all the way? The worst fuckin service.

I want to get the Jollibee hype, I really really do. But it seems as though this place just isn't for me. However I will say that this jolibee experience was better than my previous one. I got a 2 piece spicy chicken joy with adobe rice and a biscuit and a regular chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken was fresh and flavorful. The spicy is better than regular in my opinion. The adobe rice did not taste fresh to me. It's just a little firm and dry. The biscuit was very dry and old. The chicken sandwich was a good crispy piece of chicken breast. However they put a lot of mayo on BOTH sides of the bun. If you're not a big mayo person adjust your order accordingly. Service was quick and friendly.

Finally got around to trying the Fairfield location. I went on a Saturday afternoon around 130pm. Steady stream of people ordering or picking up. Lots of families sitting down to eat or waiting for takeout. Wish there was more seating but there were seats available. Food is good. Chicken was so good! I think I got spicy chicken by mistake, but it ended up being okay. It wasn't that spicy and I had the pineapple juice to help tame the spice. The biscuit was so good as was the mashed potatoes. The mac and cheese was okay. Would definitely go back again.

It's all about the chicken, which is a level above the competition like KFC and Popeye's. Thighs and drumsticks are the only pieces available, so don't expect to find breasts or wings. The chicken is crispy and juicy. Dunk it in the gravy for a savory experience. We took a chance on the Bacon and Cheese Chicken Sandwich and regretted it. The chicken was a touch dry and there wasn't enough bacon to know it was an included. The cheese and bread were basic. The combo included fries and a drink. The fries were average at best. If you love McDonald's fries, you will be sad with Jollibee fries. Overall, the sides are secondary to the chicken. The Mac N Cheese was ok. The spaghetti had a sweet, Filipino style flavor because sugar is part of its recipe. Service is made-to-order. The ambiance is casual. Drinks are self-serve. It may look like a fast food restaurant, but it is not, so be prepared to wait. The lobby can get crowded with waiting customers. The small parking lot can fill up since Jamba Juice and Starbucks are neighbors. Extra parking spaces can easily be found outside the main entrance.

I asked if I could have an extra to-go bowl, and she simply replied, "No, we don't do that." While that wasn't the answer I was hoping for, I accepted it without issue. What bothered me was what happened next. When I asked for utensils, instead of handing them to me, she placed them on the counter for me to pick up, doing so with a dismissive attitude. She then proceeded to speak in Tagalog in a way that made me feel she assumed I couldn't understand her. It came across as rude, disrespectful, and hurtful. My family owns the childcare center directly behind your restaurant, and we have supported your business for a long time. We are also actively involved in the local community and workj closely with the City and the Mayor's office through our childcare programs. It was especially disappointing to feel as though I was treated differently because she assumed I wasn't Filipino. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect, regardless of their appearance or background. Unfortunately, this experience has cost your restaurant a loyal customer. I will also be sharing my experience with my professional and community network, as I believe businesses should be held to a consistent standard of customer service. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that no one else has a similar experience.

Hubby found this restaurant and so we drove to the place. First thing you'll notice once you enter the restaurant is the warm temp inside - no AC but they have electric fans going on. To the right is a long shelf with a variety grocery items while the table seating is laid out in the center. TV was tuned in to a channel playing a Filipino movie. This is a "turo-turo" style food ordering, meaning no table service instead you go to where the dishes are cooked in large portions (which is towards the back of the restaurant) and you choose which ones you want. We ordered: Pork Sinigang - a little too sour for me but this is a classic Filipino soup with pork ribs, vegetables, and tamarind broth. Bistek (beef steak) - thin slices of marinated beef before smothered in a deeply savory sauce and topped with golden-seared onions Pork Adobo - classic Filipino dish of pork simmered in vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic Kaldereta - goat meat stew I didn't try the kaldereta but all the other dishes were good and delicious.
